12/01/2025: We had lunch before participating in the 2024 Carnival. Upon entering the 4 Seasons Restaurant I am immediately fascinated by the decor. But it's wonderful! They let us sit at the table but first we put our jackets in the cloakroom (I haven't had lunch in a place with a cloakroom in years, very good!) The menu has a wide choice, I choose the pizza which even has the choice of wholemeal dough. A delight for the palate! Before lunch we are given a delicious fish-based appetizer. Then look at the attention in the coffee that is brought to us with a lid to leave it hot at the right point. The staff follows us and often stops by to ask. Even the Chef stops by to say hello and worry. We ate very well and felt pampered by the staff. Well done, congratulations, it will be an immense pleasure to visit you again. Highly recommended! 💪🔝😘. 04/01/2025: Excellent pizza and courtesy in a particular environment, surrounded by well-stocked bookshops from which to pick up a volume to while away the wait. Perhaps the best pizza in Fossano! Choice of standard or wholemeal dough and interesting gourmet proposals. Not to be underestimated is the fact that, being close to the station, you can take advantage of the large free car park. Honorable mention for the giropizza.

10/01/2025: We suddenly arrived without a reservation during rush hour and were greeted with kindness and a toothy smile, with skill and maximum speed they took action to seat us, despite the place being full, ordered the pizza and in less than 15 minutes minutes it was already on the table, I had a special pizza, and a liter of red beer, my wife had a precious pizza and a medium red one, both of which were delicious, both of the dining room staff (the end of the world) Highly recommended

03/01/2025: Ho ordinato 2 pizze a domicilio, abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se le tagliassero sono arrivate non tagliate, la margherita con troppo pomodoro e tanto unta. Pizze molto care, sono arrivate anche con 20 minuti di ritardo. Abbiamo chiesto anche 2 bicchieri di plastica e li hanno fatti pagare.

12/01/2025: Siamo stati in questa trattoria tipica nel centro di Bra per una cena tra amici. Piatti di ottima qualità, saporiti, provenienti dalla tradizione piemontese ma talvolta rivisitati. Porzioni abbondanti, servizio celere e personale gentile. Prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo.

In my opinion you should remove it from the menu first Avoid fools. Then I order a speck and brie and without anyone knowing anything I find gorgonzola instead of brie And the dough is nice and hard
