Characteristic dishes of the cuisine, so-called popular, parmigiana, lasagna and all-you-can-eat meat, turcinieddi, sausage of all types, various bombette, sliced ​​scottona, whole baked potatoes opened and seasoned with oil, salt and pepper. Par rapport à un autre restaurant du village qui nous a proposé beaucoup moins cher et bien meilleur, il n'y avait pas photo C'est dommage car ça allait pour le reste. Au final 32€/ personne quand même

19/07/2025: Rosticceria nel centro storico di Cisternino, seppur il locale risulta datato si puo assaporare dell' ottima carne alla brace con prezzi abbastanza onesti. Anche il servizio è buono ed il personale ed i titolari sono molto gentili e cordiali.

15/06/2025: Locale con rosticceria espressa sia con ristorante che per asporto. Bancone a vista dal quale si scelgono le portate di carne che vengono poi arrostite al momento e servite espresse. Piatto forte bombette con varie farcie, gustose e classiche. Prezzi medi e gusto assicurato. Servizio rapido e cortese.

29/06/2025: I would have liked to write a constructive review, but given the respect with which they usually respond, I won't go into too much detail. The management leaves much to be desired: we ordered at 9:00 pm and the food arrived only at 11:20 pm, without an explanation or even an apology for the delay. If the cover charge represents service, here it was completely absent. Not because of the staff, visibly stressed and overwhelmed, but because of obvious organizational problems at the management level. Too bad, because the food is really excellent and the place has potential. But the will to improve is completely lacking.

After being seated, we waited over 45 minutes before anyone deigned to take the order. Once ordered, the food arrived with further delay, without any explanation or apology from the staff. Beautiful place but terrible management. An experience not to be repeated
