24/10/2025: Excellent and attentive service without being intrusive! Multilingual and very friendly and patient with questions about the dishes. Very good food, a large selection, including regional dishes. Beautifully set tables and a delicious red wine. In summer, a fantastic view from the terrace of Dargali below, both day and night. We come here regularly and always enjoy eating here. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ Since we live nearby, we can't rate the hotel, but it's very romantic, and the drive up the mountain is worth it.

12/10/2025: A great place to stay for a hiking holiday, nestled in a virtually untouched landscape with numerous hiking opportunities. Guests feel welcome here, and excellent traditional Sardinian cuisine is served with very attentive service (even with half-board). Creative and healthy packed lunches are prepared for hikes. We felt very comfortable during our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

The taste and presentation of all the meals we had were revealing the skills and passion of ambitious chefs. Sardinien white wine and was very tasteful. 25/10/2025: Even though we didn't have a reservation, thanks to their kindness and persistence, we managed to get a nice seat. The oven-baked fish was deliciously breaded, and the Vegetariana 2.0 pizza was the tastiest we'd had in Sardinia. A definite recommendation.

04/10/2025: The place is very traditional, and the service is wonderful from the blonde girl who served us with a big smile and kindness. We ordered the traditional island dish and pasta Bolognese. If I could go back in time, I'd order the traditional pasta dish; everything was incredible, but I'd order the other one. It's well worth trying, and it's not as expensive as I've seen elsewhere. It's perfect, and you're full. An Aperol, a juice, a Coca-Cola, and water. About €60 for six people.

21/09/2025: Staying in the hotel's associated residence, we decided to spend the day by the beautiful pool and eat lunch in the restaurant. The first courses were excellent, well-cooked, with generous portions and quick and courteous service. The second courses were also good and very competitively priced. We'll definitely be back.

16/09/2025: We only ate at the restaurant. The restaurant was full of people, but they made an effort and got us a table relatively quickly. The food was very tasty, except for the dessert, which was quite below average compared to the main meal and appetizer. At the end they served us a free digestif. The rating for service would probably be higher if the restaurant wasn't really crowded.

This pizzeria offers a variety of sizes of pizza, each with a wide variety of toppings to suit your taste, all of which are impeccable in quality. The four of us, with our sweet tooth, regularly order the largest tray, which you can choose from with up to 15 different flavors. We find the zucchini, Sardinian sweet, and mint to be spectacular, but there's truly so much to choose from. A special mention goes to the pasta, crispy and golden on the inside, with a fragrance and digestibility that we've truly only experienced here. At the end, they give you a box to take away any leftovers, which are always delicious when reheated the next day. Super-fair price: a large tray, a 66cl Ichnusa and a 33cl (note the pleasant finesse of the chilled mugs fresh from the freezer), and two small bottles of water, totaling €50. Warning: this is a top-notch pizzeria serving pizza by the slice, so one of the great things about it is that the tray with the pre-sliced ​​pizza is brought to the table and you eat with your hands, no cutlery or plates—just generous paper napkins. So stay away from those who don't like it if the service isn't provided by waiters in suits and white gloves with top-notch tableware, etc., etc. Here, the focus is rightly on substance, which has never let us down even once over the years—quite the opposite.
