29/11/2024: Sono stata da Amare' per festeggiare il mio compleanno e siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti. Gli antipasti sia crudi che cotti sono stati ottimi, preparati tutti con prodotti freschissimi . Uno dei due primi era costituito da una pasta ripiena con cacio e pepe, una fonduta di caciocavallo , con salsa di datterino giallo e una tartare di pesce davvero eccezionale. Personale gentile e professionale nel consigliare e descrivere le varie portate.

17/10/2024: Scoperto tramite il nostro host… tutto buonissimo, i crudi spettacolari. Mai mangiato il polpo crudo così come i carpacci di scorfano, orata e triglie. Come secondo il filetto di San Pietro al forno. I ragazzi molto gentili e simpatici, un plauso a Cristian ed ai suoi 18 anni. Abbiamo concluso con sorbetto di limone ed altre prelibatezze! Complimenti xche ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie mille 🤩

24/12/2024: We went to this restaurant recommended by a friend a few evenings ago for a dinner with colleagues. I really appreciated the fact that it is located in the historic center of Conversano because you can also admire the characteristic place, among other things. I must say that the spaghetti was truly delicious, so for those looking for a place where they can enjoy the pleasure of a nice spaghetti I highly recommend it! It must be said that they also have a good menu including starters and there are also main courses to choose from if you aren't a pasta lover. The place inside is a bit small, but I think it is suitable for those who want to spend a nice evening in peace! Price quality is very good, we ate well and spent little!

19/11/2024: Just with a taste of appetizers it was like having dinner on New Year's Eve. Not happy, we also tasted the first courses (the specialty). The manager is a true host and will be able to accommodate you splendidly. Must try.

Posto meraviglioso immerso nelle splendide campagne di Conversano.Ideale per chi vuole passare una giornata in completo relax. Pranzo superlativo con portate di eccellente qualità con materie prime ovviamente a km 0. Tutto molto buono ma in particolare gli antipasti a baste di melanzane e il fagottino al pesto. Risotto agli asparagi e caciocavallo delicatissimo. Servizio impeccabile educato e cortese in particolare la Sig.ra Luisa è stata gentilissima e simpaticissima. Consigliato assolutamente

31/12/2024: Pizzeria in the historic center of Conversano near the castle. Warm and welcoming environment, punctual service, helpful and always smiling staff. For the appetizer we had crostini with capocollo, burrata and dried tomatoes and the bombette. Very good. The real apotheosis, however, is the pizza. The Tarallo and the fig. Cooked to perfection and the ingredients all really excellent. A pizzeria that I recommend to anyone who passes by there.

14/12/2024: A feminine place, charming and tasteful. Kind service. To start, we were attracted by a typical family dish, the fragrant bread meatballs, artfully fried. The pungent outside air and the complicity with the "better half" predisposed us to a spicy sharing: the Scalda'nduja, a terracotta container, containing 'nduja, heated by a candle. Accompanied by pieces of sweet gorgonzola and slices of bruschetta bread. The 'nduja, when heated, changes its consistency and accentuates the olfactory perception. We couldn't resist the temptation to dip the meatballs in there too. The pizzas, almost all with women's names, invite you to dance. This time, we were accompanied to the table by Carla and Piera. The first with sautéed cardoncelli, savory carpaccio of Black Angus meat, artichokes and Alberobello provolone. The second with fior di latte, Apulian porchetta from Grumo Appula, sautéed cardoncelli, provolone and porcini cream. Fully satisfied, we left with Marzia's usual smiling greeting, especially since she was recently a mother. Congratulations.

22/12/2024: I like this restaurant. The atmosphere is okay-ish, little empty and there’s no one to greet you at the door, but when the hostess came and was really nice and attentive, even folded my napkin when I went to the bathroom. The food was a lot so definitely don’t eat before that, the whole experience was about 3 hours. I liked the starters but the mains was lacking which was sad :<. The desserts were okay, nothing outstanding, loved the wines and the explanation behind each. Hated the green pasta though, extremely extremely bitter ;<>

29/12/2024: Instead of Truth, in Bologna they say trest (embarrassing) a place that would last a month. I won't add anything else that is better. Raw meat, disorganization, cold sandwiches and potatoes. Everything to improve.

29/12/2024: I leave one star because I was not at all satisfied with both the food and the service of the place. As for the food, the burgers we ordered were not cooked, plus the milk bun was cold and wet. A friend requested a well-cooked slice of Angus and was given medium-rare meat: when ordering she had specified the request and the waitress had guaranteed her that the meat would arrive on the plate, so that it could continue cooking until desired. In reality the meat was served on a plate and not on the plate. Finally, the service is terrible, one unprofessional waitress in particular reiterated that she didn't give a damn about our complaints about the food, demonstrating disinterest and little care for the place where she works.

29/12/2024: The Sapore Perfetto pizzeria is located outside the historic center of Conversano. The internal environment is intimate, spacious, welcoming. The menu not only offers pizzas but also appetizers, first courses, second courses and much more. Regarding pizzas, there are interesting combinations and products that are not found in all pizzerias. There's little to say about the taste, it was good. The staff is attentive and friendly, the bill is fair.
