31/08/2024: Il menù turistico è una fregatura. Ci siamo fatti consigliare cosa prendere e alla fine abbiamo pagato € 25 per un piatto di pasta e due calamari. Abbiamo chiesto come mai di queste porzioni ed il proprietario SCORTESE E ARROGANTE ci ha liquidato dicendo che il menù prevede quello .

31/08/2024: Metto una stella perché non posso metterle zero, sennò avrei fatto di conseguenza. Abbiamo preso il menù turistico da €25 che prevedeva un antipasto un primo e un secondo dalla normale porzione, mentre sono state portate porzioni dimezzate, e il proprietario si è giustificato dicendo "È TUTTO SCRITTO SUL MENÙ" mentre sul menù c'erano scritte soltanto le portate e nient'altro. Abbiamo chiesto informazioni al proprietario alla cassa, e lui ci ha risposto in modo arrogante e per niente professionale

12/09/2023: Update: I'm going down to one star because unfortunately you can't go below zero. What can I say...it's a shame. A place with extreme potential that is reduced to a nightmare. I was invited to a birthday party recently and the only things I liked were those outside the restaurant, i.e. entertainment, set-up and dessert buffet. Apart from the 4 cheese pizza, very good, having been prepared on the spot, the rest of the menu was disgusting: a measly little plate of cold cuts and then the fried food, probably bought in some discount store the day before the deadline to start with. Not to mention the pizzas placed in the center, HOW DID YOU GET SOME STUPID FROZEN PIZZAS EVEN BURNED??? But are we celebrating an 18th or are we at the dinner of 4 away students short of money? We arrive at the service: 2 waiters for almost 80 people just at our table (not counting the rest of the tables), one of whom was completely asleep and unable to bring more than two dishes at a time. Furthermore, we started eating at midnight and you weren't even able to bring the drinks to the table before 11.45pm without being scolded SEVERAL TIMES by the parents of the birthday boy. Luckily it was a great party for everyone because the entertainment and the rest completely put aside the mess you made. I was also full of expectations, given that my parents ate at your place a few months ago, reporting excellent quality of food and efficient service. Apparently the gaps in the service are due to constant changes in staff. At this point I would advise you to examine your conscience about the staff you hire and the reasons that lead your employees to leave. You are lucky that in a town like San Nicandro you still remain among the best restaurant businesses present, otherwise you wouldn't have lasted even a week where I come from. Since you are not capable of being a restaurateur, I advise you to sell the business and dedicate yourself to something else. Like hell I'll come back to you, not even under torture. I give the second star because I really liked what I ate. As soon as I entered I was scared by the "For sale" sign and by the fact that the room was half empty. I understood the reason for these two things when they served us: unfortunately only half of the staff knows what they have to do, and by half I mean Giuseppe, the boy who is at the register, who is also a friend, and the girl with short hair and blacks, who was very friendly and sincerely sorry for her colleagues' messes. Table for 4, we are offered one for 2, with 4 seats, with quite a few problems we are moved because one of the waiters opposes our decision. Very long, exhausting waiting times, it's not normal to wait almost 2 hours for a pizza with the place half-empty. The waiter took forever to bring the second bottle of water, if I had asked him where it was, I would have gotten up and gotten it myself sooner. The icing on the cake: at the checkout, in addition to the cashier mentioned above, we find one of the waiters who served us, perhaps the worst, who asks us if we wanted a bitter. After our cordial refusal he comes out with a disgusting "look, it's free eh!". My dear, instead of trying to bribe the customer by offering him bitters, WAKE UP and serve him properly. 11/08/2024: Pizza absolutely not up to par considering the exorbitant price. Diameter of 40 cm but that doesn't mean it has to be good. Comparing it to the frozen ones from the supermarket is already a compliment. In fact, it is brought already cut with napkins on the sides. When I ask for cutlery, I hear the reply, "Did you order the pizzas? So cutlery isn't included... are we kidding?? And if I'm used to eating it with cutlery and not with my hands?? Do I have to bring them from home??? I asked for a zero coke....they replied that it wasn't there....replacing it with a zero Pepsi....after 5 minutes I saw a zero coke on the table next to it....well... Very high prices for a pizza like this and for poor service. Recommended only for those who don't even know what a pizza is.

11/08/2024: My god I have never eaten such a horrible pizza, a bill of 84 euros for 4 pizzas of which 3 were wrong, 2 beers arrived half an hour later in the room incapable of managing a room, and at the cash register a woman who exposed the problems they told us shown that they use the Eurospin hoax... what can I say... places like this ruin holidays and evenings and in my opinion and the people who were with me a call to the relevant local health authority would be needed both for cleanliness and for the regularity of the employees (said by one of them) total food fraud... how disgusting
