09/08/2026: Coming here at sunset and spending time in that beautiful garden among the trees and flowers is always a pleasure. From sweet to savory, there's something for every taste. The arancini, chicken nuggets, pinsa, and pulce are excellent. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available. But above all, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere surrounded by greenery. I love it.

09/08/2026: A terrible experience, to say the least. We arrived as a group of 20 people at 8:40 PM; the place wasn't even full at that time, but it started to fill up later. Despite our presence being obvious, the staff decided to take orders from the tables that arrived after us. Only after I went to complain in person did a waiter show up to take our orders, displaying an extremely rude attitude. Here are the stages of our "service": 9:30 PM: The drinks finally arrive (after about 50 minutes). There's no sign of food. 10:30 PM: I go back to ask for an explanation. At our table there were both children and a young man with disabilities, who were rightly starting to get impatient with the excruciating wait. 10:45 PM: After a full two-hour wait, some food begins to arrive. As if that weren't enough, the service was sloppy from start to finish: they didn't even bring us napkins. When it came time for the bill, I explained our concerns to the manager, who simply bowed his head without deigning to offer us even a half-explanation or a formal apology. Unacceptable behavior toward customers. A truly awful evening. Highly discouraged, never again!

27/03/2026: It's a tiny, family-run trattoria. The roast meat is excellent, but the caponata is also delicious, a symphony of flavors!!! The owners are incredibly kind, and the prices are reasonable. Try their homemade mandarinello: delicious. Go there!!!

08/02/2026: A simple place with five-star quality! Delicious mixed antipasto (grilled vegetables, savory pie, peppers, caponata, red onions), the best braciole in tomato sauce, and excellent bombette and grilled sausage! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Lunch in Cisternino is a must here!

15/07/2026: We come to this bar every summer and we really enjoy it: the area is very pleasant, the spritzes are excellent at a very reasonable price, and what's more, we always get free appetizers, which is especially appreciated by the children! I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: This small chocolate shop and pastry shop is a true delight for connoisseurs. The chocolatier herself stands behind the counter, selling her exquisitely crafted delicacies, both in terms of taste and presentation. My tip: the chocolate-covered fig with pepperoncino 🌶️… a sweet treat with a slightly spicy note… a fantastic combination! A visit to Chocolab is an absolute must for gourmets. The prices are fair for this handcrafted quality, and there are also many gluten-free and lactose-free options. Wonderful!

26/07/2026: They seated us late, and the only high rating for the service is for the waiter, who greeted us kindly despite the hour. As for the rest, really stay away! We paid 64 euros for four skewers of bombette of questionable quality and flavor! We're from the area and often come to Cisternino for meat, and we've never had an experience like this! The same goes for the tagliata, 22 euros per kilo on the menu. The waiter told us that the slice would weigh 300/500 grams, but on the bill it was exactly 22 euros! Not to mention the zampina, which wasn't zampina at all, but 4 pieces of flavored sausage!

11/08/2026: The food was really good, but the welcome was disappointing. Upon arrival, we stood for about 15 minutes: we asked for a table, were told to wait, and no one came back to us. We had to insist to be seated, and in the end, they put us in the back room, off to the side. No one explained how the ordering process worked, so we unknowingly ordered far less than we needed. The service was extremely slow, and we had to ask several times, while customers who arrived after us were served first. When it came time to get the bill, we were charged a minimum order of €15 per person, something that had never been mentioned before, neither verbally nor on the menu. The result: €30 for a small portion of meat, a small portion of zucchini, and two bottles of water, after a very long wait. With some explanation, we would have ordered more and left satisfied—that's the paradox. When we asked for clarification on the bill, the owner intervened, visibly annoyed. The food was excellent, and the waitress was kind and helpful. It's a shame: it was hard not to feel like we were treated differently as foreign guests.

09/08/2026: The butcher shop is at the entrance; you choose the meat and they cook it for you right there. We got the assorted croquettes, two different sausages, a large bottle of water, a large half-liter bottle of beer, and a coffee, and it came to €40 for two people. Very good. Fast.

15/03/2026: We went to eat here a few days ago, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what we remembered. We think the place has changed a lot compared to before, and not for the better. The prices have gotten quite high: for example, around 9 euros for a sandwich without even fries, whereas before the value for money was much better. Another thing we didn't like was the service. The food arrived slowly: some people at the table had already finished their sandwiches while others were still waiting for theirs. This is quite unpleasant when you're eating together. It's a shame, because it used to be a place we loved returning to. We hope they can improve and get back to the same level as before.

12/02/2026: Nice place, modern and pleasantly furnished. The only downside is that it's cold in the winter.
