10/01/2026: We probably ordered the only item that wasn't as good as the restaurant: the pizza. It was good, but it was too thin, almost transparent. I like it thin, but that was too much. Everything else was excellent, with the meat taking center stage. The quality/price ratio was exceptional. I'll probably return to try the appetizers, first courses, and the fabulous meat.
29/12/2025: We only had one appetizer, three first courses, three coffees, and a dessert.
I had the truffle cappellacci, and they were simply superb.
The staff was super polite and helpful.

09/01/2026: We stopped for a short break from our long journey and found ourselves in a wonderful family atmosphere. The owner was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. The food was excellent, the pasta was homemade and exceptional. The value for money was excellent. The special feature was the changing table in the bathroom. Not even the fanciest restaurants have one.
04/01/2026: A truly lovely restaurant, with very attentive staff and owners who make you feel right at home, especially Luca. He's polite, kind, and serious, always ready to give you the best service possible... tireless and always ready to help anyone in need, he has a heart of gold.
Food just like our grandparents used to make, very, very good, truly tender meat, and prices accessible to everyone.
A clean and welcoming environment.

05/01/2026: Very close to the city center, excellent value, top-notch service, quality ingredients, and even the tourist menu is excellent. I personally ordered the €25 Gubbio specialty tourist menu, the €35 truffle tourist menu, Umbricini pasta with porcini mushrooms and truffle, pappardelle with truffle, pork with caramelized spring onions, and chicken served in a terrine with crescia and a mouth-watering sauce—all of which, of course, were served at various lunches and dinners. I highly recommend it; you won't regret it.

23/12/2025: A place immersed in nature, just a few kilometers from Gubbio. The traditional menu is rich and delicious. The staff is truly friendly. The downstairs dining room is welcoming, and the fireplace added a charming touch to the experience. There were 12 of us at the table, and everyone was satisfied. Recommended.

02/02/2026: Modern, welcoming, and very clean; spotless, state-of-the-art bathrooms; extremely kind and helpful staff; delicious food at a reasonable price (we had three pizzas and a bottle of water for less than €30).
Recommended!
18/01/2026: We saw a truck pull up... It's worth it. We ate very well, the place is huge and well-kept, the service is professional, there's plenty of space, and the portions are generous. We'll definitely be back.

01/02/2026: Driven by curiosity, after watching the episode of "4 Restaurants in Gubbio," we booked lunch at Locanda del Duca. The experience was impeccable, to say the least. The service was friendly and attentive. We decided on a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a pappardella with mushrooms and guanciale, and to finish, a fantastic pork belly. The sweet conclusion was a bitter liqueur with hints of cinnamon! Truly delicious!

The bread was poor quality.
Everyone was smiling and helpful, but the ingredients were poor.
The price was moderately low.
06/01/2026: I have to say that compared to the average 4.1 reviews, it definitely deserves a better rating, at least 4.5. There were six of us for dinner, and all the dishes were delicious: the first courses, the pizzas, and the sliced steak. The thin-crust pizzas, with their generous toppings, were especially delicious. We also spent about 20 euros each, so it was a good price.

Unfortunately, it was very crowded, but despite this, we found the owner to be very helpful and the waiter was kind, accommodating our every request. We had a great lunch, and the price was more than fair. I recommend it.... Thank you.

24/09/2025: We had booked a room to sleep in the heart of Gubbio, intrigued by the name "Bed & Beer" and the photos of the beer tap in the room, not knowing that the owner's restaurant was right below!
Needless to say, after touring the town and refreshing ourselves in the apartment we had, we went downstairs to spend a fantastic evening drinking excellent beer and eating pizza.
Definitely worth a visit.
06/09/2025: This place is right in the historic center of Gubbio! Perfect for aperitifs, we ordered a beer from a wide selection of excellent craft beers and a prosecco. They asked us if we wanted something to eat, but despite saying yes, we never got it! It's a shame because the staff is friendly. I'd go back and give it another try.

13/01/2026: We were in Gubbio for the traditional Epiphany procession (which was canceled due to bad weather). We stopped for lunch with a couple of friends with two children. The place was welcoming and well-kept. We ordered the daily menu... Delicious! The owner was very welcoming, professional, and above all kind! We'll be back!

29/10/2023: Ragazzi che dire? Se vi piace la pizza sottile e' il top!!!! Simpatici e cortesi. Atmosfera di casa. Consigliata per un pasto veloce e buonissimo. Raramente potrete trovare una pizza così digeribile.
