12/11/2025: I ordered on Deliveroo after a half-hour wait. The delivery driver who was on his way to pick up the order accepted the order. My order was cancelled. Not reliable.
I called the restaurant and was told it's their closing day and it's an order due at 9 p.m. I wonder how it's possible that no one noticed before and the situation hasn't been resolved.

Super friendly staff. The owner is very kind and friendly.
15/09/2025: For 4 restaurants: Location 4 might be special, but it's not! Menu 5 is nothing worth returning for. Service 4, you basically eat at tables that aren't very clean. Bill 5 is appropriate for what you get! It could even be cheaper.

We had platter for 3 persons, tje meat was soft and delicious.

18/07/2025: Went without reading any reviews. In the dark, in short, but let's be clear, Argentina and meat are an exceptional combination. Beautiful place with brick arches. Stunning. I chose the meat menu, which included sirloin, fillet, sirloin, ribs, and some good sausage. When I chewed, I could taste the intense flavor of the meat. They even have classic Argentine beer. Very easy to get to and park. Special praise to the girl who took care of the orders courteously, repeating things twice if necessary. Another plus is the lady grilling, sublime.

26/10/2025: The kebab was made really quickly, even though the place was packed. It's a shame the sandwich was a bit empty; we were eating more piadina than anything else.

10/08/2025: After an hour and 15 minutes, they managed not to serve us. I understand everything, but don't accept tables so you look better if you can't serve..... The most disarming thing is that those who were supposed to take orders didn't even look at us even after repeated requests, after the hour obviously. They kept saying "we're coming now," and in the meantime they proceeded to welcome or serve those who arrived later... What can I say, nothing... Maybe leaving only two girls to take orders on a Saturday night is really not enough, maybe pen and paper would solve everything?
12/07/2025: One wonders why Biella doesn't attract tourists, and the answer lies in the service, the hospitality, the professionalism, and the quality of the products.
An hour's wait, like invisible passersby, then two pizzas and a focaccia, dry, colorless, and tasteless. Little attention and care was paid to the discount-store ingredients (tomato, oil, mozzarella), not to mention the pizza dough. We console ourselves with the company of friends in a summer setting in the upper part of the city. What a shame.

22/11/2025: The owner of the place, in my opinion, is irresponsible because this evening at 11:00 she came out from the back of the place together with someone with a pizza in hand... telling an elderly gentleman who is anything but responsible to close the place... practically unattended... this is just tonight's example; I'll leave out other details. While during the day, this gentleman happily wanders around my house with his dog, coming in and out of the back of the place as if it were his own... the owner is obviously not there... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 as I was saying, I haven't seen the owner for a few days. I can't figure out who runs this place, which is always open. I also noticed that for a few days this gentleman gets food for himself and his dog from inside the place... or rather, from the back of the place... sorry, but it's impossible not to notice these not very nice behaviors. I also note that mine is not the only negative review.....please check the situation, I also want to underline for those who have not understood that the reviews are published by Google and verified by a search engine....and whoever writes has an account, a name and a registered device, THANK YOU
30/10/2025: Pizzas delivered more than half an hour late (Thursday night at 7 pm) Cold and rubbery. In short: disgusting. 🤮Make yourself a white pasta instead, you'll at least benefit your health as well as your wallet!!! Never again!!! 😖🤢😫

11/05/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze, 1 Margherita e una Margheritana, poi un tiramisù e da bere acqua.
Personale molto gentile, ci hanno fatti sedere subito e serviti dopo pochi minuti.
Non siamo di Biella ma ogni tanto un giro in centro o al centro commerciale lo facciamo, ora sappiamo dove fermarci a mangiare.

Ma che il responsable di sala si permetta di rimproverare un cameriere ad alta voce in mezzo alla sala l'ho trovato molto maleducato e poco professionale il gelo é calato al nostro tavolo ci sentivamo male per quel povero cameriere nonostante la pizza squisita che fumava nel nostro piatto ...non so se ritorneremo

21/06/2025: Sono stata un sabato sera a cena con la mia famiglia. Premesso che sono una grandissima amante della pizza e che al momento sono a dieta.. quindi attendevo con ansia questa pizza/sgarro ! Devo dire che, a mio gusto, sono rimasta delusa. La pizza era troppo sottile, mi è sembrato di mangiare un pane carasau condito, mentre quella di mio cugino, con impasto "alla napoletana" era cruda. Entrambe troppo salate. Tutto sommato la qualità degli ingredienti non sembrava male, anche se con troppo sale, ma per me decisamente troppo sottile, l'ho finita in 3 secondi e mi è rimasta solo tanta sete. Poi aggiugo che non trovo giusto far pagare 1 euro in più a pizza per l'impasto napoletano perché i prezzi suggeriti sono già tutt'altro che bassi. Oltretutto, facendola così sottile, voi risparmiate pure impasto perciò a maggior ragione perché per una pizza "normale" devo pagare un euro in più? Personale gentile e servizio adeguato.

16/08/2023: Abbiamo preso due cappuccini e due caffè: cappuccini freddi, brioches abbastanza buone ma servite con le mani. Pessimo.
Locale pulito ma spoglio di tutto.
Personale all'apparenza incompetente.
13/08/2023: Brutta esperienza, ordinato la cena, aspettato un'ora per averene solo una parte, alla fine il cuoco ci ha detto che la cucina era chiusa.....(molto arrogante), penso di non andarci mai più.
