28/06/2026: One of the best pizzas I've ever had! The combination of speck and brie on that thin crust was perfect: rich in cheese, just how I like it, yet incredibly light and not at all heavy. The calzone was also delicious, even if it was absolutely enormous! And the profiteroles? Simply incredible, they had the authentic flavor of grandma's homemade desserts. But the real strength of the place is the staff: they are incredibly kind, welcoming, and super helpful, making you feel right at home. The atmosphere is wonderful and suitable for any group. Highly recommended. The quality-price ratio is excellent, and the portions are very generous.

24/07/2026: The dining room is well-maintained and welcoming. It's remarkably clean. The soundproofing is excellent thanks to the multiple sound-absorbing panels positioned high up under the beading. Meat and seafood menus, à la carte, and tasting menus. A wide selection of pizzas: from traditional ones to revisited ones with fun names to extra-new ones. My choice fell on one of those. I don't remember the name (I've been very forgetful lately), but I do remember some of the ingredients: mint for flavor, cherry tomatoes, ricotta, and cocoa. It was truly delicious, but a difficult-to-cut dough problem partially ruined the "symphony." An extensive wine list features fine wines from the best Piedmontese wineries. I also really appreciated the open kitchen. The service was attentive and particularly fast. The bill was in line with the service, ambiance, and wide selection of dishes.

06/07/2026: Hi, tell that pizza chef not to burn the pizza, and don't put it near the fire because it won't cook inside and it will just burn on the outside, it takes its time.

25/06/2026: I've known this restaurant for years now, what can I say? When I want to dine out I come here because it feels like home. The food is always excellent, the chef Domenico always adds something new, the fish is very fresh and cooked to perfection without any strange sauces. The pizzas are super, nothing is wrong with me, they're the best. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I recommend it to everyone and thank you so much for everything.

13/06/2026: It's the first time I've eaten such a good pizza. It was a wonderful evening. The waiters, staff, and excellent pizza chefs take this place to the top! Everyone is super friendly, and there's a wide selection of different types of dough that you can't find everywhere! I'd wait two hours for a pizza like this because of the atmosphere there. Everyone is focused on doing their best. Not everyone notices these things, but I do! Thank you for this wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. It's a shame you're not in Germany! Otherwise, I'd be here every day! Thank you so much, keep it up!

13/05/2026: We went to Ostu this evening to try their pizza...what can I say, everything was perfect! Perfectly cooked, light and thin crust, high-quality and fresh ingredients, super fast service and very friendly staff, and the price was right for the price. The dessert was also excellent!
