09/10/2025: What an incredible surprise. Antonio’s hospitality is as memorable as his (and his mamma's) cooking, warm, genuine, and full of heart. Every dish tasted impossibly fresh, like the ingredients had been picked that morning and placed straight onto the plate. The antipasti were outstanding, the pasta truly the best we’ve had, and the meat dishes were perfection, our whole table was in heaven. And the bread… the bread deserves its own mention - simply unforgettable. We left with full hearts, full bellies, doggy bags, and a bottle of that wonderful olive oil. This was the best surprise of our week in the most beautiful town. We’ll absolutely be back. Thank you, Antonio.

05/10/2025: We had a superb meal. Delicious insalata container, filet of beef with forcing, and taratellini with poaching. Loved the beautiful interior. Service by Antonio was fun and excellent. Best meal we've had in Puglia!

22/10/2025: Saturday, table booked for 8:45 PM, pizzas ordered at 9 PM. The pizzas arrived at 11:15 PM. Two hours and fifteen minutes of waiting for two pizzas. Inedible, by the way. A place I'll never return to again, not even under torture.

08/09/2025: Small, traditional pizzeria, far from the touristy restaurants in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very, very good pizza (I recommend the Cardillo), the crust is thin and light, and even with the very generous portions, we'd happily have another one 😋 More than reasonable price (€24 for two pizzas and two drinks).

18/09/2025: We arrived around closing time for lunch, there wasn't much choice left, but what we ate was excellent. The young woman who served us was really lovely despite our difficulty conversing in Italian. The prices are really attractive. Perfect for a quick bite.

01/10/2025: Fantastic pizza to say the least... amazing sagne icannulata made the old-fashioned way, just like my mom used to make them. Andrea, the maître d', is amazing at recommending the dishes of the day. I highly recommend him. Go there!

17/10/2025: Had dinner at this characterful restaurant in mid Oct 2025. Staff very friendly, accomodating our poor Italian language skills. Wife and I shared a pizza (which they kindly cut in half for us and served on two plates and some yummy french fries on the side. We then shared a tiramisu. That was the only disappointment…just a bit nothing in our view. But it did not spoil a really enjoyable evening and am happy to recommend. Thank you to the staff there.

02/10/2025: The first thing that strikes you about this place is its beauty. Meticulous attention to detail, both inside and out, with eye-catching decorations and an atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in another country. It's comfortable, welcoming, and truly enjoyable: their real strength, in my opinion, is the unique atmosphere they've created. Furthermore, the youthful music in the background created a lively and dynamic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evening. The food is excellent, but the octopus sandwich deserves a special mention: simply delicious, absolutely worth trying. A dish that alone is worth the visit!

25/09/2025: An unexpected surprise in a small town in the hinterland of Santa Cesarea Terme. Exquisite dishes, made with quality ingredients and original, well-balanced preparations. Excellent wine selection. Friendly, attentive service. We've already been twice in one week to try more dishes.... Compliments to the chef and the wait staff, highly recommended!
