One minor quibble: you get the feeling the manager would like to see a higher frequency of service at the tables. Nevertheless, a super nice place with friendly staff and good food at absolutely fair prices.

16/09/2025: We enjoyed an outstanding 7 course tasting menu of Puglian dishes at this Michelin one-star restaurant. We could feel the love of Puglian produce and dishes in every bite. We also enjoyed the wine pairing with regional Puglian wines. The restaurant is located on a beautiful property, Masseria Mancini. The drive there from Bari was lovely and I wished I could see more in daylight. The service and atmosphere were outstanding. It was a lovely, lovely meal. Highly recommend.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

01/12/2025: Location and food: Nothing to complain about... nice place. Absolutely disappointing service and biblical wait times (from a seated table) despite being half-empty... very, very disorganized in terms of service and, I think, in terms of the kitchen too... very disappointing... prices not in line with the service offered...

23/11/2025: Sapore perfetto is a restaurant-pizzeria located on the outskirts of Conversano, known for various web articles, praised for the stars it has received... So much so that we wanted to try it, but it was a huge disappointment... The restaurant has a large interior and very pretty historic stone rooms. The pizza and the ingredients used are good, but not excellent! Nothing to dislike about pizzerias of the same quality that I've already reviewed. But the terrifying thing is the service! Upon entry, we were greeted by the owner, a self-important, grumpy, and immodest man. While inviting us to sit outside (despite our reservations) with a line of people waiting in the cold last night, he behaved arrogantly towards a pizza chef and a waitress (he treated them like slaves under his dominion/power). We were seated 20 minutes later and, by regulation, were allowed to stay for a maximum of 1.5 hours. The dining room was packed, an indescribable chaos that the waitresses didn't know how to manage. If you don't know how to manage so many people in different shifts, don't be so boastful and say you have 1,000 covers per evening! Pizzas arrived first for guests who arrived later, and some gentlemen who arrived well before us were waiting for over half an hour. While we waited (an interminable wait) for our pizzas, the waitresses came by every minute to rush us to clear the tables because others were waiting. They asked if everything had arrived, not out of courtesy or kindness, but to pressure us to leave. We ate so quickly for fear of being kicked out, and afterward, we had terrible stomach aches. Not to mention the bathrooms! Extremely narrow and low, an obese person would struggle, as would a disabled person! The icing on the cake: this pizzeria has only ever welcomed people dressed "like rich people." For the elderly or anyone who wants to eat a pizza in peace and doesn't want/can afford certain things, this place is not recommended. Needless to say, I will neither recommend nor return to this place! You have to be humble and grateful!

18/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place after stumbling upon it online, and it was a wonderful discovery. The place is quiet and welcoming, the fish is incredibly fresh, and everything is delicious, from appetizers to main courses. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

20/11/2025: What can I say, a terrible experience not to be repeated, overcooked pasta, tasteless and inedible, raw chicken with a hair, we asked for lemon but it was definitely recycled, very dry, they do not accept if a customer makes a complaint, I'm sorry, exaggerated prices for what they offer and finally not to mention the toilet it looks like a warehouse

03/11/2025: Excellent food at a fair price, without unnecessary frills. When you enter, you choose the dishes on display (the daily menu), take a seat, and...you feel right at home! The service is friendly and attentive. A great experience worth repeating.
