01/08/2025: Dinner July 2025. This place has a classic pizzeria-restaurant style. Reservations are recommended on weekends. Friendly staff and fairly quick service. The thin-crust pizza was good, as was the tuna carpaccio and the pasta dishes. They brought us a focaccia to accompany it, which we enjoyed. Excellent value.

10/08/2025: French family passing through Alexandria We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance... More than adequate service, no fuss or frills, but very attentive and available to answer any questions. The pizzas are delicious, the carbonara pasta is exquisite, and the prices are a very pleasant surprise (€50 for 4 people, drinks and coffee included!!!!) A place to recommend to anyone passing through Alexandria

27/07/2025: The very last oasis of honesty in a city of self-proclaimed restaurateurs, over-the-top gourmet pizza chefs, and an increasingly demanding clientele that loves to be ripped off. Caminetto is the best; for the amazing lochescion, the salami-loving service, and the pineapple pizzas, go elsewhere. Thanks.

11/06/2025: Abbiamo scelto questo posto per un pranzo domenicale. L'atmosfera è molto familiare, si ha l'idea di essere a casa propria e credo che questa sensazione sia ancora maggiore in inverno all'interno davanti al camino. Nel menù si trova un po' di tutto, forse c'è qualcosa in più per ciò che riguarda la brace. Anche le pizze sembrano interessanti, ma questa volta non le abbiamo assaggiate. Abbiamo preso la carne alla brace, veramente buona e le dosi sono davvero abbondanti. I camerieri gentili e non abbiamo atteso molto né per ordinare né per essere serviti. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto l'ingresso al parcheggio è strettissimo, ma basta fare attenzione e il gioco è fatto.

08/06/2025: Mi sono recata da Unico consigliata da amici, ho trovato cordialità disponibilità e del cibo molto molto buono curato anche nell aspetto. Noi abbiamo preso 2 taglieri con salame tartar formaggio qualità e quantità ottime come anche gli agnolotti. Ma se vi trovate da quelle parti non lasciatevi sfuggire il risotto veramente favoloso. E cosa dire del cannolo piemontese... buonissimi. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo presto a trovarli Qualità prezzo ottimo

18/07/2025: UPDATE July 2025 Unfortunately, the change in management has turned what was once the top takeout pizzeria in Tortona into just another. Chewy dough, bland pizzas, mediocre ingredients. They'll have to change their takeout pizzeria. A real shame. ----- My absolute favorite pizza. Wood-fired oven, excellent ingredients, exceptional dough, and very reasonable prices. How wonderful to have it just a few dozen meters from home!

05/06/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. It was freshly baked in a stone oven, the dough is fantastic, and the pizza was cooked to perfection. Super friendly service, and the wait times were short.

21/08/2025: I didn't like the pizza because it was dry and very thin. I love Neapolitan pizza, so maybe I'm not a good example...

20/08/2025: Very loud karaoke, very unpleasant for whoever is having dinner. Then, they forgot my starter and lately one of the portions was ridiculous small - 7 pieces of raviolini with sage and butter. I ordered a glass of wine and got a whole carafe. We asked to share a desert (6 scoops of ice cream) and they brought 12 scoops. When we were paying and addressed what happened with the service and food, we got treated very rudely (ignored and dismissed). Basically we got told to pay the bill and leave.

14/08/2025: Excellent place, beautiful views, perfect decor, wonderful food, spectacular profiteroles, delicious pizzas!! Wonderful! Definitely a repeat visit!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We went twice and we were a very large group, and everything was wonderful.

12/08/2025: The restaurant and pizzeria operate on parallel tracks: on one side, the restaurant offers excellent, carefully prepared and delicious seafood dishes; on the other, the pizzeria serves truly excellent pizza made with top-quality ingredients. Many homemade desserts are also top-notch.

04/09/2025: My experience has always been for business lunches, and I can say that quality and price have been top notch.

12/08/2025: The place was small, almost hidden, in a tiny village. The pizza, delicious, had that aroma that welcomes you as soon as you enter. In the small room downstairs, an entire family—happy, noisy, chaotic—was celebrating their mother, grandmother, and friend. They laughed loudly, sang, the children ran around. There was an energy that filled the entire space… perhaps too much for some. In fact, a couple sitting near us quickly finished and left. We stayed. We were colleagues, but last night we were a little more friends. Between a laugh, a sip of wine, and a few too many toasts, we let ourselves be carried away by the sounds of the karaoke coming from downstairs. Out of tune, yes, but happy. We sang, danced, forgot about the clock. In the end, we were all cheerful—perhaps a little drunk—but with that feeling of having experienced a light-hearted evening, the kind that stays in your heart without asking questions.

06/09/2025: Poor organization, the staff is incapable of managing orders. In fact, the pizza arrived an hour and a half after ordering, but we were served after the other tables, even though we were the first to arrive and order. To top it all off, after waiting for our table, because the pizzas didn't come out at the same time, I ended up with a completely burned shoe sole, with ingredients that looked like they'd been thrown away in a hurry. An experience not to be repeated, and I strongly advise against it for those from Alessandria or those who appreciate food and understand what they're eating. Last but not least, they managed to screw up the reservation right from the start: two fewer seats than indicated on the phone.

06/09/2025: We arrived on time, having booked for 7:30 PM. The order was taken over an hour later, and the pizzas arrived with an intolerable delay! I think there's a huge management and organizational problem. At this point, the kitchen is being put on the back burner, since you can't arrive at 7:30 PM and leave after 10 PM. It's a disgrace!

26/04/2025: My husband went to get the pizzas and we ate them at home. When I saw my trousers, I confess, I thought "my goodness, this whole edge will be as hard as a shoe sole"... but instead!!! It was melt-in-your-mouth soft, my goodness, what a dough show! Tastes good, has a wonderful texture, and I have to say that the quantity and quality of the filling ingredients are really excellent! You have hit the mark in my heart! The other 3 guests were also happy! See you next time for sure! 😃😍

09/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa pizzeria molto rinomata in città. Siamo arrivati alle 20,00 e il loro parcheggio privato era già strapieno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze, essendo in periferia non c'è problema nel trovare posto. Dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un piatto di agnolotti al sugo di stufato alla piemontese, birra, acqua (non minerale ma del loro distributore). Nonostante che il locale fosse pieno dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno portato tutto velocemente. La pizza era passabile, solo un po' troppo ricca di mozzarella ma nell'insieme come gusto sufficiente, gli agnolotti buonissimi e saporiti cotti al punto giusto. La birra era passabile. Preso due caffè macchiati che erano caldi e perfetti. I prezzi sono nella media. Il personale è gentile, giovane e sveglio. Consiglio di prenotare perché é facile non trovare posto specialmente al sabato.
