The advice is to change the music selection because twice we were guests of an extraordinary environment, in almost everything except the music that is a punch in the stomach

26/05/2025: Il nome del locale è già una promessa: qui si parla piano davvero, perché a fare rumore – in senso buono – sono la cura per i dettagli, la qualità dei piatti e l’atmosfera rilassante. Il personale, e in particolare Gió (Giuseppe), è attento, cordiale ma mai invadente. Ogni portata è stata una piccola sorpresa, ben presentata e ricca di sapore, con abbinamenti mai scontati. Il calice di vino, servito in un bicchiere elegantemente inciso con il nome del ristorante, ha accompagnato la serata con delicatezza. L’ambiente è raffinato, con luci morbide e arredi scelti con gusto: tutto contribuisce a creare un luogo dove il tempo sembra rallentare. Consigliamo Parla Piano a chi cerca una pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e desidera concedersi un momento di autentico piacere, tra buon cibo e atmosfera raccolta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Found by chance on an evening in early June, in an alley in Mola di Bari, dining here was a real experience! Ignore the menu and trust the chef, his candor and kindness will win you over. Excellent dishes and exceptional fish, all simple and genuine. Unmissable! Thank you!

02/06/2025: Ottimo ristorante vista mare in cui siamo stati ieri per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. È stata un' esperienza bellissima perché ad un servizio impeccabile e solerte si è aggiunta una qualità del cibo eccezionale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e ben presentati. Lo raccomando vivamente.

02/06/2025: Excellent restaurant with sea view where we went yesterday to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful experience because to an impeccable and prompt service was added an exceptional quality of food, with dishes based on very fresh fish and well presented. I highly recommend it.

17/05/2025: I went, on the advice of a friend, for dinner on a Friday. It is a seafood restaurant and also a pizzeria. You need to book. There were 10 of us and we decided to have dinner based only on seafood. We ordered seafood (oysters, white walnuts, hairy mussels, tagliatelle, scampi and violets) and also scorpion fish carpaccio. After tagliolini, clams and bottarga, and finally wild strawberries and pezzogna (they are types of fish) in salt. All washed down with an excellent Falanghina. What can I say, everything was excellent. Very fresh fish. Excellent service and prices in line with the norm for those who eat fish.

04/05/2025: It's the first time I found such kind, sweet, so nice staff. Above all there was a waiter with a disharmonious sweetness. And no, it's not such an easy quality to find. We had a great time and will be back soon.

06/05/2025: More than positive experience. Someone with a passion for their work still exists! Very professional and trained staff who know how to please even the most demanding customer! Obviously everything surrounded by big smiles, a rare commodity today.... But let's get to us, we were guests for dinner last Friday but, thanks to the advice of a friend, we went without fail! Green octopus appetizer with potatoes, delicious (among the best I've ever eaten!). Seafood risotto equally good, eaten with gusto. Tiramisu...exceptional! Bottle of wine and a few beers. We all ate the starter and first courses (almost all different), which arrived at the same time. What can I say, I could continue writing only positive things... the place?! Beautiful, bright and welcoming. Probably recently renovated, it reflects my tastes. Price??! A pittance compared to the quality and service... they know what they do! Congratulations to all...

05/05/2025: A pleasant restaurant mainly frequented by locals—we were the only foreigners there. We had excellent antipasti from the land, which turned out to be a great choice. The menu is rich in seafood, which isn’t quite our taste, so we went for pizza instead, and it was very good. The service was fast; the young guys could take a few notes on smiling from their warm-hearted female colleague.

21/05/2025: We went for lunch after visiting the beautiful city. Small place, but very nice and welcoming. Clean and tidy environment, you feel at home. Kind, friendly and professional staff, very attentive to customer needs. Excellent quality food, fresh fish, well done. Varied and inviting menu. Excellent value for money. Recommended

16/05/2025: Great food! Has no menu and plastic plates, so don't expect fine dineing, but boy is it worth stopping here! Has mixed entries of the day + a second course of your choosing. The mixed entries where all fresh, tasteful and delicious, we then had a mixed fried fish platter (excellent fry) and octopus. Completed the dinner with fresh fruit. Wine and amari included, the bill was just 23€ each!

12/05/2025: If you want a good sandwich with excellent meat, I recommend this place, really delicious appetizers and sandwiches! Not to mention the desserts. My partner and I often go for dinner and I must say that we are always very satisfied. There is also the possibility of having only meat on the plate or alternative vegetarian burgers. Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: Location nuova e di stile. Panini gustosi e atmosfera tranquilla con musica di sottofondo. Il personale è molto cortese e i prezzi sono davvero ottimi in relazione alla qualità del cibo. Consigliatissimo.

26/05/2025: Excelente servicio. Pedimos lingüina con gambas y pulpo asado. Ambos estaban deliciosos y preparados adecuadamente. Disfrutamos de un litro de un vino blanco local con la cena. El sorbete de limón de postre vino con un hojaldre relleno de crema de limón. ¡Increíble! Llegamos cuando abrieron a las 8 pm para encontrar mesas ya sentadas. Podemos conseguir una mesa rápidamente. A las 9 de la noche, había una larga fila en la puerta.

15/05/2025: Siamo clienti affezionati da quasi 10 anni e non mi dispiace affatto percorrere circa 180 km.(tra andata e ritorno), perché comunque si mangia bene con porzioni veramente abbondanti e soprattutto con prezzi vantaggiosi.Grazie allo shef sig. VITO ella signora co dei bravissimi camerieri

25/05/2025: The TerramareBio farmhouse is an oasis of relaxation (panoramic sea view), hospitality and excellent quality of food. We found a kind and professional service. Tasty appetizers, first and second courses, desserts fruit and ice cream (I really appreciated the crunchy wafer on the ice cream) tasty and in the name of tradition. Fresh and excellent quality "km 0" products. It is the ideal place for a Sunday lunch or to celebrate an anniversary. Excellent quality/price ratio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

30/12/2024: The place is trendy. Predominantly "young" clientele. Excellent cocktails and wide choice of beers on tap. Seating both inside and outside. Even outside you can listen to music. Located downtown. Nearby parking if lucky.
