24/08/2025: Passing by, we decided to stop for dinner. We looked for a place and based on the positive reviews, we trusted it. I can confirm: the pizza was excellent (they had zucchini flowers available and recommended I order it: zucchini flowers, bottarga, and shrimp), thin, just the way I like it, delicious dough, excellent ingredients. My husband ordered beef steak with a side of grilled vegetables. Everything was delicious, the meat was excellent quality, tender, and well-cooked. The kids had penne with tomato sauce, and they loved it. Fair prices. Very kind and welcoming staff. Nice location. We'll definitely be back and recommend it.

12/12/2025: Ever since I first ordered takeout, it's become my go-to pizzeria! The staff is super attentive to every request and detail! Delicious pizzas! Thin, crispy, and well-topped! Perfect value for money! Now, Elfo is my first choice when we want takeout pizza!

05/05/2026: We held a First Communion event on May 1st 2026 with heaters, but what warmed us was the atmosphere of the waiters, the entertainment, the chef, the chef's assistants, the piano bar was impeccable, but the manager Luigi made the difference. 25/01/2026: To access this location, you have to go down a walkway designed, I assume, for wheelchairs, with no handrail or anything, very dangerous for the elderly or those wearing heels... It was freezing cold. They sat us on the veranda, the tableware was all paper, all bags, in the time of Covid. I won't argue with the pizza because I haven't tried it, but it looked good. As for the food, apart from the pepperoni side dish, I have to say it was awful, awful, awful. Of course, I didn't have much choice in Carloforte at the moment, since all the restaurants are closed during the off-peak season. However, if the few that remain worked a little better, they would have left me with good memories. I think that unfortunately, San Pietro Island is no longer in my future plans.

19/11/2025: Terrible experience, I ordered 2 pizzas, fresh artichokes and bottarga, as written on the menu, the artichokes were sweet and sour and the bottarga non-existent, the other chips, which were raw, the staff is also rude
