30/06/2026: We went here for Valentine's Day dinner. Unfortunately, the place seemed rather disorganized, and the service suffered. The magicians' idea was fun, and they were very good, but the constant flow of performers at the tables made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful dinner. The pizza was decent, but the gluten-free pizza was truly disappointing. Also noteworthy were the dirty dishes on display at the entrance and the tables were very close together. The view was beautiful, but the location was inconvenient, and parking left much to be desired. Overall, we weren't satisfied with the experience.

29/06/2026: There were 18 of us for a family dinner. The pizzas were good, including the gluten-free version, which was very good and suitable for celiacs. They also had many gluten-free desserts (the tiramisu was amazing). They also catered to children, thanks to their special menus and play areas. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was the wait, which unfortunately was quite long, and having four small children, it was a bit more difficult for us to manage.

10/05/2026: The food consisted almost entirely of frozen products. The fish was dry and of poor quality. Taste-wise, the restaurant seemed to cater to tourists who have little understanding of Italian cuisine. The Italian waiter kept speaking to us in English even though we spoke to him in Italian. The only positives were the view of the lake and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

07/04/2026: I have been coming to this hotel for many years and it is now like a second home, the table service is perfect and the rooms are welcoming.

23/02/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. A cozy, homey atmosphere. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The food was delicious, including a generous breakfast and a four- or five-course dinner in the evening. The family and staff are friendly and welcoming. Easily accessible by car, public transport, and ski bus. The location is quiet and close to a supermarket and shops.

10/05/2026: We arrived at the time of our reservation but had to wait on the balcony for someone to be available. They sat us in a draughty spot. When I asked to be seated at the next table, I was rudely told no because it was reserved (there was no evidence of this). Long waits for dumplings with improbable sslsin and sauerkraut that was actually sliced ​​cabbage. When I return to Caldaro, I will never set foot there again.

07/05/2026: The pizzas at Rottenburgerkeller are delicious, and in addition to the standard classics, they also offer some creative options. The service was very friendly and attentive, and our dogs were welcome! We sat inside in the back and enjoyed complete peace and quiet with our dogs.

07/08/2026: One of the best pizzas we ate during our trip to Italy. Charcoal oven, perfect dough, great tomato sauce – hard to beat.

04/08/2026: Pub Pizzeria La Caneva has become a regular stop every time I return to Folgaria. The ambiance is what you'd expect from a classic mountain restaurant: lots of wood, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of outdoor seating. They seated us inside, and thanks to a group of people who kept closing the terrace window as they pleased, the room quickly became decidedly... tropical! 😄 A little anecdote from the evening: a little girl, rushing between the inside and outside with her friends, hit the window right through it as it had just closed. Luckily, it was just a big scare. But let's get to the highlight: the food. Super-fast service and truly excellent dishes. The mixed mushrooms were incredibly flavorful, the radicchio and Vezzena lasagna was one of the best I've tasted in recent days, and the Storo polenta was simply perfect. Quality ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. Prices are absolutely reasonable, quality is definitely above average. For me it's a confirmation: I always come back willingly and will continue to do so.

12/06/2026: This place is very popular with motorcyclists and local workers. The food is good and generous, and the staff is friendly, but perhaps they could use a few more... A bit of a wait... When we went, there were a lot of flies inside, which were very annoying.

30/05/2026: I ordered 3 courses during the first course I asked if I could cancel one course because I was full they told me that there was no problem as it was not prepared......but I was charged anyway

10/08/2026: We've eaten at Pace five days in a row now and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The food is incredibly delicious, the portions are generous, and the service is fast and friendly. And besides the amazing food, we also have to give a huge shout-out to the fantastic service. The waiters are all consistently lovely and friendly. We've never experienced anything like it anywhere else. Thank you! A heartfelt recommendation!

04/07/2026: Unexpectedly tasty donuts, creams are really tasty and the dough is pretty good. Please do not sleep on the pretzel, it completed the experience perfectly. Place looks nice, gotta get there pretty early for the donuts.

29/06/2026: We stayed for one night at the suite. The room was absolutely amazing. The food was a bit his or miss. However, the service did not meet expectations. It’s NOT a relaxing time when you are there. Staff is extremely rushed and they rush you to through your meals. The order taking is extremely rushed through. It’s like they can only spend 5 seconds on your table. They speak fast and run around and take your plates before you are finished. Staff has attitude. You really cannot talk to them. The lady who was taking our order, when we asked for tiramisu for desert after dinner, she said: which flavor? I missed the flavors in small font over the photo on the menu. Instead of just saying: we have x, y, and z flavors, she said: “Look at the menu. It’s all written in the menu.” That’s not a sign of a good customer service. 🤷‍♀️ For breakfast the next day, I asked if we should pre-order donuts as they might be gone when we are done with our included breakfast and the lady assured me that it’s no problem and we will get our donuts. We came for breakfast at 7:30 am when breakfast opened. After our included breakfast, we all asked for cream donuts and she returned and said they were all gone. 🤦‍♀️. Seriously?! I am staying there for $600 a night and I am the first person for breakfast when they open, I get assurance that, as a guest, I have no problem getting a famous donut for breakfast and then I am told they are all gone?!! Wow. This is just like a slap on the face. Complete lack of care for guests. Staff would not acknowledge guests. In AM, I came out outside. I was the only person there and staff knew I was a guest. The guy staff came to clean the tables from condensation in AM. I smiled and looked at him to say hello. He didn’t even look at me or greeted me. Instead, he just got right next to me and started around his chores. That’s such poor hospitality. I read reviews after and it seems to be the theme: attitude and no hospitality. We stayed at multiple places during our 10 days in Italy and this was the worst service experience I had. I don’t know if they are so snobby because they are so popular due to social media that they don’t care, or it’s just the culture there. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was not good. Dry omelet. That’s the first time in my life I didn’t eat the omelet someone made for me. And of course the cream donuts were gone already per our waiter. I wish guests were treated with attention and care here so the service matches the beautiful place and superior accommodations.

29/05/2026: I went to order two pizzas. I felt really sorry for a guy who was new there (it was noticeable), but the treatment from the girls in the restaurant was really rude, they responded rudely to her, to say the least. Then, when I spoke to a girl on the phone to order the pizzas, she misunderstood the name (this is to point out that the guy isn't the only one who gets it wrong). I arrived to get the pizzas, the name obviously pronounced in an Eastern dialect! Pronounced "carissa," please at least ask how it's pronounced.

06/08/2026: Found it by chance while we were traveling to Alto Adige. Very friendly staff and delicious food. In summer, a lovely setting in the shade of the trees. Very nice inside too.

10/08/2026: We stopped here for lunch. The food was excellent, the pizzeria was excellent, and the portions were generous with generous toppings. The atmosphere was welcoming and familiar, and the staff was young and friendly. Personally, I only have one complaint about the lovely bigoli with ragù and chanterelles: there was too much juniper, which completely covered the flavor of both the ragù and the chanterelles, so I didn't appreciate it very much. At times, the excessive spices distorted the natural flavor of the dishes. On the other hand, the strudel was superb, carefully homemade with delicious apples. The glass of Lagrein was also excellent. Dogs are welcome. I'll add a few photos that speak louder than words.

22/03/2026: We were passing through and spontaneously ended up at Pizzeria Sandheim. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we received a very friendly welcome and were seated immediately. The absolute highlight: The huge selection of pizzas is completely gluten-free! It tasted fantastic.

07/03/2026: Very efficient and friendly service. We went twice during our stay and left satisfied both times. Very good pizza and delicious coffee.
