03/05/2024: Gianfranco and Angelo are two young respectful owners who really know how to host a client. I was eating there day and night for a week - I stayed in Ruvo for work. Every day I was anticipating lunch and dinner. Excellent meat, home made pastry, variety of beers. Chapeau ragazzi!

01/04/2024: Let's start with the service, very lacking in terms of waiting and organization regarding the booked entrances. (I was told to "collaborate" by waiting for the table without asking when it was available. The customer cannot be penalized in any way, for disorganization, considering the competition and the not very low costs. To date, to be competitive you have to excel and also know how to manage any critical issues, which in this specific case were non-existent, being a common celebration day, with few seats to accommodate). Meat weighed and paid on trust, without having confirmation of the raw weight and subsequent transparency of the cooked supplement. (In the bill there was a "tot euro" cost in which it was impossible to refute the actual corresponding purchase). Some plates chipped, note very serious, which would imply fines for the restaurateur.
Bruschetta appetizer, lacking in flavor, quality of meat chosen, average... well cooked. It won't be a place I would choose again or recommend to friends. With the same costs, I enjoyed much more qualitatively satisfying experiences.

06/04/2024: Very nice atmosphere just behind the Como Borghi station. We tasted the bourguignonne. Excellent starter with champignons and then excellent meat in quantity and homemade sauces. When a meat dish is finished you can have another, the price is always the same. Excellent desserts and very kind service.
03/04/2024: Very nice and welcoming place. The lady who looked after us was very friendly and available to help us understand how to manage the dishes! All very good and well executed. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it, even as a new convivial experience!

Accolti in maniera ineccepibile dai camerieri, abbiamo ordinato una spuma d’uovo davvero buona.
La nota dolente arriva sul primo, ordino uno spaghettone cacio pepe porcino e peperone crusco, specificando al cameriere se i porcini fossero congelati perché quelli secchi non riesco a mangiarli.
Arriva il piatto dopo un’attesa di mezz’ora, freddo con porcini (invisibili) e chiaramente secchi, il peperone crusco (evidentemente terminato) era stato sostituito con un normale peperone per lo più fresco
Alla mia richiesta di chiarimenti il cameriere, forse figlio o parente del titolare, si è rivolto nei miei confronti in maniera poco educata davanti ad altri commensali.
Ovviamente l’arrosto di agnello è stato servito con pezzi di scarto e molto bruciato.
Pagato il conto salatissimo siamo andati via.

12/03/2024: Very disappointed, truly a shame. First a useless wait to be able to order the take-away pizzas (the boy at the checkout, even though it was my turn, couldn't bring himself to send the order and print the receipt for me, he was too busy chatting with other customers about how in Switzerland he had was fined 100 francs for being caught using his cell phone while driving, and this in itself says a lot about the seriousness of the character). Once I have the pizzas, I take them home and discover that one is only seasoned on half the surface. The other is a whim about saving. No olives.
Truly speechless.
