15/01/2025: Excellent address in San Vito Dei Normanni, warm and very polite welcome and service, I was very well received. The pizza was excellent, hearty with thin dough and good quality ingredients, for a more than reasonable price! A typical Apulian family atmosphere, highly recommended.

08/02/2025: A good Brindisi pizza. Reservation required because they are always full. The special pizzas are good but they should reduce the salt because they already use very tasty foods. The main room overlooks the pizza chefs and is very pleasant (the neon lights on the ovens are a bit out of place). They are very affable, precise and punctual, sometimes a little too friendly, but that's okay in a pizzeria.

20/01/2025: Superlative pizza to say the least, with a unique and unmistakable flavour; from my point of view among the best in the Apulian area. Upon entering you are immediately enveloped by the characteristic scent of real pizza which invites you to savor the menu. The staff is welcoming and very attentive to customer needs.

Nowadays the highest quality pizzerias are no longer expensive and Gonia is certainly on the podium! Lots of customer-focused staff, abundant fried foods and leavened, light, tasty pizzas!

23/01/2025: Really great restaurant in every respect. We were there at the end of August 2024. The reservation by email was very easy and we had a wonderful spot with a view of Ostuni's old town. The quality and taste of the food was phenomenal. When my girlfriend and I left, it was quite late and we were the last ones in the restaurant. Alfonso offered us a limoncello on the house and so we started talking to him and Adrianna and had a really great chat with them both. What makes this restaurant special is not only the delicious food and the beautiful ambience, but also the really great service from Alfonso and Adrianna. You just feel comfortable there, which is why I can fully recommend the restaurant. We'll definitely come back next time in Puglia!

30/12/2024: Serata piacevole. Personale giovane che seppur a tratti mostri dell'inesperienza risulta sempre estremamente cordiale. Antipasti (tagliere di salumi) di ottima qualità e generoso nelle quantità. Pizza cotta alla perfezione, seppur con un cornicione alquanto pronunciato, in linea con le tendenze pro-pizza napoletana (il che può piacere o meno, come al sottoscritto, ma "de gustibus"). Ingredienti ottimi. Bun farcito con della salsiccia vera delusione della serata. Carne troppo secca nonostante l'ottima qualità e pane troppo commerciale. Altra nota poco lieve il conto. Un po' alto (24€ cadauno), considerato un antipasto diviso in quattro, una pizza e senza bevanda alcolica e dolce. Al netto di queste piccolezze, bilancio positivo.

19/01/2025: Terrible service. We waited 60 minutes for the pizzas. The place wasn't full. When we arrived they seated us and took our orders. After bringing the drinks we waited 1 hour for the pizzas to arrive. Looking around we noticed that other tables were waiting (a very long one). Not to go back.

06/01/2025: Dishes of the most typical local tradition, in particular the grandmother's orecchiette with brasciola and meatballs and the traditional "fava beans and chicory" are excellent. But the rest, mixed between land and sea, also presents itself very well. Attentive, quick and courteous service. Typical restaurant atmosphere with exposed local carparo and barrel vaults. Very calibrated prices. One of the highest quality/price ratios. I have been there many times and plan to return.

06/12/2024: Nothing to say about the staff, very kind and polite. But regarding the food, well, I have a lot to say. Everything oily to extreme levels, I understand the fact of the frozen products, I was aware of this, but they were of poor quality. The pizzas yes, beautiful to look at, but the flavor wasn't the best. I took the santa rosa (pizza with salmon and Philadelphia courgettes) it tasted exclusively of courgettes and didn't have that great flavour, nothing else was edible. Furthermore, the prices are exaggerated, too expensive for what you honestly ate, but not for the money, in my opinion if you have to spend it you have to eat well, and here there is a quality-price ratio that is not equivalent to what you expect it is eaten.

10/02/2025: The pizza was really very good - great dough and perfectly selected ingredients. The atmosphere is also a plus, very pleasant and conducive to spending time. Unfortunately, the staff did not speak English, which could make communication difficult.

05/01/2025: The main waiter is a very kind and competent person, the best waiter I have dealt with. The food is excellent, the pizza is very good. They also make pucce but I didn't get them. Prices are good. The atmosphere is average, but be careful to book in advance because places fill up quickly. Recommended

06/01/2025: A visit in this restaurant was a great pleasure. Very nice and atmospheric garden between the tenements. Tasty olives served as antipasti. We ordered papardelle with mushrooms (honestly the best that we've ever eaten) and pasta with shrimps (very delicious). The staff was very nice and the prices were low. We highly recommend.

30/12/2024: A simple and welcoming place, the pizza is sensational and you can also choose various types of dough. I took the one without yeast which was recommended to me by the staff and it was excellent as was everything else we ate but the thing that left us pleasantly satisfied was the service was fast and extremely courteous, our table was attended by a pretty girl with glasses whose name we don't know but who certainly left us with a memory that will make us return the next time we come to Fasano, in short highly recommended!
