The cleanliness is also impeccable - tables and cutlery were in perfect condition. **Service:** The service in the “Lanterne” is also worth mentioning. As soon as we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted and shown to a free table. The service was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. Our orders were taken quickly and we didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food. What was particularly positive was that the waitress regularly asked whether everything was to our satisfaction and also took time for a short conversation, which made the visit very personal. **Food and Drink:** The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the pizza. The selection on the menu was varied, so there was something to suit every taste - from classic pizzas like Margherita and Quattro Stagioni to more creative variations. The pizza we ordered was excellent. The dough was perfect: thin, crispy and yet not dry. The topping was plentiful and of excellent quality - fresh ingredients that harmonized wonderfully in terms of taste. Of particular note was the tomato sauce, which was aromatic and flavorful without overpowering the other ingredients. The cheese was also present in just the right amount so that it didn't make the pizza too heavy but complemented its flavors perfectly. As for the prices, the value for money was more than satisfactory. The pizza was not only delicious, but also inexpensive, which is not always a given these days. The drinks selection was also good, with a decent selection of wines and soft drinks offered at moderate prices. **Conclusion:** The “Laterne” restaurant is definitely worth a visit. It not only offers a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service, but also culinary delights at fair prices. This restaurant is an insider tip, especially for pizza lovers. The quality of the food, combined with the friendliness of the staff, ensures that you feel completely at home here. 08/08/2024: I went to lunch with my parents as we were passing through. We got 3 different things, all delicious! Fast service and very friendly waiters. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

04/08/2024: I dined in this restaurant several times during a holiday in the mountains because after the first positive experience we preferred it to other restaurants in the area. We ate both pizza and typical dishes from the restaurant and were very satisfied…. Above all, the pizza was very good and digestible. Fair prices for the area. Simple no frills but comfortable environment with friendly staff. I recommend it.

09/08/2024: Personale gentile e cibo di qualità. Tappa fissa per noi che soggiorniamo a Terlago. Abbiamo cenato tre volte in una settimana e ci siamo trovati divinamente.

25/08/2024: Pizzeria/Restaurant located on the western edge of Folgaria, a place on the edge of the town that divides the center from a fantastic walk in the woods which, if taken just before sunset, can provide exciting moments... just as the refined ingredients are "exciting" in the Cappelletti restaurant, from pizza to restaurant. For the pizzeria we find a cured dough left to rest for the right amount of time, (ask and you will be told by the pizza chef Federico...)...dough accompanied by Italian products, not just local, all worthy of note cooked in the traditional wood oven . The restaurant on the other hand, depending on the period, offers simple but very refined dishes and the menu offers some "goodies", I would say unique to the place (try the Umbrian truffle and the meat - ask Guido and he will tell you about it) To accompany the dishes there is a good choice of local craft beers from the #BARBAFORTE Brewery, the classic Forst, a good selection of wines and you can also find excellent and refined spirits (including my favorite Rivo gin). The venue: it is simple, well-kept and clean, also considering that the Cappelletti brothers have been managing this location for a short time and perhaps some details are not exactly in tune with their style. However simple and pleasant. The dining room staff is helpful and courteous. Waiting times are normal both in season and out of season. Reservation: divided into two shifts 7.00/.30 or 21. Location: internal or external. Parking: limited, it is recommended to park near the municipal playground located in via del Parco and walk 5 minutes (just before the restaurant coming from Folgaria). Personally I believe that this place deserves 5 stars and is the best restaurant/pizzeria in the country. ...also nothing to do with other places in the centre...

09/08/2024: Stayed in a beautiful, clean, large attic room with an exceptional view, only the mountain in front of the terrace! Had dinner in a family-run restaurant, quality food and generous portions. Prices in line with the high prices in the Alta Badia area. Abundant breakfast and homemade cakes. We recommend it for its courtesy and cleanliness! Spectacular trails in the surrounding area.

30/07/2024: We were at “Terzer” for 2 weeks. The hosts were always friendly, committed and helpful. The bike tour with Lukas was particularly great! The rooms are modern and functionally furnished. All we were missing was a trash can, enough shower gel (there were only small samples) and a minibar/fridge. The hotel itself is located on a hill in Kurtatsch. However, there are sufficient (public) parking spaces in front of the hotel. There are also a limited number of places in the TG. Because of the hill, the inevitable mopeds were omnipresent and rattled happily away. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit monotonous in the long run. There were always the same offers. The only egg dishes available were either hard-boiled eggs or those that were almost raw. Some of the service staff could hardly keep up with filling the buffet again. What bothered us was that in the morning you were allowed to smoke on the terrace under the awning. So you were already covered in blue haze in the morning. Dinner, on the other hand, was always tasty (especially the pizza). But here too the service was sometimes overwhelmed. Due to the high temperatures, you always have wet bottoms on the plastic upholstery of the benches. So we always took towels with us as a surface when eating. There were enough loungers on the roof terrace, but unfortunately no parasols. The somewhat outdated whirlpool was nice to have, but it didn't provide any refreshment as it was always heated to over 30°. Access to the saunas and relaxation rooms was always locked and only accessible for hours if you registered in advance. Overall, I give a well-intentioned 4 stars because the Terzer couple always made a lot of effort to greet each guest personally and to accompany them on their vacation.

18/07/2024: Wir hatten einen schönen Abend mit zwei Familien. Das Essen war lecker. Leider gab es Unstimmigkeiten bei der Begleichung der Rechnung. Zuerst zahlte die Familie mit drei Personen eine Rechnung über 158 € die andere Familie mit 4 Personen zahlte 115 €. Obwohl alle Essen und Getränke nochmals einzel durchgeben wurden, erschien uns die Rechnung der Familie der drei Personen zu hoch. Wir baten um einen Beleg. Daraufhin wurde der Familie mit vier Personen 1.5 € und der Familie mit drei Personen 45 € zurückerstattet mit dem Bemerken, dass man versehentlich einen Tisch dazu gebucht hatte. Seltsam, da wir alle unsere Essen und Getränke einzeln in das Kassensystem eingegeben haben. Wir waren schon öfter dort und werden leider dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

27/08/2024: Place where you mainly eat pizza. A positive note is that they have the option of lactose-free mozzarella 🤩 which is quite difficult to find but not impossible

23/08/2024: I was here the week of August. The pizza was decent but then at home we all had to drink a lot of water because it made us very thirsty. We waited a long time for it to arrive. I've been here before and found it better. I understand that it was full of people given the period. I will definitely return.

08/08/2024: Excellent pizza ready in 5 minutes. We weren't in a rush but we arrived, sat down, ordered, pizza arrived in 5 minutes and I'm not exaggerating. Total time spent: 30 minutes. I can't help but compliment them.

26/07/2024: Extremely friendly (although I forgot to tip the second time, sorry). I had take away Tyrolean dumplings or Maultaschen, you can't really tell from the photo, but they were incredibly tasty, especially the dumplings!

24/07/2024: Beautiful hotel beer garden directly in Eppan! Slightly higher prices for meat dishes (spare ribs are great) otherwise bomb stone oven pizza for every taste!

12/07/2024: apart from the long wait for the pizza, I would like to express my disappointment with the bill: €5.60 for 1 liter of mineral water; it's a shame!

21/06/2024: This restaurant exceeded all my expectations. It's a kids friendly place where you can find warm atmosphere and excellent food at the right price. You do not often find a place where every element comes together so perfectly. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

16/06/2024: Good evening, we were here this evening...just left...the pizza was left half done...with broccoli rabe not only frozen...but also almost acidic...and the dough was heavy...they brought two glasses of wine which looked like children's glasses ... the can of coke marked 3 euros ... 3.30 ... what can I say .... mahhhhh!!!! I am speechless!!

13/08/2024: Con la mia famiglia ci siamo fermati per un pranzo di passaggio! Cibo buono, locale semplice, essenziale ma pulito e con tutto quello che serve! I bimbi hanno preso 2 primi e un secondo e noi 2 tagliate; nel complesso hione! Peccato per il costo dell’acqua, €3,60 1l di acqua naturale!

10/06/2024: I went to dinner with friends yesterday: we all had the impression that the dough was "rubbery", the mozzarella was almost non-existent, the raw meat was inedible, cut too large and "plasticky". I had heard that the food was very good in this place, and I'm sorry, maybe the usual pizza chef was missing, I don't know... The quality of the ingredients wasn't that great. The lemon sorbet was too strong, it pulled at the mouth in a crazy way: three of us tasted it at the table. Very positive service however.
