11/03/2025: We have been living in Tuscany for a very short time and we discovered this place (among other things under the house) even less. Yesterday we decided to try it for a pizza and I'd say it went great. We come from Puglia and for us the pizza is not the one typically eaten here (very thin although good), so discovering that at the ristobottega they make it as similar to ours lifted our spirits. The place is small but really welcoming and well done, the staff dynamic, kind and smiling. As I mentioned we only tasted a margherita and a lustriosa with a panna cotta at the end, all deliciously good. We will be back to taste everything else, in the meantime we highly recommend it.

09/03/2025: Not a quality appetizer Rude staff at best. You can't see anything, you ask for a light and they tell you....here it is but it's needed at another table, I'll come and get it. Normal pizza.

11/11/2024: Ci siamo trovati così bene che se ci fossimo fermati più tempo nelle langhe sarebbe stato il nostro ristorante serale, ma siamo riusciti a cenare solo nei 2 giorni trascorsi per il nostro weekend. Walter ci ha consigliato e trattato molto bene, qualità del cibo ottima. So moer l'è en gran braa a fa le turte.

17/12/2024: We came across this place for lunch, somewhat by chance, on a cold and rainy winter Saturday. The place and the staff did their best to warm up the day but from the kitchen they weren't as willing. We took a simple spaghetti with clams which had practically no flavour. We then had some stuffed mussels and it got even worse!! The mussels were filled with breadcrumbs and seasoned with an absolutely anonymous tomato sauce. Finally, an inappropriate receipt. Prices too high for the quality served

10/02/2025: Che fine ha fatto la mitica torta del Seghieri?? Come si fa a Livorno in un locale storico per la Torta di ceci servire la torta ghiaccia e spessa come un toppone!!! Che peccato aver peggiorato così la qualità! Potevano aver imparato un pochino meglio dal vecchio Seghieri ! In fondo non si parla di troppe ricette ne bastava una ma fatta bene. Davvero una delusione E anche quella calda riportata dopo, purtroppo era mal cotta, troppo spessa e senza la crosticina che la deve contraddistinguere. Consiglio di rivedere un po’ la ricetta e farla con un po’ più di amore . 😕

11/10/2024: Wonderful authentic Italian family restaurant. Tasty food, great wine, big beautiful terrace with lots of plants, big outside area for kids to play. Fair prices for great service! Also there are wonderful rooms to rent. You hear the waves at night <3 Grazie mile tritone

29/09/2024: Unfortunately we are disappointed here... Bread extremely dry.... Pasta and lasagne tasted good but weren't enough to fill you up... Dessert wasn't really a recommendation either... We wouldn't recommend it... It's a shame, super good located and people would probably use it more.... 😏

22/02/2025: Varia scelta di pizze classiche, speciali e gourmet dove è inoltre possibile scegliere il tipo di impasto (normale, grani antichi o multicerale). Anche la scelta delle birre è interessante fra spina e bottiglia. Noi abbiamo provato impasti diversi ed erano molto buone. Locale semplice ma carino. Da provare sicuramente.

30/01/2025: Le pizze piu' buone del mondo si mangiano qui, in questa pizzeria speciale di Rosignano Marittimo, un piccolo borgo sulle colline facilmente raggiungibile da Livorno,Cecina,Pisa. Pizze gustose fatte con amore e dedizione da Massimiliano, gusti insoliti e ricercati e materie di prima qualità. Un impasto leggero,croccante e leggero, pizze "dolci" e pizze per celiaci. La pizza è eccezionale, la migliore mangiata in vita mia.L'ambiente è molto accogliente, tavoli di legno predisposti alla giusta distanza gli uni dagli altri che garantiscono la privacy giusta e alle pareti scaffali pieni di libri che ricordano storie,racconti,personaggi degli anni 70/80.Nell'aria SEMPRE musica piacevole,adatta all'atmosfera del posto. Pizzeria Le simpatiche canaglie è un "luogo dell'anima" dove SI STA BENE. Grazie al personale sempre gentilissimo e accogliente e a Massimiliano che dopo aver sfornato pizze e pizze passa tra i tavoli a salutare gli ospiti e a "sentire" (anche con il cuore) se tutto è andato bene.Se si arriva qui una volta, è uno di quei posti che non si lasciano piu.

14/03/2025: It's particularly difficult for me to write a review this time ✍️ because we really enjoyed being here last year. Of course, expectations for this year were correspondingly high. Actually a place where you can expect great cuisine with a reasonable price. This year we came with friends and were unfortunately disappointed. Yes, we are approaching the end of the holiday season and I understand that all employees are longing for the end and are certainly at the end of their tether. At what feels like 150% capacity (inside, in the annex, on the terrace and the tables in front full, with triple occupancy) you are of course already exceeding the limit of the kitchen and the employees. Mistakes tend to happen that never actually happen, but are almost unavoidable given the hectic pace and throughput. Our starters were brought quite quickly. The fried polpo was excellent 😊. Unfortunately, my pasta with tuna and burata was totally over salted. It took about 15 minutes before we got rid of our empty plates (before the empty plates). We then had to wait a relatively long time for the main course (40 minutes) and only 3 out of 4 came. The mixed fish platter was of good quality and the selection was quite okay. The fish was partly cold, partly oversalted, the tubes still had a beak…. Salt would have been great for the entrecote, but there were no cruets at the table and service was not available. My wife's noodles arrived when we had almost finished them all (the service apologized on behalf of the kitchen), which were good quality with the clams, but unfortunately also totally over salted. We would have liked to order another bottle of wine and water, but it was difficult due to the lack of service. Since we had been here for almost 2.5 hours, we decided to go home without dessert, coffee or anything like that. Since we were here last year, we will definitely come back next year, but not this year. It's a shame ☹️

16/02/2025: Slow service and for what was spent they could have even stuck us in the first place, because spending 25 euros for an appetizer with three slices of cold cuts and a tiny escalope of pork with green pepper and two roast potatoes seems a bit much to me, a very suitable place for children with games etc... But for this reason you shouldn't leave hungry
