15/07/2026: This was probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any restaurant. From the moment we walked in, our waitress was rude and unwelcoming. She never smiled, never greeted us, never said thank you, and every interaction felt short, curt, and dismissive. We had to ask for menus multiple times before receiving them, and throughout the meal no one checked on us or offered another drink. When it came time for dessert, I asked for a dessert menu three separate times. After waiting over 40 minutes without anyone returning to our table, we finally gave up. When I mentioned the poor service, she told me to “look around” because there were other people in the restaurant besides our group. While I understand restaurants can get busy, that’s not an excuse for being rude or ignoring customers. Throughout the evening, I also witnessed her raising her voice at other members of our group over various small things, which made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Before leaving, I politely suggested that she should be kinder to the people who come to the restaurant. Her response was shocking: she said, “I’m not here to be nice to people.” Great food can never make up for service like that. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience. I would not return or recommend this restaurant based on the service alone.
