29/03/2025: La cucina è sopraffina, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi lo chef propone delle vere prelibatezze che deliziano il palato e la vista e mandano in estasi i sensi. Sapori genuini, di impronta mediterranea, come quelli che faceva in casa la nonna, che ti spingono ad assaggiare ancora altri piatti anche dopo la settima portata...il tutto in una location davvero molto bella, in una cornice naturale come il bosco di Noci, dove si respira aria pura e si può sentire il cinguettio degli uccelli, mentre si viene serviti da un personale molto gentile e cortese e di grande professionalità. 18/05/2025: Buonasera, appena rientrato da una Domenica fuori casa per festeggiare il compleanno. L' accoglienza dello chef e dei suoi collaboratori è eccellente. Hanno una attenzione al cliente di livello alto. Ci siamo affidati e fidati dei consigli del proprietario sulla scelta del menù e abbiamo fatto bene. Nonostante il ristorante pieno, abbiamo potuto tranquillamente chiacchierare se sa essere disturbato dai commensali vicini. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Consigliato. Anche il prezzo molto onesy

08/05/2025: Fantastic experience at the farm! We ate with 11 people and every dish was delicious, with very fresh ingredients coming directly from their production. The dishes were so abundant that we were unable to continue with the second course! The waiter was very friendly and welcoming, making the atmosphere perfect for adults and children. We also saw the making of mozzarella, a unique experience. Highly recommended!

23/05/2025: Beautiful masseria in the Murgia south of Bari. Original architecture well preserved and in harmony with the surrounding environment. The presence of several rooms always makes receptions comfortable ensuring an adequate level of privacy. Good quality culinary proposal, impeccable service.

27/05/2025: I was there recently for a dinner with work colleagues. I remember few restaurants where I had such a good dinner: from the very good food, to the attentive service, to the quiet and well-kept location. For a restaurant in the hinterland of Noci, I was very impressed by the quality of the seafood dishes. Truly remarkable! In general, the dishes are small, but well prepared. The costs are on average high, but it is not news that quality has to be paid for. From this point of view it can be demanding, but for those looking for a restaurant with an extra edge, "Il Falco Pellegrino" is certainly the right choice.

26/04/2025: Around a round table, the evening comes to life, welcomed by the kindness of the maître and the warm elegance of the location. It is the prelude to a gastronomic experience which, for those who already know this cuisine, represents an awaited and desired confirmation. The welcome comes with hot focaccia, fragrant bread and homemade taralli: small gestures of attention that open the palate and the heart. The starters tell the story of solid and creative cuisine, made up of intense flavours, refined shapes, harmonious colors and high quality ingredients. Then comes the sea bream in salt, impressive in presentation and perfect in cooking, confirming the expert hand of the chef. Dessert time is a little journey into doubt: what to choose? Among the proposals, a tiramisu stands out that leaves its mark, creamy, enveloping, with crunchy crumble and chocolate flakes that make it unique. And there is also a surprise: the chef offers a dove baked in the morning, soft, fragrant, with real apricots and generous pieces of chocolate. 09/05/2025: The site is charming, quiet, 5 minutes from Nocci and close to Alberobello, Polignano, Martina Franca and Bari. A great place to rest, take excursions and recharge energy. The rooms are fantastic, clean and very comfortable. They also rent trulli, the typical buildings in the area.

06/04/2025: Waoo, capitato per sbaglio in questa masseria ho scoperto qualcosa di straordinario, location da tipica masseria pugliese ma con un menù fisso da perdere il fiato. 11 portate di antipasti totalmente caserecci 2 assaggi di primo di pasta freschissima, una grigliata centrale. Ottima carne ottimo tutto, ottimo il conto..ci ritorneremo di sicuro

14/05/2025: My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to have lunch at this restaurant on 05/02/25. We are both vegetarians and the menu offered various options, including vegan! We had two first courses, both vegan, delicious! The broad bean puree with vegetables was fantastic, as was the chef's dish: strascinate with cicerchie puree, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms, an exceptional dish! The house red wine and the service were also excellent. Excellent value for money! We will definitely be back

02/05/2025: The ice cream is certainly of a high standard but, in my opinion, the slightly high price compared to the small quantity served in the cones is not justified. And don't tell me that the quality of the raw materials is unique and you pay for it because, in the surrounding area, there are other top-level ice cream shops that, at the same price, offer a much more abundant cone.

15/05/2025: Excellent, in the heart of the historic center of Noci a beautiful experience for lunch. Angela the hostess, with her husband Gino the chef, have created a really beautiful little place, typical appetizers, many, but revisited in a modern key with taste and particular attention to raw materials, not to mention the first courses with many proposals; a suggestion: ask for the orchid-shaped stuffed pasta, explosive and unique. For the second courses, if you get there, both the well-prepared typical meat and the really fresh fish are a triumph....., for the price? Well we are in the order of 45/50 euros per person with fine wines, fruit, desserts and lots and lots of kindness, good manners of the legendary Angela and all the staff. Don't believe it? Try it and then prove me wrong. Good guys, that's how it's done. I will return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor areas, a gem.
