31/01/2026: The delivery was scheduled for a certain time, but no communication about the hour and a half delay. I tried calling and they ignored me, even hanging up the phone to avoid receiving any more calls. I understand it's Saturday night, but this is pure rudeness. My husband was about to go downstairs to pick up the chicken himself, since they didn't even bother to answer, as if ignoring customers was normal. Kudos to the delivery driver, who was very polite and empathetic, apologizing as if the mistake were his own. In all of this, even a minimal apology or a small gesture toward the customer from the chicken shop would have been the bare minimum. Absolutely disappointing.

01/06/2025: Beautiful rustic place, welcoming and spacious when I entered I had a good impression and I was not wrong, I celebrated the communion everything was good as agreed, I recommend it for quality price and service.

20/11/2025: The place looks beautiful because of the view. I celebrated my wedding there on 09-10-2025, the room was very dirty. I had prepared my own menu, which was completely distorted. They served me casarecce with jarred pesto and pickled mushrooms (seven for each dish, all disgustingly soupy). You can imagine the pasta that even tasted of vinegar. No decorations whatsoever on the plates. The rude owner said to a local person (pick these up and take them away). Of course, I didn't hear you. And it was better because it would have ruined my wedding. They didn't even have the delicatessen to remove the dust from the wedding cake. On the bill, they charged me €200 for Aperol Spritz. They told me that my guests consumed them. When I calculated, it was only 11 and not 30 as they said. The star I gave only goes to the DJ, who was really good.

23/12/2025: I had the pleasure of dining on a classic pizza tour at this place, and it was a pleasant discovery. The fries, thinly sliced ​​and with the skin on, were a perfect blend of flavor and crunch. And the pizzas were all delicious, with a surprise dessert to finish: churros with Nutella (amazing!!). The staff and hosts were incredibly kind, and we felt completely at ease. My only suggestion: the place should be updated aesthetically, removing all those unnecessary mirrors and brightening up the colors. The palate is fine, but the eye deserves its share too!!! 😉

23/09/2025: We sat in a quit empty place but even though I speak Italian fluent and twice tried to get the waitress attention she complety ignored our company. The second time she instead smalltalked about where her parents came from with some other guests and just past us by. So don't bother go there, just walk about 75 meters away to a small but charming street nearby where you won't be ignored at the bars and restaurants.

13/09/2025: A nice place to relax after visiting all these beautiful Palermo cathedrals and monasteries. Otherwise — quite a basic place but with friendly staff. The bellini was refreshing!

05/01/2026: One of the best traditional pizzas I've ever had, with a wonderful dough and texture. The pizza chef is very skilled and creative. Gourmet pizzas are carefully prepared. A highly regarded location, facing the main entrance to the Cathedral. Magnificent view of a beautiful square. Very quiet and well-organized. Excellent and attentive service. The owner is very kind and friendly, ready to accommodate any request... Excellent place. I will gladly return to visit. 🤩🤩🤩

01/01/2026: It's a good restaurant with a view of the historic church. The service is a bit slow, but it was worth the wait. 45 minutes for kebabs. They were absolutely delicious 🤤.

28/01/2026: The pizzeria is nice. The pizza is good. But sitting at a small table crowded with other customers with little space isn't ideal for those seeking relaxation.

12/01/2026: I ordered a pizza for home delivery (even though it's a two-minute walk away) because of a fever. The delivery time was given as 8:30 PM. I called back at 9:00 PM to check on the delivery and, apologizing, they guaranteed delivery within a few minutes. At 9:30 PM, they called me back to tell me they couldn't make the delivery (after an hour's delay and two phone calls) but... they told me they wanted to accommodate me (themselves to me)... with a small discount, I could come and pick it up. It's shameful how they got to the point of giving a price (or rather a small discount) instead of making amends (since it's a two-minute walk away), the owner should have come directly to apologize.

The staff was very kind and polite, and ready to listen to your every need... Arianna was excellent, very kind and helpful... The entertainers were also excellent, they know how to entertain the kids really well... I highly recommend it...

21/11/2025: Second time I've been there, this second time I feel like writing a review for the impeccable service and the very courteous and friendly waiter with a perfect knowledge of the menu. He recommended an appetizer that we were satisfied with, as well as their pizzas with a soft dough and quality toppings!!
