21/12/2025: Don't use the online reservation system because it's fake and you'll never get confirmation. This morning I made a reservation for lunch using their website, but after noon, the time they advertised as opening, I called to inquire. They told me they only accept online reservations for subsequent days, not for the same day, and the restaurant is fully booked. That's not how you manage an online reservation system.

19/12/2025: Ristoasi group. Very welcoming place and very friendly staff. Delicious pizza and food.

28/11/2025: First time at Zangola, sent by local friends. Decent pizza. Unbearable wait: an hour for a pizza. Excellent blanche beer, but it wasn't enough to make up for the wait. Fair bill. I recommend improving the service quickly.

08/12/2025: I was served by the manager of the place who didn't bring me what I had ordered, a white pizza with fried aubergines, it can't be full of tomato, the waitresses instead apologized and wanted to change my pizza, very competent and kind, I thought that for the mix-up the manager would apologize and maybe offer something instead nothing, as if everything had gone well, I do not recommend this pizzeria, I left very angry and offended

28/09/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant last night. We ordered a large fish appetizer and a large fried fish dish. The first course consisted essentially of shrimp, mussels, and mixed fried fish. The dish wasn't worth the price. The same was true for the large fried fish dish.

02/11/2025: So how can I say I got a pizza with sausages without fries and the pizzeria wasn't even that busy and it arrived 20 minutes late and that's fine except that the pizza probably had 90 kilos of mozzarella you couldn't even cut it if you paid for it and there were very few sausages and the thing that made me the most angry is this we got a VERY NORMAL COFFEE AND WE WAITED 26 MINUTES FOR A COFFEE. Unacceptable

05/12/2025: The hotel was very nice. Close to the sea, private beach, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The room had a balcony overlooking the main street, which I really liked. Friendly staff and owners.

31/10/2025: Excellent service and food, the ragù and millefeuille were truly exquisite.

22/10/2025: Really good pizza for very fair price, good selection of wines, friendly staff. What was really extraordinary was homemade dessert (similar to mille feuille) with a glass of sweet wine. Couldn’t wish better ending of our lunch. Would recommend to visit.

23/08/2025: I had a stretched campagnola and it was huge and delicious, super filling but light at the same time. The service was friendly and fast, highly recommended!

14/10/2025: Stayed here for a week. Perfect location and loved Malcesine. Staff from reception to restaurant all very friendly and helpful. The rooms as others mentioned are basic which was fine for us. Our room felt a bit cramped and shower cubicle was tiny. Rooms are super clean 👍, though some TLC is needed with decor and furniture. Great view from the balcony, spoilt by having noisy Aircon unit and pipes sat on the floor next to the table and some issue with a leaking pipe that seemed to have a towel wrapped around it. Ate in the restaurant twice, food was ok but nothing amazing, lack of atmosphere in the back room where we got put twice despite reserving a table in the front part. Preferred more interesting eats out in Malcesine. Breakfasts really good and lots of choice.

10/10/2025: We had a very good meal here—not for the first time. Grilled trout and Fritzi the Mare. It was reasonably priced.
