11/05/2025: tipica trattoria, comoda perchè sull'Aurelia, l'interno è molto spartano, ha una veranda chiusa. il menu ha piatti prevalentemente toscani. Abbiamo preso pappardelle al ragu di cinghiale che però navigavano nel sugo, spaghetti allo scoglio, buoni. Meno buoni invece i crostini di fegato che di solito hanno un battuto rustico, questi invece avevano una crema liquida.

A little tip on liver crostini, during dinner serve the dishes accompanied with good bread, for tomato bruschetta the bread is excellent and special, but serve the liver crostini on simple white bread. We would like a nice rustic bread. But, I repeat, it is a small thing that does not detract from the beautiful experience we had.
