05/06/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. It was freshly baked in a stone oven, the dough is fantastic, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Super friendly service, and the wait times were short.

11/06/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo posto per un pranzo domenicale. L'atmosfera è molto familiare, si ha l'idea di essere a casa propria e credo che questa sensazione sia ancora maggiore in inverno all'interno davanti al camino. Nel menù si trova un po' di tutto, forse c'è qualcosa in più per ciò che riguarda la brace. Anche le pizze sembrano interessanti, ma questa volta non le abbiamo assaggiate. Abbiamo preso la carne alla brace, veramente buona e le dosi sono davvero abbondanti. I camerieri gentili e non abbiamo atteso molto né per ordinare né per essere serviti. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto l'ingresso al parcheggio è strettissimo, ma basta fare attenzione e il gioco è fatto.

08/06/2025: Mi sono recata da Unico consigliata da amici, ho trovato cordialità disponibilità e del cibo molto molto buono curato anche nell aspetto. Noi abbiamo preso 2 taglieri con salame tartar formaggio qualità e quantità ottime come anche gli agnolotti. Ma se vi trovate da quelle parti non lasciatevi sfuggire il risotto veramente favoloso. E cosa dire del cannolo piemontese... buonissimi. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo presto a trovarli Qualità prezzo ottimo

14/07/2025: Terrible. I went with a group of friends and, unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The pizza was completely watered down. I also ordered a Mexican dish, but the cheese had clearly gone bad: it smelled awful and looked unappealing. I didn't even touch it. Mostly outside, full of mosquitoes, with no protection whatsoever. Never again.

24/06/2025: The pizza is thin and well-topped, just as I like it, but what sets them apart is their availability! They are also available when you ask to change some ingredients... it's not for everyone. Also suitable for large tables: pizza by the meter, tasty first courses, fried fish, grilled food, etc. There's everything for everyone!

When it was time for the cake there was no Moscato and not even the glasses... Almost at midnight they sent us away, because they had to close... Zero education!! 05/07/2025: Very large place, clean, very fast service, friendly staff, excellent pizzas, they are big and thin, well cooked, excellent desserts and sorbets, I will definitely return and recommend it.

27/03/2025: Very dated pizzeria, it would need at least a whitewashing of the walls because the signs of the radiators make the place look old and not cared for. Particularly tasteless beer, and, in my opinion, dry pizza with low quality ingredients. Very unhelpful staff and not inclined to satisfy the minimum needs of their customers. I must say that the chips were fried very well, that's why I gave them 2 stars, but it's not enough to make me want to return to this place. Too bad because it's a historic place in this city

25/02/2025: Historic pizzeria in Alessandria. One of the best ever, their pan pizza "primavera" is delicious. Buy for a song.

04/06/2025: As a trucker's lunch it's obviously fine....one flaw is that at the entrance to the restaurant there's an unpleasant smell....the rest is fine.

09/07/2025: Positives: Quality food, 15% cinema discount Negatives: I went in and they came to take my order at 7:25 PM despite there being very few people Very slow service They offer aperitif or aperitif dinner service, so in my opinion they slow down the waitresses' service a lot... it's either one or the other... Average price Conclusion: I found the place a little below par compared to my last visit... the table service has gotten significantly worse, which is a shame... I'll definitely go back, but not when I'm in a bit of a hurry... 1.5 hours for a first course and a dessert seems a bit too long... and I went at 7 PM!

04/07/2025: Nice place, very good pizza. If you like Neapolitan pizza you have the possibility to choose 3 different doughs, also good desserts and beers. I am satisfied with the service which is fast and therefore I recommend it as a pizzeria.

27/05/2025: nice place, friendly staff. well-prepared dishes. Neapolitan pizza and then go Naples. It's like being with family, hospitality, attention, cordiality and friendliness are the ingredients of the Saraceno, in addition to a fantastic fried pizza.

25/05/2025: We had booked and there were 6 of us. They told us that we would have to wait a bit because they were busy, and that was fine if only they hadn't made us wait a good hour and a half! After that I had a pizza that cost 10 euros, a half-liter of water and chips for 4 euros and magically the total was twenty euros. Recommended experience if you want to go on a diet and wait for your hunger to go away.

26/04/2025: My husband went to get the pizzas and we ate them at home. When I saw my trousers, I confess, I thought "my goodness, this whole edge will be as hard as a shoe sole"... but instead!!! It was melt-in-your-mouth soft, my goodness, what a dough show! Tastes good, has a wonderful texture, and I have to say that the quantity and quality of the filling ingredients are really excellent! You have hit the mark in my heart! The other 3 guests were also happy! See you next time for sure! 😃😍

09/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa pizzeria molto rinomata in città. Siamo arrivati alle 20,00 e il loro parcheggio privato era già strapieno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze, essendo in periferia non c'è problema nel trovare posto. Dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un piatto di agnolotti al sugo di stufato alla piemontese, birra, acqua (non minerale ma del loro distributore). Nonostante che il locale fosse pieno dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno portato tutto velocemente. La pizza era passabile, solo un po' troppo ricca di mozzarella ma nell'insieme come gusto sufficiente, gli agnolotti buonissimi e saporiti cotti al punto giusto. La birra era passabile. Preso due caffè macchiati che erano caldi e perfetti. I prezzi sono nella media. Il personale è gentile, giovane e sveglio. Consiglio di prenotare perché é facile non trovare posto specialmente al sabato.
