10/02/2024: Good dishes, but too expensive for the place, then with the paper placemat and napkin too !!!!!!! A piece of advice, the steak is shown to the customer first and the weight is stated... not surprisingly! Two portions of potatoes in their skins….€12 Not enough rating

13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. Must try!

14/10/2024: Location caratteristica, molto curata in tutti i dettagli. Personale affabile e gentile, dove la cucina è a vista affidata alle persone esperte della famiglia. Il Gestore è una persona semplice che ama parlare e conoscere chi frequenta il suo locale senza mai essere invadente. Fermarsi a pranzo o a cena anche nel loro caratteristico albergo bene inserito nella campagna circostante è sempre una esperienza positiva e non molto costosa. Personalmente mi piace molto e mi fermo sempre volentieri.

17/08/2024: Delusione!!!!!! Menu da taverna, una pagina per tutte le portate, alcune anche cancellate quindi scelta scarsa. Era un'altrao locale prima, pochi mesi fa c'erano più portate. Per essere sabato sera mi pare una taverna in disgrazia. Penso sia l'ultima volta che vengo qui anche se xi venivo da 40anni, prima dell'affare di Baggio alla fiorentina. Che tristezza vedere i nostri punti fermi cadere come foglie in autunno.

03/03/2025: Cena di domenica sera in famiglia...Abbiamo assaggiato solo la pizza, che si è fatta un po' attendere ma è molto fine e molto buona!

02/03/2025: i tempi di attesa sono stati estremamente lunghi.Nonostante il personale sia stato descritto come gentile e attento in altre recensioni,nella nostra esperienza specifica, abbiamo riscontrato poca attenzione . Il cibo era nella norma, senza particolari guizzi di sapore o qualità che giustificassero i tempi di attesa e il prezzo. Mi aspettavo un'esperienza migliore, ma purtroppo non la consiglio.

24/08/2023: Yet another "family" management of a very traditional place, in an equally traditional destination for Sunday trips out of town for many Florentines. The "vintage" location has gone through the decades almost without changes (and this is not a criticism!) and remains just off the SR 70, a good km before the center of Consuma, in the quiet town of Poggio alla Ginestra, also good for walks and picnics. Traditional and very limited menu, decent to good value for money. Personally, I found the starters (and side dishes!) a bit too expensive compared to the first and second courses, but the quality of the cured meats and cheeses on offer seemed very good. If you are passing through and don't feel like queuing for the local cold cuts and flatbreads, it can be a pleasant and relaxing alternative.

22/03/2025: Provato per caso tramite internet, ci ha colpito per la qualità del cibo( pizze e dessert)e per la presentazione. Ambiente semplice, pulito e personale disponibile e gentile. Consigliato
