28/06/2026: Meagre carpaccio with citrus fruits, sooo good; fava bean puree, grilled octopus and friggitelli peppers; meagre fillet with grilled green beans and yellow cherry tomatoes; squid tagliatelle with double-texture peas, all sooo good; scallop and citrus risotto sooo good... comfortable and secluded setting; attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable service (Francesco). Definitely worth returning!

10/06/2026: Friendly owner (and whisky lover) and more importantly very good tasting chicken! It fell right from the bone and the marinade with Italian herbs is just great. Then the price of the chicken makes it just perfect with how cheap it is. Would recommend.

12/08/2026: Nice atmosphere due to its location, but the waiters weren't very bright. If we hadn't gone inside twice to say we were sitting waiting for someone to order, they probably wouldn't have come. Wake up guys!!!!
08/08/2026: I'm a regular customer, but unfortunately, since the new staff arrived, I've noticed a marked deterioration in service. The staff has proven rude, arrogant, and rude. On one occasion, after simply asking for a coffee, I was met with snorts and completely unprofessional behavior.
I believe that certain behaviors toward customers are unacceptable, and if they continue, serious action should be considered, including, if necessary, dismissal of the staff involved.
I hope greater attention will be paid to professionalism, politeness, and respect for customers.

17/07/2026: The takeaway bombettes are delicious...the staff is very kind and helpful. I tried three types: the classic breaded ones, the ones with capocollo, and the ones with speck/scamorza, all very good. If you're in Cisternino, I recommend trying them. :)
06/07/2026: The best in Cisternino. The person in charge of the meat (I don't know if he's also the owner) is incredibly kind. They deserve all their success.

04/08/2026: The best bombette we ate on our trip to Puglia are clearly made by expert hands, just the right amount of flavor and perfectly cooked, and can be eaten in one bite. The wait at the restaurant is quite long, but with a bottle of wine the wait becomes more pleasant, at least for us because there are plenty of people in line anyway. You order Nullo, wait for them to serve you, and then sit at one of the tables outside where there's room. We ended up eating on some nearby steps.

01/03/2026: Leo and Davide. I came today for the first time to Martina's Kiriko Bistriate place, and I found it nothing less, but more. Leo, the bartender, was very responsible and kind. He explained to us which cocktails are best. And I asked if they had my favorite cocktail, Sex on the Beach, and he said he could make it. He was very good. And that flavor, which I haven't found in years. The mascot of the place is a cat who stole my heart. And Davide is also kind, you can see they know how to work. I'll be back soon for this price and also for the beauty of the place. ❤️ thank you.

22/06/2026: This is a brilliant bakery, we stayed nearby and stopped for coffee everyday. The pastry filled with cream… 😍. It has a nice little covered outside seating areas or you can pick up and go.
12/04/2026: Marisa's pastries and biscotti are the best, she is a lovely person too. Her shop is very small and intimate. Loved meeting her.

The atmosphere is refined and original, but the real highlight is the cocktails: creative, sophisticated, and unique, prepared with meticulous attention to detail. A place that manages to surprise and is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for an out-of-the-ordinary experience.

11/08/2026: A wonderful experience of flavor and local tradition. We came across it by chance and had a wonderful time eating at this exquisite meat rotisserie.
We ordered a mixed platter of excellent cheeses and cured meats served with tarallini. Then, of course, the skewered bombette and sausage rolls, both excellent and cooked to perfection, and of course, salad on the side.
We spent €30 each, but I assure you, you won't be able to eat it all because the portions are truly generous.
The waiters were attentive and courteous, two polite and kind young men who never neglected to take care of the customer.
