30/05/2026: Customers lined up like a chicken coop, with no style. Poor, poorly cooked food. Terrible service, incapable of even taking an order properly. Questionable manners. Long wait.

29/05/2026: We went on a Saturday and the restaurant was only half full. It took 30 minutes to get some arrosticini, with the kids clamoring for it—an ordeal. Not to mention, most medium beers are around €7. I understand the quality, but in my opinion, the price seems excessive, unlike other restaurants in the area that cost €5 or less. Never again.

28/03/2026: Good pizza at a fair price, service and customer care could use some updating. We're very regular customers because we live in the area, so I wouldn't even need to leave a review, but the rudeness I experienced today when I made a phone reservation prompted me to write this review. The pizza is always excellent, well-topped, tasty, and with a fragrant crust. It's served hot so it never gets cold, and the price is very fair. However, the rudeness of the elderly red-haired lady is disarming; it's incredible to imagine such a low standard these days. When I called to make a reservation, I was literally told, "These are not the times to call!" (even though I've always called at this time on Saturdays and the other waitresses have always been very kind). To make matters worse, after providing my last name, name, and time, the phone was literally hung up on me without even a "thank you and good morning." This is intolerable! Perhaps this lady should be fired, especially considering the numerous negative reviews about her. She's basically the one who lowers your ratings.

08/03/2026: Fabulous pizzeria. The atmosphere and staff are truly knowledgeable, especially with my allergies (which isn't a given). We often reserve a room for my whole family and order a buffet. Everything is delicious. It's been my grandmother's birthday party for years now. I highly recommend it.

30/11/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza and found it missing some of the ingredients I requested and the toppings were poor. Besides the playground, the pizzeria is a disgrace. Go to Veneranda or Araldo.

11/05/2026: Location with tables overlooking the lake and music. The food was quite good, though a bit pricey compared to average (a Margherita was €10). Service was €3 per person, which might have been reasonable if it had been available... The waiter almost dropped the menus on my friend, a bottle of beer was taken from the other table to show to ours and then left empty on the table next to us, the waiter couldn't carry all the dishes, and while being helped by seated customers, he repeatedly asked if he could take a pizza away without being given a container. The tables needed to be replaced because they were literally falling apart (the white enamel).

02/05/2026: I went to buy a pizza and was mistakenly double-charged. When I showed them the receipt on my phone and tried to be polite, they refused to refund me or even offer a solution or an apology. My entire family was rude to me, so I shouldn't be surprised. They said it was "my bank's problem" and not their fault. If they need that money so desperately, I hope they can use it to gain some education and dignity; I hope one day they learn not to keep what doesn't belong to them. And the pizza was raw.

17/11/2025: The waitress is an older lady who is great; the food... not so much. Appetizer (meh) and main dishes came to the table at the same time... ok. Their carbonara is not a creamy pasta dish. It is essentially scrambled eggs in pasta with virtually unrendered bacon/guanciale. Our observation of this fact was not well received by management.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame! (Unfortunately, you can only post this information if you give a star)

17/12/2025: Second time I've ordered the maxi pizza, and second disappointment. I understand the €10 Tuesday promotion, but that doesn't justify a pizza with virtually no toppings and a tough crust. The price is low, yes, but this is really excessive. It's better to charge the right price, but use a little more quality ingredients.

17/04/2026: I signed up my two-year-old for swimming lessons, eager to get him used to the water. But today's incident has literally pissed me off. After the lesson, I had to use the bathroom with my lively toddler in tow. The only accessible bathroom was the one for disabled people, because it was more spacious and better suited to controlling the stroller. As I was leaving, an attendant attacked me, telling me I shouldn't have used it and should have gone to the small bathroom. When I told her about the stroller problem, she responded with no empathy that I should have gone to the bathroom with the door open! Absurd and disrespectful! For the record, you can generally use the disabled bathroom if you have a stroller and can't fit in the other ones. It's not just for people with disabilities, but it's a priority for those who need it. In any case, there are different ways of saying things; rudeness is not appreciated. Respect is. With this, I'll conclude. Thank you.
