01/03/2026: Leo and Davide. I came today for the first time to Martina's Kiriko Bistriate place, and I found it nothing less, but more. Leo, the bartender, was very responsible and kind. He explained to us which cocktails are best. And I asked if they had my favorite cocktail, Sex on the Beach, and he said he could make it. He was very good. And that flavor, which I haven't found in years. The mascot of the place is a cat who stole my heart. And Davide is also kind, you can see they know how to work. I'll be back soon for this price and also for the beauty of the place. ❤️ thank you.

06/06/2026: For meat lovers, especially those with a penchant for bombette, this is the perfect place. However, if you're looking for even more choice, I recommend booking elsewhere. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but definitely pleasant. The service isn't the fastest, but it's worth the wait.

I hope to return; the service is top-notch too. If you come to the Cisternino Valley, you absolutely must visit.

22/06/2026: This is a brilliant bakery, we stayed nearby and stopped for coffee everyday. The pastry filled with cream… 😍. It has a nice little covered outside seating areas or you can pick up and go.
12/04/2026: Marisa's pastries and biscotti are the best, she is a lovely person too. Her shop is very small and intimate. Loved meeting her.

14/06/2026: Excellent quality, fast, super-friendly, and helpful service. There were two of us, and we ordered a bombetta sandwich and a chicken liver sandwich, both delicious; we also had a sausage wheel, which was good, and a baked potato, which was also good.
But above all, the prices are fair—the only affordable place surrounded by a sea of overpriced options. If you're looking for authenticity, good food, and a top-notch quality/price ratio, this is the place.

08/11/2025: A restaurant in a quiet little square in the beautiful historic center of Cisternino; the food is very good, but the kitchen and service are extremely disorganized. Prices are high.
07/10/2025: Food was cold and way below average. Had stomach ache after eating the tuna.
Plates were served separately even though it was very quite. Atmosphere could be better with dimmed light.
