30/01/2025: Dopo un lunga giornata di lavoro cerchiamo sempre un accogliente location dove trascorrere qualche momento di relax cenando ed assaporando le “idee” di qualche cuoco !!! Quasi sempre l’intuito legato ad un po’ di esperienza mi conduce nei posti giusti ! Anche questa volta siamo approdati nel posto giusto! Location accogliente bella musica al volume giusto , ovvero quella che ti consente di chiacchierare senza dove urlare e poi tutto perfetto ! Un menu’ misto terra e mare profumi e sapori che si legano ai ricordi , accoglienza e cortesia di chi e’ vissuto per il piacere si fare ristorazione ! Un sicuro porto dove approdare ancora con piacere .

03/02/2025: We had a great experience at Il Ministero della Braccia in the Old Town of Mola di Bari. The seafood was delicious, especially the grilled clams which really showed the chef's mastery of the grill - they were incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of flavours. The chef's ability to deliver such a fantastic grilled flavor even on mussels convinces us that he could serve an equally memorable piece of meat to those in the party who feel up to it. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, even though we didn't speak Italian. They also handled all allergies with great professionalism, which allowed us to enjoy the food in peace. We tried a large part of their seafood selection, and everything felt genuine, prepared with care and of the highest quality. We really look forward to coming back and can warmly recommend Il Ministero della Braccia to anyone who appreciates really good food in a pleasant environment.

02/02/2025: I would like to share my experience of my daughter's baptism recently. Unfortunately, the event did not live up to expectations, due to a series of issues that negatively impacted the experience of the guests and our family. Disorganization of spaces First of all, I would like to point out the lack of attention in the arrangement of the tables. Our table, made up of 22 people, was positioned in a narrow and inadequate space, causing considerable discomfort among the diners. We found ourselves "on top of each other", as in a company canteen, making conversation difficult and limiting freedom of movement. Delay in service and quality of food Another critical aspect was the delay in service. Food started arriving after 3pm, presumably due to the need to "dispose of" other guests. This resulted in excessive waiting and affected the quality of the food. The first courses arrived cold, while the dessert, called "sporcamuss", gave off an unpleasant fishy smell, making it inedible. Setting up the table for photos Finally, I would like to mention the preparation of the table for the photos at the end of the evening. Instead of setting up a suitable table, two tables were joined hastily and roughly, without even a tablecloth covering the joint. My daughter's baptism experience was marked by a series of inefficiencies and shortcomings that compromised the success of the event. I hope that this testimony can be useful to improve the organization of similar events in the future. Price per person €65

The bread and some mixes of flavors certainly need improvement. Some sandwiches are very original. Others, like Le Barisienne, promise well but lack the touch of flavor to make it more appealing. 06/01/2025: Oggi con la mia famiglia siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante. Che dire, soddisfatti da tutti i punti di vista. Il locale si presenta curato e pulito, i camerieri gentili e preparati, i piatti tutti ottimi ,pece crudo fresco senza parlare del prezzo che altamente competitivo data la quantità dei prodotti. Su mia richiesta mi hanno regalato anche un bicchiere che mi piaceva. Ringrazio e consiglio vivamente.

30/12/2024: Una garanzia. Ottimo ed abbondante pranzo: antipasti caldi e freddi, frutti di mare crudi, un ottimo primo di paccheri con sugo di cicala e carciofi, frittura di pesce e filetto di spigola su base di purè, frutta e dolce. Abbondante anche il menù baby. Ottimo il servizio.

And now also an excellent menu with sandwiches starting from €5! In short, you can enjoy what you prefer and it is suitable for all budgets and all palates!
