04/02/2025: Domenica mattina incontro degli amici e su due piedi decidiamo di andare a pranzo fuori. Cosa mangiare e dove andare? Santeramo in colle, carne arrosto. Da Google troviamo Masin, prenotiamo e partiamo. Bel locale pulito e caldo, ci accolgono calorosamente. Scegliamo il menù da 30€ e via si parte con gli antipasti (bruschetta, crostino alla cipolla, salame, provola affumicata, polpette, parmigiana, frittatina.... 8 portate) per primo una sfoglia arrotolata ripiena di speck, provola affumicata e crema di latte. Secondo arrosto misto o tagliata, dolce, limoncello e caffè. Tutto molto buono. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Titolare e personale molto affabili.
Un solo appunto: servizio troppo veloce.
Da rifare quanto prima.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

25/12/2024: Today I want to thank this place...after 23km in the rain we were no longer hoping for a Christmas lunch...and instead he prepared a very good take-away lunch for us and was very kind...so pilgrims who walk the Materano path I absolutely recommend this restaurant.
Thanks again!!!

01/01/2025: Nice and tidy hotel. We were on a New Year's trip and spent three nights in the hotel. Free parking, wifi. Extremely tidy rooms, fragrant bedding. Breakfast satisfies all palates 🙂
15/12/2024: Good hotel with restaurant, nice rooms, good food. Good service both for the rooms, for the restaurant and for the reception.

Usted elige la carne del mostrador de carnicería en la entrada y luego se sienta en el restaurante en la parte trasera y disfrutar de la vista de la cocina abierta con 2 barbacoas grandes.
Carne en su mejor estado, de alta calidad cocinada a la perfección como desee a muy buen precio. Buen vino y cervezas también. Muy recomendable

10/01/2025: È la terza volta che ceno in questo posto e devo dire che si confermaa top per tutta la selezione di carne. Consiglio vivamente anche per un buon rapporto prezzo/qualità.
02/11/2024: Tante aspettative x questa macelleria ma niente di speciale....tanta strada x niente. Purtroppo la decantata bistecca era un po' stopposa e nonostante avessi chiesto al sangue era già oltre la cottura richiesta. Rimango fedele alle macellerie di Sammichele di Bari
