A very good dinner in a pleasant setting just behind the cathedral. We ate very well and the staff were friendly. The chef offered us an original and delicious dessert.

A lovely place in the old town of Bitonto, behind the cathedral. The pizza is fantastic, as is the rest of the menu. The staff is helpful and attentive to every need. The wine list is excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Everything was good: the food was great, the waitresses very nice and kind, dinner was served verry quick. In july 8-th, wasn't crowded.

Excellent restaurant! The choices of pizza’s are outstanding and the quality of the food is above average! Good price quality and friendly owner and staff. I really recommend this restaurant if you like typical, traditional food at a nice square!

Perfect for starting a trip to Puglia! A very warm welcome and excellent pizza!! I highly recommend it! As a Frenchman, it's always important to have good service and good food: and this was it!

What better way to end a trip to Puglia? A wonderful discovery, fantastic staff, an incredible meal at extremely reasonable prices. And the olive oil was simply divine! I highly recommend it.

14/08/2026: Delicious pizzas, perfect dough, quality ingredients, and fast service. The storefront is small, but there's a huge, very pleasant dining room inside. I highly recommend it.
