Kind and friendly service, delicious food... Let's not talk about the beef tartare sandwiches which are delicious.
I will definitely come for the third time with some friends or why not with my girlfriend😊😄

17/03/2024: We booked at 10.30pm for a dinner at Matsu Bitonto (specifically because Matsu Bari is spectacularly elegant and refined and what you pay is returned to you in terms of environment, service and food quality due to lack of space we found ourselves here) where we were asked to be extremely punctual and then made us wait outside the restaurant standing for more than half an hour together with other people who we seated in order of arrival, trying to free up the tables inside as quickly as possible (we heard complaints of tables being forced to stand up) . Seated at 11.15pm terrible service due to the rush to close the place they made us have dinner within 30 minutes 'all you can eat' style which brings you 7 dishes all together on the table without a logical order and not allowing you to have a quiet dinner, before the drinks arrived...a huge chaos of people seemed to be in a pizzeria with a disproportionate number of people compared to the place, with unrelaxing electronic music...quality of the food? Well it's definitely not the same as Matsu Bari, heavy, sticky rice and non-existent flavours. Well, if you have to dine in Bitonto with the high bill we paid and be served hastily without attention, go to the 'all you can eat' because we're just not there in terms of quality-price!

31/03/2024: We took the bruschettas (very good with fresh oil but paying €1.5 each is a bit much for the small portions), baked potatoes good, right portion and €5 the right price, pasta dish with sea urchin pulp 20 € average; as far as good pizzas and average cost are concerned. To review the cover price of €2.5 is quite high. The desserts were also good and we got tiramisu €6 and sorbets. The location is beautiful, well-kept and very clean. I can only give 5 stars to the fields indicated above and for this reason I recommend it.

23/04/2024: The restaurant is located in the central area. Upon entering you notice the care with which it was created. Excellent visual impact. The combinations of the pizzas were really good, while the "Neapolitan" dough didn't convince me much. Fast service and friendly staff, but at least I would have expected it to be less anxious, I understand that it was a Saturday, but there was no one waiting outside. Prices average for the area

24/03/2024: menu varies daily according to what the chef finds fresh to prepare or what comes to mind. It is completely family-run. everything is freshly prepared so you have to wait a bit and it doesn't make many covers but you eat very well.
a pleasant discovery.
The costs are proportionate to the quality: €10/12 for a first course or €15 for a complete starter... excellent I'd say!

12/03/2024: Good food, excellent quality ingredients and a fairly nice and clean environment.
The only flaw in my opinion is the service: they never bring all the dishes to the diners at the same time but there is always someone watching the others eat and sometimes they forget drinks and have to talk to the waiter again to remember.
However, the value for money is excellent
