02/11/2025: This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! As someone who has dined at several top-tier Michelin-starred and Gault&Millau-rated restaurants across Europe, I am simply blown away! Starting with the incredible hospitality of all the staff, who are incredibly helpful and attentive (important for those who don't speak Italian well)! The menu perfectly reflects typical regional cuisine and is incredibly diverse! The antipasti are so varied and simply divine! I was surprised by the selection of meats, which is more in line with a steakhouse than a typical regional restaurant! A real insider tip: the veal cutlet – simply amazing! The perfectly cooked "al dente" pasta with local truffles was absolutely fantastic! What a feast! And paired with a Primitivo (ES) recommended by the incredibly skilled and attentive waiter – a perfect combination! The freshly pressed local olive oil, along with the fresh bread, would have been enough to satisfy even the most discerning palate! For dessert, a wonderful, freshly prepared "Tira mi su," two double espressos, and then we proudly headed for the checkout. Here too, the moderate and fair prices were a pleasant surprise! In conclusion: we arrived as strangers and left as friends! See you in a year when we return from Greece!

11/10/2025: I had dinner with deaf friends. The location is lovely, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful, especially the cured meats and mozzarella warm with milk. The service was fast, with polite, enthusiastic waiters and a strong sense of humor. The appetizers are excellent; the dairy products and cured meats are all homemade, just like the bread and taralli. Desserts are endless, with soft drinks, coffee, and a basket of liguore (limoncello, cherry liqueur, and amaro) brought to your table, and you can help yourself whenever you want. This is the reason for the 5-star rating. Their heart is big!!!

We opted for the six-course tasting menu, plus an extra wagyu gyoza. Everything was truly excellent and expertly prepared. The price was in line with the quality offered.

30/11/2025: Today, November 30th, we spent half a day at the masseria. We had a delightful lunch, aperitif with prosecco, and various excellently prepared appetizers, creatively combining typical local ingredients like zucca pazza (crazy squash), eggplant, and zucchini. Chef Francesco highlighted each vegetable, bringing out its flavor. Congratulations. A truly unique place.

Each dish was a triumph of flavors, prepared with excellent, top-quality ingredients. The attention and care put into selecting the ingredients was clearly evident. But the excellence doesn't stop in the kitchen. The service was impeccable. The waiters were attentive to every detail, professional, and incredibly courteous, making the entire experience pleasant and relaxing. The atmosphere is refined, welcoming, and, most importantly, absolutely clean. In short, I have nothing to complain about. It's rare to find a restaurant where every aspect, from the quality of the food to the service, is treated with such dedication. Highly recommended!

29/09/2025: A lovely little place in the heart of Noci. I ate well, the meat was excellent, the only flaw being the unlikely buffalo mozzarella as an appetizer. Everything else was good, though. Plus, they make a delicious cow's milk mozzarella in that area, the famous nodini. I'd suggest choosing the local ones, rather than a mozzarella that's been around for a few days.
