20/12/2025: I recently ordered 4 pizzas for delivery.
The pizzas arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes late. My pizza, which I'd carefully ordered and repeatedly phoned, was told to add deviled chips... and it ended up being just deviled...
Needless to say, I've become the deviled one.
A SERIOUS pizzeria... but there's nothing serious about it.
I'm giving one star because I can't give any less.

10/03/2026: I've ordered from here several times in the past and the food was good but last night's half chicken and rustic potatoes arrived stone cold (and late). Never again. Cannot recommend. Unfortunately, so many places like this in Palermo have a 'take it or leave it' attitude.
14/02/2026: I'm becoming more and more convinced that there's no organization or respect for the customer. I place an order for a family member, ask if it's possible at 7:30 PM, and they tell me 8:00 PM.
At 10:00 PM, no one's showing up, and they're not even answering the phone.
Rude and disorganized.
Obviously, as soon as the guy comes, he'll come back with the pizza so they can eat it.
PS: It's not the first time, but this was the last.

17/03/2026: Everything was delicious, especially if you're passing by. We recommend trying the pasta, especially the salmon fettuccine. I have to say, the welcome is perfect! They make us feel right at home; the girl at the counter is always smiling and helpful.

⭐☆☆☆☆ – An experience I wouldn't repeat even if they paid me.
11/10/2025: A lovely dinner for two with fried mozzarella and vegetable appetizers. Then the burgers made with pizza bread were truly generous and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet. Just to make a personal note, I'd remove the TV in the dining room, as I've never enjoyed it during dinner. It distracts attention from everything else and, more importantly, prevents conversation among the diners, but that's just my personal opinion.

22/09/2025: We had booked a banquet for an 18th birthday party, and despite constant recommendations, both before and during the service, everything was truly mediocre and unsatisfactory. The pizzas arrived at each table at 11:00 PM, and my guests were completely dissatisfied with the service and especially the food. The pizza chef had been advised to offer a variety of dishes, but we only saw very limited pizzas, and knowing it was a pizza tour, he didn't even think to cut them.
Personally, I would never recommend anyone to set foot in that "restaurant."
22/09/2025: The appetizers and pizza were good. It's a shame the service wasn't up to par with the banquet I was invited to. The pizzas arrived uncut, and the wait was very long.

As a result, we went to bed without eating.
11/08/2025: We had the sandwiches today, they were really good and filling, better than other sandwich shops, next time we will definitely get the pizza.

10/12/2025: Avoid. The hot appetizer, typical of the area, with frozen croquettes in a bag! Half a portion of pasta (paid for one) in broth and oil. That's how it ends!
11/08/2025: Non lo visitato ma ho prenotato una settimana prima è non ho mangiato il giorno di pasqua quest'anno 2025 dicendomi che lo scenario gli è venuti un calo di calorie e non poteva più cucinare ,alle ore 15,00 ,tutto questo .ve lo sconsiglio categoricamente .io è mia moglie abbiamo trovato due arancine al bar . Questo è stato il nostro pranzo di Pasqua da nasca . Guardate che nessuno si è scusato anzi .

08/11/2025: After a long time, I gave it a second chance and ordered a pizza, Napoli, for home delivery.
I'm glad I did, but the €7.50 price seemed a bit steep (ignoring the handling costs), but the important thing is that at least it was good.

19/11/2025: The macaroni was very good, and the chicken breast was good too. For dessert, a small cannelloni. Very small portions and very slow service.
We were in a group, and they seemed overwhelmed because of the delays in serving.
30/09/2025: They are called a pizzeria while not having pizza on the lunch menu, very dissatisfied + the food is more than expensive :-(

24/11/2025: Terrible experience for a tragic Saturday night.
I even ordered pizza at lunchtime for 9:30 PM, where I asked for punctuality for guests I had for dinner.
I was guaranteed maximum punctuality.
After 4 calls for information and requests, the pizzas arrived at 10:15 PM COLD, WRONG, UNCUT, and WITHOUT SLICES, as I requested.
A bad impression on my dinner guests, given that we started eating at 10:30 PM.
First and last time. NOT RECOMMENDED!

25/12/2025: Pinocchio in Partinico it's a Jump in the past, In both good and bad ways. The pizzas were tasty enough but the dough and the crust were substantially heavy. Still good the following morning for breakfast. The decor really hasn't changed in the last 30 years and the lack of modernity is keeping people away from it but I say try it at least once, give it a chance, don't get influenced by what you read and see. Around €15 per person, small parking lot.
08/08/2025: Last year I ordered gluten-free pizza and regular pizza to go. Prices are a bit high for the quality. The place needs some updating and a better atmosphere.

Not just for tourists
14/08/2025: Stop for lunch.
Appetizers: fish, seafood salad, mussels
First courses: all seafood, spaghetti with clams, risotto. Second courses: fresh fish and fried foods. Wine, water, coffee, liqueurs. Excellent lunch, excellent location and service.

22/10/2025: Stay away. Rude staff behind the counter. Wanted to buy bread without crums on top and pointed at the bread, the guy started screaming back at me. We lived in an air b&b in the same building wich was very nice but we never went back to that store.
18/10/2025: Very unfriendly person. She ask you to pay by cash even there are signs that you can pay by card at the entrance. She can’t say “hello”, “thank you”, nor “good bye”. Even it could be very nice place, the stuff here makes this place one of the worst experience in Palermo. Think twice before you spend your euro here.
