Easter Sunday evening
We took a mixed platter with really excellent local cheeses and cured meats and two VERY JUICY and TASTY cuts (they really melted in your mouth). Just what compliments
The wait staff is very young, super trained, attentive to the customer and really very friendly.
We highly recommend the place
30/03/2024: Excellent experience both for the food, typically Umbrian, and also for the friendliness of the staff. Cozy place in a convenient location thanks to its proximity to car parks.

Only a waitress who is small in stature, but always ready and above all with a smile, is saved, the exact opposite, with all due respect, of an older one who was also grumpy in responding to a simple request.

05/04/2024: very atmospheric place, very nice staff. We received our order 5 minutes after placing it. very tasty pizza, at a ridiculous price (6€ for a margerita) + draft wine 7€ for 1/2 liter. I highly recommend it 😊

25/03/2024: Very good food, service and good value for money. The grill platter with spinach/chard was very rich and I was very impressed with the taste. Even those wearing motorcycle gear won't be ignored.

03/04/2024: The pinsa is very good, well leavened, tasty and digestible even if I still prefer the traditional and popular pizza (but this is a personal opinion). Good selection of beers. Very efficient staff. Very nice interior, outside with tables on the parking lot a little sad. Prices a little too high.

01/04/2024: Easter Monday, eight people, rainy day, we relied on Grano & Sale for lunch, we had a super lunch, we started with a perfect giant platter for 4, then moved on to the first courses with Manfricoli alla Narnese, always perfect and finally Sliced beef I confirm as perfect, in these eight people there was also a person with celiac disease, he was very satisfied. Thanks and if we pass through those parts again we are guaranteed to be there, keep it up.

07/04/2024: The staff lacks a bit of savoir-faire, not even a smile... welcoming is not their strong point. The cold cuts and second courses of meat are the best things. For desserts, pay attention to their recipes, revisited but not always popular

They served me a steak that was bleeding, the plate was red.
After speaking with the owner I did not have the perception of an admission of responsibility.
That's how it ended for me, we'll definitely never see each other again!

02/04/2024: The location is between the department stores in the industrial area, the pizza is halfway between Roman and Neapolitan, so I would call it Frosinone, the prices are as high as those in the historic centre.
Cold decor.
If you know it, you avoid it.
08/03/2024: Really good pizza! Worth mentioning is the Neapolitan fried food. Nice place, quite well looked after. Young and rather attentive service. The affordable prices make it excellent value for money. Parking can be a bit of a problem at peak times.

Starter, first course and dessert. All washed down with a Montefalco red.
31/03/2024: I was there a few nights ago for dinner, a nice place typical of the area. Not bad and good choice of pizzas. I had a hamburger with chips which was very good I must say. The only negative note is the wait before eating (about 40 minutes). Despite this it is still a good restaurant. The dessert, a yoghurt with a biscuit entirely made with lavender, is very particular. To be recommended
