The truly sweet waitresses were impeccable, always smiling and helpful The food really wow delicious especially the pizzas never eaten so good anywhere in Biella I will definitely be back

07/04/2025: The beer and sandwiches are great! (The rest of the food a little less, but then again it's not a restaurant). Live music evenings are ruined a little by how the stage is positioned. (We should leave the audience more dark and only illuminate the stage, make sure that the waitresses don't constantly pass in front of the stage, and remove a few tables as they do at the Phenomenon in Fontaneto... otherwise the crowd is too much, you can't dance and you'll all be stuck like sardines).

21/02/2025: I'll point out straight away that I haven't tried the restaurant. I stopped for a quick bar stop. I was in a hurry, I only had a few minutes and I was already late and, above all, I had nothing in my stomach... I order a coffee and ask for an empty croissant to appease my appetite. A decent compromise that only takes a few minutes. Result: wait at the counter for almost 5 minutes, coffee certainly not excellent, brioche from the day before not good at all. Modest cost €3.30... perhaps I think excessive for quality, environment and service. The place is rather old-fashioned, it would at least require some energetic make-up… I've heard quite a bit about it as a restaurant, I'll try it in the future and give it a second chance.

10/05/2025: You eat on plastic plates, plastic cutlery and plastic cups, practically a village festival. Pizza worse than the supermarket and 6 types of pizzas. Alpine gathering perhaps they didn't understand. A couple near our table have steel cutlery, something doesn't add up 🤷‍♂️

01/03/2025: Bad experience. Ordered via deliveroo, whose delivery service worked well. I've noticed that when I order from various shops via Deliveroo the plating often leaves something to be desired, but this time they beat everyone. Ordered 2 pizza and a ham focaccia. The pizzas were baby size although I paid full price for them, my focaccia was unwatchable: 3 slices of ham and that's it. Cost 12.90!!!! I called to point it out, they were unable to offer me any valid alternative, for example they didn't offer to remake the focaccia, they didn't offer to give me a shopping voucher, they simply limited themselves to replying "I don't know what to say". I don't like writing bad reviews, especially if I see good will behind it, but in this case the service (not of Deliveroo, but of the pizzeria) seemed excessively superficial to me and the customer care was practically absent. Very dissatisfied, I will never order here again.

08/03/2025: If I could give 5000 stars to this place I would give it, women's day and my birthday, the staff without knowing it were 110 and praise: super attentive, helpful and generous (they gave a mimosa to all the women). The delicious products, from the fish starter, to the pizzas (spicy oil made by them DELICIOUS) and also the special desserts: chocolate cake with a warm center that drips gently and lemon sorbet produced by them. What can I say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED🥰 See you soon, Flavia and Marco
