25/11/2025: I've been there twice, once for lunch on Sunday and today. But today I was the last customer, scheduled for after 10:00 PM. The customer service is excellent, even if you're the last one for the entire day. From pizza to traditional cuisine, everything is meticulously crafted with one goal in mind: the customer leaves only if they're truly satisfied. Highly recommended, especially for families with children.

16/01/2026: A good restaurant in Sappada to eat at. On weekends, you'll almost always find a line and have to wait about ten minutes, but it's worth it. We returned here for the second time to eat the Linzertorte, which was very good. The pizza was also light and easy to digest.

25/12/2025: I've been to Karl's Keller twice, both on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and I can say without hesitation that it was a wonderful discovery. The food is simply amazing. The pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten: perfect dough, quality ingredients, and a great balance of flavors. The cold cuts and cheese platter was fantastic, rich, fragrant, and full of flavor: you can immediately taste the freshness and care put into the selection of ingredients. The first course was excellent, but a special mention goes to the venison steak, truly fantastic, tender, and cooked to perfection. But what makes Carl's Keller truly special is the staff, including the owners: genuine, kind, attentive people who make you feel welcomed and at home. It's not just about eating well, it's about enjoying an experience filled with warmth, smiles, and passion for what they do. A place where you'll gladly return, and where I will definitely return. Sincere congratulations to all the staff: you managed to make two special days even more beautiful.

07/01/2026: Pizza with coworkers at noon. The waitress took our orders and shortly returned, asking if she could substitute an ingredient because both the buffalo mozzarella and burrata were missing, with some parmesan. We agreed, but they didn't give us any other options, especially since it wasn't the pizza we'd ordered. When it came to the bill, I remembered that our pizzas were missing an ingredient, and the cashier, a little annoyed, told me they knew. I wasn't able to check if they'd charged the correct pizzas. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. We

04/01/2026: We were disappointed by the quality of the food. A trio of dumplings, beautiful to look at but flavorless, and porcini mushroom tortelli, probably purchased, similar to Rana's. The pork shank was precooked and heavy. The place is well-kept, warm, and traditional. It's a shame the food quality isn't up to par. Fair prices.

27/12/2025: The pizza is good, but the hygiene and service are poor: dirty napkins, dirty plates, chipped glasses, table set up quickly, a €2 cover charge, no bread or breadsticks, I'd like something more. We returned after a year; the service has improved, the staff is more courteous, and the pizza is always good.
