07/05/2024: I was with my girlfriend for the May 1st long weekend in Umbria and having passed through Perugia we decided to trust this pizzeria. We took 2 savory Maritozzi, 4 slices of pan and a classic pizza. Starting from the two husbands (even if they were served after the pan because Andrea decided that way) the best was the one with caponata, the other with scampi and lime was anything but salty, it was sweet. among the pan pizzas we chose "mari e monti" a good combination but compared to the topping it seemed like we were only eating pasta, it was very often the slice. The disappointment of the evening was the contemporary octopus and potato pizza, the potatoes seemed to have been thrown there by chance, but then I didn't finish it because I found a piece of glass, he had offered to make it again but I wouldn't have eaten a whole pizza, it would have been It was a waste, we took two cheesecakes (which were offered to us). I gave 1 star for the service also because when I showed the splinter the waitress told me she couldn't see. I would have preferred if he had offered pizza rather than dessert. If you expect more than a normal pizzeria you have to be impeccable. I wouldn't recommend it.

Characteristic and very nice place! If you take a tour in the center of Gubbio I recommend you stop here to eat!! Definitely coming back to try the cuisine!

31/03/2024: Alas, from a nice experience in Gubbio I expected more from this restaurant. The low service even more so. Waiters wandering around and not even knowing what they are serving. Bread from the day before, hard and flavored focaccia, ham cut double like a fillet, meatloaf looks like a bon roll cut into slices and fried, raw potatoes... sorry. Never again. I don't recommend it!!!

01/04/2024: We had dinner by taking some pizzas and others the slices with side dishes. The pizzas are a little thin, the seasoning is good. Good meat and also vegetables and potatoes. Unfortunately, apart from what's on the menu, you can't ask for anything else for the children, in fact we bought him a simple red pizza but he just tasted it; we noticed that even in the other restaurants in the area there is almost never a children's menu. At the end of the meal an excellent limoncello is offered.

I made a special request to surprise my partner and with such kindness they did everything to satisfy me. I had asked for a sentence to write in the dessert portion and believe me, all the staff were truly professional and kind, thank you very much. The menu rich in traditions and nos. 02/04/2024: As far as I'm concerned, the one at Romantica, in Perugia and Assisi, is one of the best pizzas, not only in the area but in general. It has a dough more similar to the so-called pinsa and the seasonings are very good. The staff is efficient and the waitresses are always very kind, the only flaw of both places is the acoustics, when they get full it becomes very difficult to talk without shouting.

05/04/2024: Typical trattoria, pleasant clean environment, I think renovated not many years ago. Vast offer of dishes, on Fridays there is a menu dedicated to fish dishes. We ate veal steak and lamb steak, very good. The pan-fried chicory is also good. The strawberries were a little too astringent, probably seasoned at the moment and not fully ripe, the coffee was excellent. Recommended to go.

25/03/2024: We came here to have a wide choice according to our dietary needs. My friend was able to choose between various gluten free dishes with ease and this is not to be taken for granted. The staff is approachable and the environment welcoming. The food was really excellent but we didn't taste the desserts to be able to give a complete judgement. As starters we chose a trio of tartare, red cabbage pie with brie fondue and summer truffle, cheese platter... everything perfect! As main courses, a gluten free pizza with non-homemade dough, grilled chop and mixed salad, sliced ​​chicken with rocket, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, stuffed pasta. Very satisfied.
