27/07/2024: Not recommended for online orders. After an hour of waiting I called and was told "we're busy, we're not here doing anything", as if I wasn't a customer. Advice for owners: those who order online are also customers and should not be forgotten or made fun of. I called twice, the second time they actually hung up on me. The pizza arrived after two hours (in the meantime I tried to cancel the order). Never again.

21/08/2024: Ci eravamo appena affacciati dal balcone dopo aver consumato un caffè e una cheesecake, apprezzato il posto e valutato di rimanere a pranzo quando è arrivato il proprietario (capello bianco e lungo) e ci ha detto in dialetto locale, testuali parole: “non è che avete intenzione di rimanere qui tutto il giorno per un caffè?”. Magicamente abbiamo cambiato idea e abbiamo compreso come mai non ci fosse nessuno in quel posto. Complimenti per l’accoglienza 👍

19/08/2024: Cena tra amici. Ci fermiamo per caso in questo ristorante e senza aver prenotato ci fanno subito accomodare. Ordiniamo ognuno una portata, e tre antipasti da condividere. Arriva dopo poco un antipasto, mentre gli altri due preverranno solo dopo circa 30 minuti in due porzioni striminzite, tanto che il cameriere per scusarsi ci ha omaggiato di una “terza” visto che essendo delle fritture di calamari e totani non vi era l’ombra nemmeno di un misero tonato. Passando al resto delle portate che dire, arriva un primo e solo dopo aver sollecitato per ben due volte ai camerieri che le altre 4 persone non avevano mangiato arrivano anche i restanti piatti. Arriviamo al conto, prezzi nella norma, ma ci vengono segnati due primi che aimé non sono mai arrivati al nostro tavolo, prezzo che comunque è stato stornato a seguito di un nostro controllo. Me ne avevano parlato molto bene di questo posto, ma forse per colpa del troppo affollamento questa cena è stata un incubo.

17/02/2024: Pizza buonissima, qualità dei prodotti eccellente e grande professionalità dei ragazzi in sala; prezzi onesti soprattutto se rapportati alla qualità. Unica pecca, seria per me, il sistema di aerazione e ventilazione... Quando esci puoi solo scappare a casa per doccia e lavatrice in stile pettolata dalle nonne. Fate qualcosa ai filtri!

02/02/2024: Siamo stati a cena per una rimpatriata con i compagni di classe; ordinato degli antipasti e a seguire delle pizze;da bere birra alla spina; per completare alcuni amari: è stato tutto di ns gradimento; gentilissimo il personale; conto 25€ a persona.

15/08/2024: Unfortunately, compared to a few years ago, I noticed a lot of decay, especially in the organization and staff. There are several spaghetti dishes on the menu but when you ask for them they try to sell the cavatelli at all costs with the excuse that it takes a long time to cook the spaghetti. In Italy, making two spaghetti... The fact is, when we had finished dinner everyone (9 people) had not yet brought a simple pizza to my father, but they didn't say that there was a long wait. They even made my spaghetti. Again, when you ask for draft beer they try to sell you bottled beer at all costs, with the same reason that it takes a long time to prepare draft beer. Either they don't have the things they indicate or they are lazy. The cavatelli I finally got instead of my desired spaghetti had almost no seasoning. The fish at my aunt and grandmother was raw as were the potatoes. At the end of it all, when we ask the waiter for the bill, we are again told that we better go to the cashier as he doesn't have time. With this last one I was in shock precisely because I don't understand if the waiters work there or what they do. And we told him right to his face that it wasn't a way to respond to the customer. Perhaps the only one who worked and bothered to worry when the pizza didn't arrive was the black waiter. The others including the owner really don't know how to deal with customers. Luckily, mine isn't the only comment that thinks this way about the staff and the service.

14/07/2024: It should be noted that the pizzas arrived after 2 hours of delay, wrong pizza and panzerotti, to say the least, pitiful, raw and without a horrible shape

09/07/2024: posto davvero bello e molto buono, abbiamo assaggiato un po’ di tutto antipasti, primi e pizze tutto molto buono e fatto in casa. personale molto bravo e accogliente❤️

09/06/2024: Servizio inesistente, 1 ora di attesa per 2 margherite, mio figlio ha aspettato di mangiare il suo piatto di salsicce 1 ora, senza appunto dare priorità per un bimbo di 3 anni come tutti i ristoranti fanno. Ovviamente senza più fame alle 22 di sera ha lasciato gran parte del piatto. Chiedo di poter portare via l avanzo e mi viene fornita una vaschetta vuota lasciata sul tavolo. Ho dovuto impacchettare il cibo da solo. assurdo! La pizza? Gommosa,non lievitata bene. Io in questo posto avevo trovato anni fa una delle pizze più buone d'italia, ora siete il nulla più assoluto!!!

30/06/2024: Primo tavolo della serata, accolti da personale sorridente e sempre disponibile. Apertura con favolosa pizza gourmet, a seguire meraviglioso filetto di fassona e fantastici spaghetti all’assassina. A chiusura sorbetto di albicocca e mela verde, semplicemente divini. Da visitare nuovamente per testare il resto del menù.

04/06/2024: Prezzi presuntuosi. Non rispettosi del cliente. Trovato pelo nella pizza pagata a peso d’oro, contestata con ricerca del pelo con una torcia. Fatevi un bagno di umiltà. Vergognoso. Chiudete per lasciar spazio ad altre attività commerciali meritevoli

28/08/2024: There were a lot of people in the queue, but they cleared the queue in less than 10 minutes. Very courteous staff and fabulous food to say the least, I appreciated the chop proposed by the girl to my ears! Highly recommend!

27/08/2024: Price too exorbitant for the presentation of the dishes and frankly for the prices they ask, they could have made an effort to set more stylish tables 🤷

16/07/2024: Terrible food, the fish was really small, served with 5 pieces of potato and a bit of “salad”. Absolutely zero taste, I dont know if they even put some salt on it. Up on that it’s also expensive, 45 euros for that fish, a full basic tomato pasta (which was also so boring and tasteless) and a bottle of water.

14/07/2024: The worst food experience in trani. Tourists are taken for idiots. You pay extremely expensive frozen food (instead of selling fresh fish, it is frozen). DON’t GO ! ne venez pas dans ce restaurant.

07/08/2024: It was the first time we visited Trani. We chose to have dinner in the setting of the port: from tonight we will know where not to go. Average food, terrible service only works on call when they decide to listen to you. Experience not recommended. The final cherry is all cold coffees. The only positive note is the price.

21/06/2024: I placed a home order, the drinks were not delivered to me, but it was a lack of both, it could happen if it weren't for the fact that the order was wrong and a pizza arrived with an ingredient that I had explicitly told to remove, when I asked for the pizza to be remade upon delivery I was shouted at "poverty is a slap in the face" and I was treated really badly, now you're wrong and I have to eat the wrong pizza. I pay for a service and I expect it to be delivered to me done as it should. I work in catering and these things happen but they are dealt with professionally, you don't shout at the customer Ps. Grana cheese was put on the pizza which is not included on the menu and the pizzas were quite poor in both quality and composition

25/08/2024: It’s a scam. Miserable and expensive. It’s hard to cook so bad even on purpose. I believe they hate tourists.

25/08/2024: The food is horrendous. I think this competes for the worst food in Italy. Surely the worst in Puglia at the very least. They write "pasta fresca" on the gate but what we ate was far from that. Barely cooked pasta with some sauce poured on top? A preschooler can cook that. The marinara sauce had barely enough meat to fill a teaspoon. And the second course? I didn't even bother. I ordered pork ribs and got the driest, most flavourless, pork cutlet. Did not try the 5 Nights at Freddie's animatronic dog thing at the gate so I can't rate that. All in all, the water was the best experience they had to offer. Paying 25 euro per person for this experience is a joke! I wouldn't eat this for free! It was a literal scam. Would never go back, would never recommend. In fact, I hope they go bankrupt.
