28/07/2025: I could title this story, or if you prefer, this experience, "It happens in Biella." If you find yourself needing a pizzeria or a restaurant, the first thing we generally expect is to expect at least one of these places to be open. I don't know by what alchemy or coincidence, but after walking around the city I found all the pizzerias strictly closed. On one day, I didn't even suspect it. I asked the GPS in the car and it took me to Pizzeria La Piramide. The only place that was definitely open and available, especially at 10 pm. A true rarity. I was served very quickly, but when I received my pizza, besides finding the usual knives that didn't cut, I found a really good pizza, even if the size was questionable. I washed it all down with a small beer. I have to thank these gentlemen for welcoming me to their place at such a late hour. Thank you. The only downside is that you have to be careful not to finish your dinner too quickly, because they'll take your plate away in less than two thousand seconds... Could it be the late hour? Rating 7.5

02/08/2025: We were returning from a late concert. Pietro and his wife welcomed us and welcomed us as if we were at home. The food was excellent and prepared with love. It will be our base for our musical trips to Biella!

01/08/2025: On my way to Oropa, I relied on Google to find a good restaurant near me, and it recommended Da Pietro. My wife and I received a warm welcome from the owners. We ordered a meat platter for two, which also included two glasses of wine, a lemon delicacy, and two coffees. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. The owner is very attentive and caring towards his customers. We really enjoyed our stay. It's a shame we were just passing through and we live in Rome, otherwise we would have definitely returned. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Pizzeria Restaurant.

01/03/2025: Bad experience. Ordered via deliveroo, whose delivery service worked well. I've noticed that when I order from various shops via Deliveroo the plating often leaves something to be desired, but this time they beat everyone. Ordered 2 pizza and a ham focaccia. The pizzas were baby size although I paid full price for them, my focaccia was unwatchable: 3 slices of ham and that's it. Cost 12.90!!!! I called to point it out, they were unable to offer me any valid alternative, for example they didn't offer to remake the focaccia, they didn't offer to give me a shopping voucher, they simply limited themselves to replying "I don't know what to say". I don't like writing bad reviews, especially if I see good will behind it, but in this case the service (not of Deliveroo, but of the pizzeria) seemed excessively superficial to me and the customer care was practically absent. Very dissatisfied, I will never order here again.

18/06/2025: I was disappointed with the food, service and atmosphere. I ordered the risotto with porcini and spinach on the side. The risotto was dry and tasteless. It must have been put under the grill for a while because it remained scorchingly hot throughout the meal. The spinach on the other hand was cold in parts and hot in other parts. Not once throughout the meal did anyone come to ask if everything was okay or if I wanted to order dessert or coffee. I was basically seated in the corner, served food and wine and left there.

05/08/2025: What can I say? The service was a disaster, but the food was excellent. I left a tip, and the cashier was extremely surprised that I left money for her server... okay, so why keep it? If this were my restaurant, this guy would be fired immediately.

14/06/2025: Dopo anni ho voluto ritornare in questo locale ma purtroppo non ci ritornerò più. Abbiamo preso un misero piattino di antipasti a buffet (neanche buoni € 14 cad), due pizze una greca e una diavola non male il gusto anche se erano troppo secche un dolce. Abbiamo bevuto una birra media, una panache piccola e una bottiglia da 500ml di acqua. Il conto mi ha lasciata senza parole € 71,30. L’ho trovato veramente esagerato per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Peccato ma non ci ritorneremo più.

18/07/2025: Went without reading any reviews. In the dark, in short, but let's be clear, Argentina and meat are an exceptional combination. Beautiful place with brick arches. Stunning. I chose the meat menu, which included sirloin, fillet, sirloin, ribs, and some good sausage. When I chewed, I could taste the intense flavor of the meat. They even have classic Argentine beer. Very easy to get to and park. Special praise to the girl who took care of the orders courteously, repeating things twice if necessary. Another plus is the lady grilling, sublime.
