31/03/2025: The place has a nice atmosphere, especially after the renovation. The service could be more attentive to some details. It would be helpful if the waiters asked the customers if they liked the assigned table before seating them. Also, too many staff members focus on the reservation and tend to remove the plates as soon as they are empty, giving the feeling of being rushed, when in fact the table should be cleared only at the end of the meal. As for the food, the sandwich was not toasted, resulting cold and not harmonious with the ingredients. The fritters were also served cold, compromising the overall experience. Taking care of these details could make a big difference in the overall quality of the service and the gastronomic proposal.

03/03/2025: We celebrated my mother's birthday at lunch on Sunday...finding everything truly excellent. Very well presented dishes and truly excellent food! What can I say: We really tried almost the entire menu and every course was truly of great quality... very satisfied guests! The wine list is also valid. A well-kept and welcoming environment, small but comfortable, characterized by the typical stone barrel vaults of the old vaults and by the small lights similar to patron saint celebration lights placed properly throughout the room! Friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely go back again... I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality lunch or dinner in peace. I conclude without adding anything other than I understand enough about catering!! Fair price for the proposed quality. ADVICE RATING 9 + ..well done!

04/04/2025: Ottima la carne ma anche gli antipasti, verdure, fritti, e dolci. Eravamo una decina per cena di lavoro e i colleghi sono rimasti soddisfatti. Servizio efficiente e prezzi in linea. Consiglio la tagliata e le braciole al sugo. Queste ultime favolose.

15/02/2025: If you want to go and eat in a local place in Conversano, I would recommend the Sfizi restaurant. A cheap place with very tasty food, which you can see is made with passion and love. The owner was very kind and always available to help us. The food was delicious and made well with local ingredients. I absolutely recommend you go there if you are in Conversano.

16/03/2025: Pleasant environment for a perfect dinner, with excellent and well-presented dishes. Everything is prepared with care and with excellent raw materials. The service is impeccable, courteous and fast and to end on a high note, a beautiful crystal biscuit tin with cantuccini is provided.

16/03/2025: Recommended by a friend, I booked for dinner on a Friday. We were greeted at the entrance by a very kind young lady who made us sit. We ordered cooked appetizers (boiled octopus with a side of potatoes, cuttlefish with cheese and truffle pepper, fried baby octopus and baked caciocavallo); first courses (sautéed risotto, burnt wheat orecchiette with ragout and chop, linguine with sea urchin pulp) All washed down with a bottle of talo" Primitive wine. Finally we ordered desserts. What can I say, the first courses were excellent, compliments to the chef, the starter was sufficient and the desserts were not very appreciable. Prices higher than normal.

29/03/2025: I went to this place for dinner with friends, we were all very impressed by the beauty of the place. We ate well, but for some people the pasta was perhaps too al dente. The prices seemed fair, but the waiting times seemed quite long, we would have preferred shorter waiting times. Also suitable for vegetarians.

28/03/2025: Great place. Pasta portions are...large! But so good. Recommend splitting a pasta and then getting a second or appetizer. You will not be disappointed with ANYTHING on this menu! So tasty.

23/03/2025: A farmhouse for receptions with space, not excessively large, both indoors and outdoors which can accommodate no more than one hundred people. The atmosphere outside is pleasant, the lighting is beautiful! Inside it is one large room, apart from the service rooms. The food is excellent and the staff really helpful and kind. Also very available to give concrete answers to intolerances such as celiac disease and lactose. Especially recommended for birthdays and communions

The service was excellent: the waiters proved to be extremely helpful, courteous and always attentive to our every need. The service was fast and punctual, allowing us to enjoy lunch without long waits. The dishes are prepared with fresh, excellent quality ingredients, which reflect the local culinary tradition with a touch of refinement. The location is enchanting, perfect for relaxing and spending time in a welcoming environment surrounded by nature. A strong point for families is certainly the possibility of visiting the animals of the farm, an experience that thrilled the children and made the day even more pleasant. I recommend Masseria De Bellis to those looking for an authentic place, with excellent food and a warm, family atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

30/03/2025: Welcomed by a family atmosphere in a simple and modest environment with tables inside and outside on the veranda, Giovanna and her wonderful team delighted us with a smile and politeness by offering us an excellent, well-seasoned and digestible pizza: we chose the Neapolitan dough because we preferred it and it absolutely did not disappoint us but on the digital menu there is a variety of doughs and pizzas, all inviting! We will definitely return often! Highly recommended for high quality quality, modest price and for everyone's kindness! Also worth trying is the Amaro del Colle, impeccably recommended by the owner for its liquorice aftertaste! Truly everything and everyone SUPER!

30/03/2025: Prenoto il mattino presto di ieri per assicurarmi un tavolo decente per le 20. All’arrivo ci viene assegnato un tavolo piccolo , mal posizionato, vicino all’ingresso adiacente alla porta che si apriva di continuo chiaramente per fare entrare e uscire gente . Ma il bello viene al momento del conto ! Pagare una bombetta in piu la bellezza di 4 euro , una cena con una pizza in due, due antipasti sempre divisi in due , un’acqua , due birre e due grape la “modica” cifra di 74 euro ci sembra un tantino eccessivo !

30/03/2025: Locale davvero molto carino e personale gentile e disponibile. Tempi di attesa lunghi. Decisamente da migliorare la pastella delle verdurine fritte che era dura ed insipida, pizza buona ma nulla di eccezionale. Prezzi piuttosto alti.

14/01/2025: The pizza dough and the ingredients were really good, thin and light pizza and above all well seasoned. The staff was very friendly and fast. They didn't make us wait long to tell us whether or not a table was available. Recommended for both groups and families. Next time we will also try the pucce. The only sore point: they made us pay COVERAGE on the bill even though we had dined outside, with the warming mushroom... the cost is 2 euros per person, a little out of place, in every sense.
