30/09/2025: What an outstanding restaurant. Not what I expected in Mola Di Bari, would expect this type of restaurant in a large city and I believe it would be very successful. We didn’t really know what to expect when we visited as we hadn’t looked at the menu, we were VERY VERY pleasantly surprised by the menu, the service, the setting and everything about our experience. Our only disappointment is that we only discovered Parla Paino on the Sunday before we returned home. We would have visited on the Monday too, but they were closed. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough, it was truly amazing! If Parla Piano was in a big city, I would expect to pay €200-300 for the quality of this setting, service and food! I’ve paid a lot more than that in London and the food has been nowhere near as good as Parla Piano! Please keep up the good work.

18/09/2025: A few days ago, we celebrated my sister's wedding at this fantastic venue. The dream location, impeccable service, and excellent food accompanied us throughout the day. It was a fairytale wedding, and all the guests were thrilled with the beautiful day they spent together. Highly recommended for your important events!

20/09/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm a sailor and I see a lot of restaurants, but here I can say that "excellent" is an understatement. The dinner was impeccable in every way: quality, taste, and hospitality. Reading some of the negative reviews, I have to disagree: perhaps some people need to be hospitalized in a psychiatric hospital, because it really is inexplicable. For me, this place deserves to be among the best ever and officially becomes my favorite restaurant. Congratulations!

19/09/2025: We dined at Ristorante La Bussola on a warm summer evening. The atmosphere is simple and spartan, but pleasant: the area is breezy and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to see the interior, but from the outside, the place looks tidy and welcoming. We chose the €18 fixed menu, which is quite comprehensive and includes several fresh and tasty seafood appetizers. Perhaps I would have liked a few more appetizers, but overall, the menu was good and well-balanced. We accompanied our dinner with beers, water, and soft drinks: in total, we spent about €25 each. Overall, a positive experience: the food is good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the prices are fair. A simple restaurant worth a visit, especially on beautiful summer evenings.

15/09/2025: A simple trattoria where you're completely welcome to eat at a wooden table with paper tablecloths and plastic cutlery. I was quite satisfied with the food. The restaurant offers a fixed menu for €18, which doesn't include drinks. I personally ordered appetizers, fried calamari and shrimp, and octopus. Then, fruit and sorbet. Worth a try and definitely one to return for.

28/08/2025: Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Raw Bar in Mola, in the piazza, right in the heart of town. We dined outside in a welcoming and elegant setting, perfect for enjoying a special evening. The fish is exceptionally fresh: delicate and delicious carpaccio, amazing fried cod (never tasted so good!), and a dish of spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and shrimp tartare that was truly an extraordinary discovery. A pleasant atmosphere, carefully prepared dishes, and excellent ingredients: Raw Bar is a place that showcases the flavors of the sea at their best. Finally, a special mention goes to Giuseppe, the owner of this lovely place. He was attentive to our every request and was available to describe the dishes served to us. An experience worth repeating and one I recommend to anyone who loves good seafood.
