30/08/2025: I've been to Rampavilla and I must say it was a delightful surprise. The location is truly charming: the restaurant overlooks the staircase leading to the villa, with fairy lights, plants, and stone walls creating a romantic and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the stuffed fritters: fragrant, light, and generously filled, so good they're the reason I'd return tomorrow. I also tried the tuna tataki and the entrecôte: excellent quality ingredients and perfect cooking. The service was friendly and attentive, despite the restaurant being packed. I recommend making a reservation, however, as it fills up quickly in the evenings, especially when there's live music. The prices are fair, in line with the quality offered. In short: a place that combines good food, a unique atmosphere, and that touch of authenticity that makes the evening special. I'll definitely be back!

10/08/2025: Gorgeous place. The online reservation idea is great, allowing you to choose your table location (gazebo, outside, etc.). They have a variety of fritters to choose from, but... they're all delicious, so much so that you'll crave more (and manage to eat them without killing yourself 😂). Fantastic prices. Highly recommended. Tip for those with small children and strollers: to avoid the steps, just take the little road on the right and you'll find yourself directly upstairs.

06/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso dopo una rapida ricerca. Volevamo mangiare della carne, ma al tempo stesso volevamo anche altro e questo posto ci sembrava soddisfare la richiesta. Location nulla di sfavillante, ma giusto così per una braceria. Comunque tenuta benissimo e in ordine. Quindi promossa. Il menù è giustamente monotematico, ma presenta una ricca selezione di antipasti e contorni. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la salsiccia (nonostante non fosse ben cotta per nostra dimenticanza al momento di ordinare) e la tagliata (questa perfetta). Buone anche le bombette. Ottime le polpettine di benvenuto. Del resto ho apprezzato la cheesecake di zucchine come antipasto e, anche se non fatta da loro, era buona anche la torta ricotta e pera come dolce. Servizio eccellente: simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto. Meglio prenotare almeno 24 ore prima.

07/08/2025: A stone's throw from the Castello Acquaviva d'Aragona, the small castle of Conversano 🏰, hides a charming tavern: Traditional meals, just like at your grandmother's, homemade, with fresh produce, in a relaxed, family atmosphere 💛 Local specialties, affordable prices, and above all... a real moment to share, just before or after visiting the castle. I loved it. I felt like I'd gone back 15 years... thanks to these typical dishes from our grandmothers, full of flavor and memories ✨ A true delight.

30/08/2025: Excellent spaghetti restaurant in the center of Conversano. Right within the ancient castle walls. Evocative atmosphere. Excellent dishes. The pasta with clams was magnificent! I'd already been there in 2018, and I'll reiterate my 5-star rating in 2025.

29/08/2025: I discovered the restaurant by chance, asking a local (always better than Google). 😏 As soon as I sat down, I heard the owner taking our order and I fell in love even before eating. When it was my turn, I told Massimo (the owner) to surprise me... Result? I've been eating here for three days in a row and every time he manages to surprise me! 🥰 All the staff is super professional and able to satisfy every request. Thank you all again for the experience ❤️

11/08/2025: We were at Masseria Debellis for our son's baptism. Let's start from the assumption that the food is top-notch and plentiful, we ate really well and the DJ entertained us a lot... The waiters were all very kind and helpful but the criticism, which I hope is constructive, is directed at the management of the spaces and the cleanliness of the areas. The room, which is unique, does not allow you to dance and have fun freely during the celebrations because the space reserved for dancing is very limited. Consider that yesterday there were only 2 events so the room was not even completely full and many of the other event did not get up to dance, so we managed to celebrate with a little more space, not to mention our table tightly next to a piece of furniture along the wall which made it difficult for both guests and waiters to pass through. The other sore point is the bathrooms, 1 for women and 1 for men, all accessible from the same entrance which, despite the efforts of the staff, I leave you to imagine... Furthermore, the disabled bathroom had a broken door with a There was no baby changing table, and it wasn't even very clean, which made it difficult for a relative of mine to get in. Another negative note was the dirty outdoor sofas, so much so that some of my guests who were seated during the favor delivery left with dirty clothes. And the division of the spaces wasn't optimal, because even though we were careful to immediately express our preference for a gazebo where we could enjoy an aperitif and take photos of the cake and the favor delivery, the guests from the other party were crowded right next to us, giving us no privacy and preventing us from taking photos as we wished. During the aperitif, which included appetizers, prosecco, and juice, there was no water (yesterday it was 34 degrees), but after several requests and being sent first inside, then outside, and back inside again, it finally arrived. With that in mind, I repeat, my criticism is constructive; the structure allows for it and the owner is very kind, but on these occasions, the details make the difference.

11/08/2025: The charcuterie and cheese platter was excellent, as was the burrata. After a bit of a wait, the first courses arrived: orecchietta pasta was not bad, and cavatelli in pecorino cream was awful, but unfortunately, it came out watered down, a dish that shouldn't have left the kitchen. Good service, but it was marred by the somewhat long wait. We must have had a bad day, which can happen, but it was still a bit disappointing. Maybe next time. Prices were perhaps a little above average.

16/06/2025: Fairly modern place a bit far from the center of Conversano. There is seating both inside and outside. Various sweets and croissants are on display. There is also a crepes and cakes/ice cream corner. Music inside. Easy to find parking nearby.

28/08/2025: Of all the fine dining experiences I've had to date, this is undoubtedly the best. At Pashà, I found not only delicious food, but also attentive service and friendly, approachable staff. The tasting menu is incredible: I tasted the flavors of Puglia, but underneath, greeting me from afar like a silent old friend, were also the flavors of my homeland, Sicily, which is also the birthplace of the brilliant chef. One Michelin star is truly too few: you deserve the second without batting an eyelid. Keep going, and thank you for everything ❤️

25/08/2025: Tasting from €170 per person. Some dishes were delicious, others were good, and others I didn't like! The service needs to improve to live up to the star, and the cuisine needs more maturity! Overall, a fairly positive experience.

17/07/2025: Pasticceria la Creazione, always a guarantee!! For years now, they've been with us at all our family's important events. Last week, it was my sister's wedding, where Marinella (very kind, always available, polite, and always smiling) and her staff, despite being closed for vacation, made us delicious almond pastries. What can I say? There are still very few who use the highest-quality ingredients while respecting tradition. Our guests loved it, in fact, they recommended we make many more next time 😅.
