05/02/2026: This morning we stopped by Bar Principe di Valenza for a simple breakfast. When we ordered, the blonde barista asked us what we wanted without even looking at us, in a perfunctory tone. When I told her we'd be sitting at a table, she reacted with obvious annoyance, turning her back and displaying a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. It's not about expecting smiles or intimacy, but about politeness and respect, especially in a place that should pride itself on welcoming guests. The atmosphere was so unpleasant that we thanked them and left without a drink. A real shame, because the quality of a bar isn't measured solely by what's served, but also by how they treat those who enter.

21/10/2025: We arrived as a group on our way back from Tunisia at 9:30 p.m. and had a delicious meal. The quality of the food and the reasonable prices are fantastic.
26/09/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant last night, and I have to say it deserves 5 stars overall.
Especially because we stayed for a chat after dinner and they made us feel comfortable without rushing us to leave.
We'll gladly return.

22/12/2025: We went one evening with four of us. We had pizza, which was excellent, well-cooked, and with just the right amount of toppings. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive to customer requests. The place is well-organized, with individual and group tables. Welcoming.

20/01/2026: We booked aperisushi for my friends and I. I drank this delicious non-alcoholic fruit drink. The guys made excellent mini poke bowls, both delicious and beautiful! Highly recommended, booking in advance!

As for the food... Soggy fries and embarrassing toast.
Ps. 1. If you write "buffalo mozzarella," use real buffalo mozzarella, not just any Granarolo.
It's not worth the price.
Ps. 2. It's embarrassing to have a 500cl Martina water and charge €1.20 for it.
Use Sant'Anna, Levissima, etc.
Not recommended.
