Both the owner and the girls were friendly and helpful... they were very good at explaining what we were about to drink, which says a lot about the service. 28/09/2025: A really cool experience ordering direct from the butcher and then having them cook the meat. The potatoes were also amazing - would highly recommend.

19/09/2025: Excellent grill restaurant in the beautiful center of Cisternino, just steps from the panoramic viewpoint. They welcomed us and found us a table even without a reservation, even after waiting a bit in line. We sat down in these cozy, traditional rooms with wooden benches and tables, and from there, this truly satisfying culinary experience began! Everything was delicious, from the appetizers to the meat (the sausage melts in your mouth, I've never tasted so good!), and then the bombette, sliced ​​potatoes... all accompanied by local wines and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, who, even if busy, were always friendly and gave us careful advice. In short, go there!!!!

The place was beautiful... the service excellent... the dinner excellent... not predictable... not banal... just the right amount of refinement... suitable for every palate... The price was absolutely right... the atmosphere was pleasant, without the loud music, and we could converse at the table without shouting to be heard... A more than pleasant experience, one I'll repeat and recommend. Well done.

You sat me down and only wanted me to eat the €15 menu. Four things, what the hell? I asked for the grilled meat and you said only if you ordered the appetizer. I even came in the evening. The pizza was terrible.
