The feeling is that of dining in a family environment also thanks to the affable ways of the owner who is able to immediately empathize with the guests. Tasty dishes of excellent quality, expertly defined flavors.

02/03/2025: Small and traditional place, welcoming like the owner who puts you at ease with kindness. Very good and homemade flavours. The brasciole were cooked excellently as were the bombette. I recommend the orecchiette with turnip greens and tasting the homemade limoncello.

18/02/2025: After almost 30 years of living in the Libertà neighborhood of Bari, I finally decided to try the "Da Mimmo" pizzeria... and what can I say? A real discovery! I ordered both pizza and panzerotti and was thrilled. The panzerotti, both the classic ones and those with turnips, were exceptional: perfect frying and tasty seasoning. Pizza? Crispy, rich in mozzarella and with a sauce with a balanced flavour, not at all acidic. I liked it so much that I went back for three days in a row! Fantastic!

11/04/2025: Great pizza cooked over wood fire A truly Italian pizza that is large and feeds one person. Definitely a place to go. It doesn't take reservations, there's a queue at the door, you have to wait 15-20 minutes at most, go around 8pm, it opens late.

10/04/2025: Very nice, pleasant place. The food was very good, the service was nice and polite. I recommend being there. Due to the large number of people interested, we recommend arriving ahead of time. Dinner lasted 2 hours.

10/04/2025: Cold evening, we were sitting in the gazebo in front of the door which served as a passage for the waiters so it was always open, the environment was very noisy, impossible to chat. Pizza normal.

31/03/2025: The place has a nice atmosphere, especially after the renovation. The service could be more attentive to some details. It would be helpful if the waiters asked the customers if they liked the assigned table before seating them. Also, too many staff members focus on the reservation and tend to remove the plates as soon as they are empty, giving the feeling of being rushed, when in fact the table should be cleared only at the end of the meal. As for the food, the sandwich was not toasted, resulting cold and not harmonious with the ingredients. The fritters were also served cold, compromising the overall experience. Taking care of these details could make a big difference in the overall quality of the service and the gastronomic proposal.

01/04/2025: Nice place, characterized by white stone and very intimate niches that create booths. Very kind and attentive owner, excellent food. We had the opportunity to order a 25 euro menu which consisted of typical appetizers (parmesan, turnips, fried artichokes, sgagliozze, breaded mozzarella, mussel peppered, octopus pie, potatoes and pesto, roasted mushrooms); a taste of fresh troccoli, mussels and clams and a taste of maltagliati with pink sauce, speck and mushrooms, calciomus, water and an excellent house red wine. It's the second time we've gone there and we will definitely return, I would recommend it.
