24/01/2026: We've been frequenting this pizzeria for many years now, and it's certainly one of the most delicious in the lower Salento area. The taste of pizza is subjective, but to judge, you have to taste it. The dough is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and the fact that they're prepared in full view is certainly a guarantee. And to top it all off, the owner and his staff are incredibly friendly and offer excellent service.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We made a series of calls looking for a pizzeria with gluten-free pizza
And after many failures because they offered us industrial pizza bases,
We tried Rostipizza Mania and they told us that Mario makes the pizza bases there!
We trusted them and it was the best choice.
I've never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza, from the base to the toppings.
It's more of a takeout pizzeria with just a few tables, but it was worth it.
Well done, Mario and the pizza chef. Delicious!

The food is generally excellent, including the €25 fixed menu (drinks and cover charge excluded), which includes an appetizer, a first course, and a second course (your choice).

18/05/2025: La location è alquanto modesta, sia alla vista all'esterno, sia all'interno.
In fieri l'apertura del giardino esterno, che probabilmente darà una tocco in più.
Pizzeria tipica napoletana, comunque, con prodotti di ottima qualità.
La pizza è molto buona, con un impasto lievitato al punto giusto, che le rende tutte molto gradevoli al palato.
Se come me amate 'i porcini', ecco, sappiate che in questo locale non sono contemplati.
Molto cortese e professionale la ragazza in sala.
Alla direzione: dovreste curare meglio la scelta della musica che accompagna i clienti nella consumazione dei pasti.

21/04/2025: Sono stato a pranzo con amici, appena arriva il cameriere era già nervoso, iniziamo a ordinare e veniamo a sapere che più di 3 piatti diversi non li possiamo ordinare in modo che la cucina non si “incasinassero” e ci siamo accontentati di piatti che metà commensali non volevano. Arrivano i piatti e la pasta era cruda, frutti di mare insapore, abbiamo chiesto il vino e hanno detto che avevano finito le bottiglie per mettere la bevanda, di conseguenza si sono arrangiati con quello che hanno trovato. L’unica cosa buona erano le bevande che non sono prodotte da loro.
