29/12/2024: Pizzeria with 110 and praise. I ordered a "Briosa" pizza with added sausage and it was something stellar. We also ordered onion rings and chips and the portions are really generous, tasty and appreciated! Extremely recommended place!

12/01/2025: The pizzas are amazing!!!!! We went to many pizzerias in Italy but none like this one, open kitchen, good atmosphere, beer 10 points too! Top quality raw materials, many options on the menu. Gianluca made us have a very good experience, super attentive, he offered us a box when he saw that we couldn't finish them (because they are very abundant). He recommended a dessert that he had made himself, if you go you have to try it!! It's delicious!

06/01/2025: A visit in this restaurant was a great pleasure. Very nice and atmospheric garden between the tenements. Tasty olives served as antipasti. We ordered papardelle with mushrooms (honestly the best that we've ever eaten) and pasta with shrimps (very delicious). The staff was very nice and the prices were low. We highly recommend.

30/12/2024: A simple and welcoming place, the pizza is sensational and you can also choose various types of dough. I took the one without yeast which was recommended to me by the staff and it was excellent as was everything else we ate but the thing that left us pleasantly satisfied was the service was fast and extremely courteous, our table was attended by a pretty girl with glasses whose name we don't know but who certainly left us with a memory that will make us return the next time we come to Fasano, in short highly recommended!

13/11/2024: It occurred to me that I had eaten at this restaurant on four occasions and hadn't posted a review. Perhaps this was down to the fact that a decent restaurant in Ostuni is a rarity, (so many being aimed at the tourist who would never return anyway) that perhaps, subconsciously, I was keen to keep this place as my little secret! However, that's scarcely fair is it? Anyway, in simple terms, it's a great place and an honest restaurant serving excellent food (and with a decent wine list as well). I have also looked at the criticisms of the place and would have to disagree. Obviously people can make mistakes and things can go wrong. Yes, the tables are a bit close together and you have to book early to get a position alongside the view ... but really, what's the big deal. At heart you have a couple trying hard to offer good food at a perfectly acceptable price and long may this continue. I will be back and I'm already looking forward to it.

08/11/2024: Una joya de un restaurante con una vista preciosa, tomamos una maravillosa clase de cocina donde hicimos la pasta de orecchiette regional. Los propietarios Alfonso y Adrianna son cálidos y amables, y fueron muy pacientes con nuestras habilidades tanto para hacer pasta y postre. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia e hicieron que la clase de cocina fuera muy divertida. Las salsas de pasta de Alfonso eran ligeras, llenas de rico sabor a tomate y bellamente presentadas. Recomiendo encarecidamente la clase de cocina y el restaurante.

05/01/2025: The main waiter is a very kind and competent person, the best waiter I have dealt with. The food is excellent, the pizza is very good. They also make pucce but I didn't get them. Prices are good. The atmosphere is average, but be careful to book in advance because places fill up quickly. Recommended

30/12/2024: Serata piacevole. Personale giovane che seppur a tratti mostri dell'inesperienza risulta sempre estremamente cordiale. Antipasti (tagliere di salumi) di ottima qualità e generoso nelle quantità. Pizza cotta alla perfezione, seppur con un cornicione alquanto pronunciato, in linea con le tendenze pro-pizza napoletana (il che può piacere o meno, come al sottoscritto, ma "de gustibus"). Ingredienti ottimi. Bun farcito con della salsiccia vera delusione della serata. Carne troppo secca nonostante l'ottima qualità e pane troppo commerciale. Altra nota poco lieve il conto. Un po' alto (24€ cadauno), considerato un antipasto diviso in quattro, una pizza e senza bevanda alcolica e dolce. Al netto di queste piccolezze, bilancio positivo.

06/12/2024: Nothing to say about the staff, very kind and polite. But regarding the food, well, I have a lot to say. Everything oily to extreme levels, I understand the fact of the frozen products, I was aware of this, but they were of poor quality. The pizzas yes, beautiful to look at, but the flavor wasn't the best. I took the santa rosa (pizza with salmon and Philadelphia courgettes) it tasted exclusively of courgettes and didn't have that great flavour, nothing else was edible. Furthermore, the prices are exaggerated, too expensive for what one honestly ate, but not for the money, in my opinion if one has to spend it he must eat well, and here there is a quality-price ratio which is not equivalent to what one would expect it is eaten.

24/11/2024: We ate last night in this place...kindness...courtesy...we felt pampered...despite not having a reservation they made us sit right away by serving us two delicious pizzas and two super aperitifs... 28/11/2024: Without a doubt the best Pizza (with a capital P at least) that you could eat in the whole province!!! quality of the ingredients, lightness of the dough that I would eat at least 2 of them, there is no pizzeria with a higher quantity than this... the Fiscolo is certain!! competence and knowledge make the difference, ALWAYS!! Well done!!

24/10/2024: Guys, how good! I stumbled upon it by chance... After having given up going to the restaurant next door because it only had menus to look at with the QR code (hateful for me) and I stumbled upon this almost self-service restaurant, with a window full of crazy delicacies, all local and also novelty. Well done, well done
