11/02/2024: We went to this pizzeria last night, we ordered two pizzas and when they arrived we immediately realized that they were raw... We started eating them and we had confirmation of the idea we had... they were completely raw... we left them ..going to the cashier we pointed it out to the owner.and without batting an eyelash she didn't even apologize but just said that Neapolitan pizzas are like this...which is not true at all given that we always take Neapolitan dough...it remains to be said that today we feel sick to our stomach with retching!!! there will be no other occasion..

02/03/2024: Excellent restaurant🍽️located in the historic center🏘️of Conversano, menu📖with the right quantity🙂and quality😋of fresh local products. I recommend the platter of cured meats🥓and cheeses🧀 as a starter, while the burnt wheat orecchiette🍝 as a first course. Very nice environment🤩well done with characteristic objects of the area. Service👨‍🍳courteous and kind. I'll be back.

26/08/2023: This bar is one of the places where you must always stop if you are in Conversano. Excellent ice creams, excellent pastries, ad hoc coffee, kindness and helpfulness of the owners.

12/03/2024: I worked with them and I have to have my say not very clean place the owners are unpleasant and extremely mean... without humility... once the contract is over, during my holidays they send me away due to personal redundancy (not true) I advise you not to deal with us either as customers or as workers

21/01/2024: Ristorante conosciuto per caso, a conduzione familiare, con molti spazi a disposizione. Titolari molto affabili e disponibili. Abbiamo assaggiato una insalata catalana ed una terrina di caciocavallo e funghi cardoncelli davvero gustosi. La proprietaria nonché cuoca ci ha consigliato 2 primi, uno con troccoli cozze cacio e pepe e l'altro calamarata con caciocavallo e funghi. I piatti erano davvero squisiti ed equilibrati nei sapori e ci hanno invogliato a prendere un altro primo visto al tavolo vicino, fettuccine al primitivo con tartufo e gambero viola. Una soddisfazione immensa per il palato, il tutto accompagnato da un nero di troia fresco. Ormai sazi e pienamente appagati abbiamo voluto assaggiare 2 dolci "fatti in casa" tortino al cioccolato e tiramisù. Amaro offerto dalla casa. Costo davvero parco e in linea con l'alta qualità del cibo. Da provare assolutamente, ci torneremo.

29/12/2023: Disappointed with the cake purchased for my daughter's confirmation...normal cream instead of the Chantilly cream requested, simple biscuits instead of the macarons that she herself had proposed as decoration, suggested wafer on the cake which has little to do with millefeuille . Although it has been on the market for many years, it was the first time we bought a dessert to celebrate an event....it was also the last!!!

28/02/2024: I often come with colleagues to spend the night here and chat. We choose this place when we want to spend time in simplicity eating good meat. The place is very simple, on one side the butcher's shop (where you choose the meat to eat for dinner) on the other a small room where you sit to eat your meal. The quality of the food is objective, every now and then you happen to taste some typical specialties "off the menu". I'm always happy to dine here! I congratulate you all 👏 I'll be back whenever I can!

28/02/2024: I have been to this pizzeria other times, after about a year I return on a Friday evening and despite myself, despite having always recommended it to friends, I discover that the quality of the food has worsened. The pizza was not at all as I remembered... we ordered a red beer, since the types of beer were also limited and the draft beer was not available, and we received a blonde beer which was really tasteless. The waiter who seemed to have started that job a few days ago... In the end we were asked if we wanted a bitter and as a choice there was only a poor quality herbal bitter and a Mediterranean bitter 🤦🏼‍♀️...for lucky that this was offered. The icing on the cake was that when we went to the cashier to pay with the debit card we were told that it was broken and since it was the weekend they couldn't fix it! Weekend...Friday evening... Speechless and I will never go back again. P.s. I don't usually give negative reviews but sometimes you also need to know what to do... and the current owner, if she ever changed, just doesn't know what to do!

09/09/2023: Extremely slow service, terrible quality: we waited an hour for two takeaway pizzas after being told that there would be a twenty minute wait (they had forgotten our order and then some chips). Once the pizzas were received, they were tasteless and the chips were raw. Not recommended

28/01/2024: Savì è un locale unico nel suo genere, realizzando delle crepes salate e dolci davvero molto saporite. Non sono "semplici" crepes, la base e gli abbinamenti di queste sono di ottima qualità, proponendo menù in costante aggiornamento e rinnovamento anche attraverso proposte speciali e in edizione limitata. Note negative, sono l'attesa, specialmente nel weekend, poichè anche prenotando spesso capita di dover attendere fuori dal locale ed i prezzi, che nel corso degli ultimi 2 anni sono leggermente aumentati.

13/01/2024: La pratica scorretta della creperia Savì è evidente dal modo in cui tratta i clienti, costringendoli ad attese prolungate all'esterno del locale nonostante una regolare prenotazione, più di un ora di attesa per sentirsi dire, "tra qualche minuto" ogni qualvolta si chiedeva. Questo comportamento non solo mostra mancanza di rispetto nei confronti della clientela, ma influisce negativamente sull'esperienza complessiva, compromettendo la reputazione del locale. Siamo andati via perché ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Bastava la sincerità, credo sia la cosa più sgarbata e maleducata che possa esserci insultare l'intelligenza degli altri intrattenendoli con false speranze di ricevere il posto prenotato. Stasera avete perso clienti, è vero ce ne saranno altri, ma abbiamo rinunciato in tanti e bisogna vedere quanti ritorneranno vista la vostra scorrettezza. Continuate a prendere in giro solo voi stessi. Addio!
