05/01/2025: Take-away pastry shop, excellent quality of the chocolates with particular flavours...I bought the beer ones, the cherry ones and finally the salt ones...what can I say they melted in your mouth and their flavor is truly wonderful...for not to mention the really kind and friendly owner. If you're on your way to Cisternino you absolutely have to stop by, you won't regret it!
26/11/2024: We ate 4 crepes for the price of 20e. Very tasty, we ate crepes with pistachios and white chocolate.

18/03/2025: Very good food. We tried different courses like pasta, “capo collo” steak, saussages and potatoes. All of them were excellent. Also, I really enjoyed the desert of the house, a pie with orange jam. The friendly staff was a plus for whom we would come back with great pleasure.

Reasonable price
Ice cream too sweet but the most deplorable thing is the lack of friendliness of the waitress.
There were 8 of us but none of us could see the smile of the waitress.

21/12/2024: In the past we have tried desserts that seemed insignificant to us, yesterday panzerotti that lost all the seasoning in the paper containing them. I understand that panzerotti are eaten with your hands but given that they rightly charge a supplement for table service, perhaps you could provide a knife and fork to be able to recover the seasoning and not eat an empty panzerotto which is obviously always terrible for us.
It's a shame that after so many negative reviews nothing changes because the outdoor area is really beautiful and well-kept.
05/11/2024: After a biking trip this was the most wonderful reward. Beautiful place, in the middle of the Trulli of Il Valle d’Itria (Cisternino). It is heaven for sweets’ lovers, delicious pastries and great atmosphere.

17/12/2023: We called at 11.30am to book a table for 4 people and they gave us availability for 1.30pm. Once we arrived, at 1.24pm, we were told that they had a mix-up with the reservations and sent us away. They wanted to apologize saying they were about to call us on the phone and let us know. They wanted to inform us 5 minutes before the booking time that it was not possible to eat there, well... I advise you not to rely on the availability given during the call.

Carne tenerissima e deliziosa! cotta magistralmente!
I gnumarieddi sono stati sublimi... Una tenerezza mai trovata prima.
Una menzione a parte per le braciole e lo stacotto d'asino.
Veramente una bomba di sapore e tenerezza!
Mega figurone con degli amici che mi sono venuti a trovare da Roma i quali hanno apprezzato tantissimo anche la delicatezza degli involtini di trippa ed il vinello della casa...
Per fortuna che le mogli sono astemie!

Conto? Abbiamo mangiato a crepapelle senza riuscire a finire tutto, pagando come una pizza, una birra ed una porzione di patatine!

29/12/2024: Trovata per caso girando tra i vicoli di Cisternino , questo ristorante offre la tradizione pugliese a tavola. Scegli la carne al bancone prima di sederti e poi via con antipasto e vino. Eccezionali il tagliere dei salumi e le verdure sott’olio. Che dire della salsiccia e della carne alla brace?? E poi le bombette piccanti e ancora gli straccetti impanati. Tutto buono.
Consigliatossimo.
Piccolo appunto, sarebbe carino un po’ più di empatia da parte del ragazzo che serve ai tavoli.
20/10/2024: Se sei nella splendida Cisternino e vuoi mangiare pietanze del posto, recati in questo tipico locale. Ti accoglieranno gentilezza, qualità e pulizia.La prima sosta la fai in macelleria dove scegli la carne e le specialità del posto; ti addentri nel vicoletto e trovi un locale in pietra viva dove potrai degustare la carne che hai scelto insieme ad ad antipasti gustosissimi. Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!!
