27/06/2026: Today was the first time at Tenuta Virgilio.
The wedding of two wonderful people who were looking for an excellent balance between quality, price, and the beauty of the location, a location that surprised everyone.
After the huge appetizer buffet, no one was left hungry, then two first courses, and a meat-based main course that deserves a world award.
Then the kindness of the management, the managers Marika and Francesca, and all the waiters (including Antonio, his girlfriend) completed the picture.
The atmosphere in the olive grove was beautiful, as was the wedding cake, and the fruit and dessert buffet was excellent.
Highly recommended.
Congratulations to everyone, truly.

Dinner on May 30, 2026. Not worth returning. P.S. Check out the color of the meat at the butcher's counter...
10/04/2026: Every time we go to Bari with colleagues, our compass points straight to Cosimo. This place is perfect for those seeking substance over appearance: a family-run business where the only thing that matters is the quality of the food.
Cosimo is a true character: little chit-chat, no frills, and no surgical advice. He looks at you and understands what you want and need. If you're a carnivore at heart and love tradition that needs no gimmicks, this is a must-visit. A highly recommended experience. 🥩🔥

The only criticism is the €1 per person charge for table service; it seems excessive and disproportionate, especially considering we're in Valenzano, not in the center of a large city.
Otherwise, everything was excellent; nothing to complain about.

05/05/2026: We visited this pizzeria in Valenzano and had a truly excellent experience. The dough is light, well-aired, and you can taste the natural leavening that makes it extremely digestible. The ingredients used for the toppings are also high-quality and generously distributed. The place is welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a pleasant evening. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt, despite the place being busy. An excellent place for those looking for quality pizza in the area.

P.S., the Nutella roulade is truly exceptional.

25/02/2026: Really interesting pizzas, new and with a wide variety of options (suitable for all palates).
The outside location is a bit cold (even though they had "mushrooms" and "couvertures").
The service is a bit slow; we waited over an hour just for appetizers.
Overall, though, it's a place we'll return to.
