03/10/2025: I visited this wonderful place this evening with my girlfriend and another couple of friends, in the heart of Andria. I ordered a stuffed focaccia and I must say I was pleasantly surprised: tasty, well-filled, and made with fresh ingredients. The quality-price ratio is absolutely right. A simple yet welcoming place, perfect for a casual evening with friends. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something tasty and quick without sacrificing quality.

09/12/2025: We attended a wedding yesterday, and I'm honestly shocked and incredulous that this room could be called "luxurious." The setting is certainly elegant, but the quantity and, above all, the quality of the food were completely inadequate. Let's start with the so-called "welcome finger food": simple bruschetta, which I would have been better at making at home. Since I was waiting, I expected at least some minimal attention, but instead I received terrible, if not nonexistent, service. The appetizers included only cold cuts (prosciutto crudo, bresaola, and marinated tuna carpaccio). The few cheeses available were on the same plate as the prosciutto, as you can see in the photo, so in my opinion they were completely contaminated and uneatable. There was a small plate of mozzarella, not enough for everyone, placed on the other side of the table, and it never arrived. I informed the waiter of my dietary needs, which I had already mentioned, but no alternative was brought. Only after a long wait and after I complained again, they served me a paltry plate of turkey breast—sliced ​​with the same slicer as the ham—as if it were a sop. Too bad it was already 3:00 PM and I hadn't received anything to eat until then. While waiting, I should have been served first, not left to watch others eat. The first "cooked" appetizer, brought to replace the raw tartare, was of terrible quality: the fish had an unpleasant flavor, dry texture, almost stale. Even the raw seafood, served cooked for me, had such a strong smell that I preferred to leave it out to avoid intestinal problems. I thought I'd make up for it with the first courses, but instead I received two small samples with questionable flavor. By the time I got to the second course, I was already hungry and very irritated. I find it unacceptable that an "appetizer buffet" consists practically only of cold cuts, creating real discrimination against us pregnant women (there were four of us). I don't know how the others were treated, but I felt completely ignored. The staff also seemed inexperienced, disorganized, and insensitive. I wasn't expecting to eat a lot—even though we're talking about a wedding—but at least to eat decently and safely. For me, it was a huge disservice and a huge disappointment. Never again.

09/12/2025: We attended a wedding at this reception hall, and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly disappointing. From the aperitif to the dessert buffet, every course was below par: poorly prepared aperitifs, mediocre and bland appetizers, and flavorless and poorly presented first and second courses. Even the dessert buffet didn't improve the situation. The service was the biggest issue: the staff was almost nonexistent, inattentive, and often even rude. For an important event like a wedding, you expect professionalism and attention to detail, but here it felt more like an 18th birthday party—and not even the best ones. A special day deserves a much better standard. Unfortunately, this experience is not recommended.

16/11/2025: I visited Virgò in Andria and had a truly amazing experience. We started with a selection of carefully selected and flavorful appetizers. The platters deserve a special mention: top-quality cured meats, tender and fragrant, literally melting in the mouth. The pizzas were another pleasant discovery: light, well-leavened, and made with fresh ingredients. The sliced ​​meat didn't disappoint either: perfectly cooked, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. A place that combines quality, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere. Virgò is definitely a place I'll return to and one I recommend without hesitation.

A few meters further, we had the pleasure of going to Imperiale, and even though they also had an open kitchen, it didn't cause any problems. I still don't understand the idea of ​​not being able to eat with my dog ​​like in a normal place.

These days, despite the revolutions taking place in the restaurant industry, finding a pizzeria that changes its menu based on seasonality is still rare, but they're diligent in surprising you with new combinations. In fact, I went there the other day precisely because they recently changed their menu. What can I say? The new pizzas are simply sublime. I think it's one of the best pizzerias in the province. Highly recommended!! And, I forgot, the staff can be described in one word: true PROFESSIONALS in the industry. ❤️
