19/03/2025: Pizza discreta,nulla di che,molto unta.in compenso prezzi altissimi, servizio al tavolo inesistente, neanche le posate per mangiare.Non tornerò mai più. Sconsigliatissimo.

07/03/2025: Non è possibile che un piccolo trancio di focaccia “ripieno” di mortadella stracchino e pistacchio l’abbia pagato 7€ letteralmente solo per due scaglie di granella e una fetta di mortella. Non mi ha trasmesso niente come posto piuttosto meglio dare soldi alle panetterie locali che sostenere una catene di questo tipo

16/11/2024: If I could give zero for a review, I would give zero. We asked for 3 glasses of Alta Langa but the wine had no bubbles (it had lost its perlage). When we asked for it to be changed, the counter staff disputed our statement by saying that they had just opened the bottle, then took out the said bottle and poured out the last drop of wine (so clearly a bottle that had just been opened). and they said that the wine was like this, that the Alta Langa is like this. I politely explained that I drank Alta Langa wine many times and that wasn't the case and therefore I asked him to change it for us. The gentleman at the counter even tested my glass to see if it was without perlage, and then said "I'll change it for you but I'll leave this one to you". Apart from the fact that he then tried it from my glass, I don't understand how he could think that I would then drink from the same glass (FALLUCINATING) and I insisted that they change the wine because it had no perlage (it was a bottle that had been open for some time). When they brought us the glasses of the other wine that we requested to replace the Alta Langa, they wanted to make us pay for the glass. I returned to the counter and explained that we had asked to change the wine because it clearly had no perlage. All the staff at the counter treated me badly, shouting, as if I were a thief who didn't want to pay (and we had already paid for the glass of Alta Langa - they simply had to change it!!!). Up until that moment I interacted with politeness and a smile, because it can absolutely happen that a sparkling wine loses its perlage if opened for a while. There's nothing wrong with that. The problem was in how they handled the situation, in how they raised their voices, in how they treated me (as if I knew nothing about wine and was generally a beggar). Needless to say, I won't go back there again, but I don't think I've ever found myself in a situation where the staff (waiters and I think the gentleman was the owner - I'm not sure) speak badly and treat the customer in this way. Unacceptable.

08/03/2025: Un ambiente accogliente. Gentili e simpatici. Piatti della tradizione romana . Antipasto e primi piatti di qualità. La carbonara ottima come la matriciana, la grigia e la zozzona. Un buon ristorante a Novara

06/02/2025: Un angolo di Roma tra le risaie padane. Una location semplice e raffinata regala una tmosfera calda ed accogliente. All' ingresso l'accoglienza garbata regala sensazioni di una eleganza d'altri tempi. Il personale garbato ed elegante accompagna l'ospite per tutta la durata del pasto senza mai essere invadente ma puntuale ed attento a tutte le esigenze. Il menù presenta un viaggio tra le più famose specialità della cucina tradizionale romana. La mia scelta si è rivolta alla famosa mozzarella in carrozza e la tradizionale "cacio e pepe" cucinata in maniera impeccabile. Ha terminato il tutto un eccezionale maritozzo. A tutto il personale va un plauso ma una menzione speciale per la cameriera che ci ha servito con gentilezza cortesia e professionalità. Sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a tutti di provare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Voto 10 e lode.

02/11/2024: Eravamo stati già un anno fa ed avevamo mangiato decentemente , ieri è stato un disastro , la pizza non è più come una volta ma è tipo alla pala che sarebbe anche buona se fatta bene , sembrava una pizza della panetteria , l'impasto sembrava pane,nel piatto della tagliata invece c'erano più patate che carne. La qualità delle materie prime è comunque bassa rispetto ai prezzi proposti, non è una critica infondata ma di uno che è nel campo da 20 anni. Sicuramente non ci ritorneremo

31/10/2024: Servizio voto 0. Abbiamo cenato qui la sera di Halloween e come prima sorpresa abbiamo scoperto che era obbligatorio il menù fisso di cui nessuno ci aveva informato telefonicamente durante la prenotazione. Decidiamo di cenare lo stesso, il bello deve ancora venire… L’antipasto arriva quasi subito anche se lo gnocco fritto è arrivato freddo e secco, solo untissimo. Dopo più di un’ora dall’’antipasto non avevamo ancora ricevuto i primi, la cameriera che ci ha servito ha confermato l’attesa e sollecitato più volte la cucina rassicurandoci che sarebbe arrivato quanto prima, ma nulla. Durante la lunga attesa uno dei commensali chiede di non servirgli più il resto della cena in quanto gli era passato l’appetito. Dopo più di un’ora di attesa decidiamo di alzarci e andar via, a quel punto il primo arriva come per magia. Resta il fatto che il commensale sopracitato non ha mangiato nulla ed è rimasto solo per la compagnia. Fatto presente il tutto al proprietario ci saremmo aspettati delle scuse per la lunga attesa e un pizzico di umiltà, invece abbiamo trovato arroganza, strafottenza, cafonaggine ed istigazione. Sostiene di averci offerto la cena, peccato che lui non ha ricevuto nemmeno un piatto come richiesto alle cameriere. Un vero ristoratore accetta le critiche e ne fa tesoro… Tra le altre cose il proprietario ci ha detto che mai nessuno si è lamentato e che riceve solo complimenti da tutti… Le recensioni presenti e passate non la pensano proprio così 😅 Ovviamente sconsigliatissimo.

15/02/2025: Pessima…pizza fredda e bruciata…il fattorino che me l’ha quasi lanciata attraverso il cancello perché ha visto il cane…non è che perché si ordina una pizza deve arrivare lo scarto!

29/12/2024: Order placed on December 28th at 4pm with delivery at 7.30pm PIZZAS delivered burnt immediately called the pizzeria to tell him they were burnt and sent the photos he replied that they are good if he ate them I wouldn't like them anymore

11/01/2025: bad management at work and organizational level many times I called 1 hour before to order and then I had to wait about half an hour level of cleanliness 0 both in food products and in the restaurant

11/01/2025: Very bad. Once burnt pizza, pizza with sour gorgonzola and instead of the hamburger sandwich he gave me kebab with onions which I told him not to put on them.obviously cold pizzas. Then I told him everything. Tonight, I ask for gorgonzola pizza and hamburger sandwich and ham and mushroom pizza, but they didn't have ham and mushrooms, I said I wanted a sandwich and not kebab with hamburger, they rudely replied that that is bread because they don't have sandwiches, after a discussion I asked left everything there and walked away and they will never ever ever see me again.....again. don't go there because everything is really bad and they are very rude and rude!!!!

03/11/2024: Personale cordiale e gentile, molto disponibile verso la clientela, cibo molto buono, anche la pizza era ottima, il rapporto qualità prezzo è nella norma, ristorante con tavoli all' esterno in posti riscaldato

02/11/2024: No, super fast service to provide as much service as possible, the chef who does the service and redoes the tables, we took a Milanese escalope, we were charged extra for the accompaniment, to be avoided like many restaurants (for tourists ) from the center of Stresa

09/03/2025: I ordered the order on glove, got a kebab menu and a kebab pizza. As for the menu, I had asked for spicy sauce and they didn't put it and there were very few chips. And then on the kebab pizza I found some meat that had a greenish color, I don't know if it's normal since there were also meats that didn't have this strangeness, some even had hair

26/02/2025: I ate the kebab, very good and rich. They make the bread themselves. They also bake pizzas.

19/01/2025: Pizza ordered for takeaway. It arrived with very little seasoning, little sauce and little mozzarella, just right in the center. Very dry pizza: a joke. Contacted to ask for explanations, complete with photos, they reply that this is just an opinion. Judge for yourself

10/03/2025: Ritengo che la pizza Margherita sia fatta di pochi, semplici ingredienti. Ma se solo ne manca uno, cade tutto il castello. Eataly vuol far pagare i suoi prodotti di più della media? Ben venga se mi si offre un prodotto di qualità. Sicuramente di qualità l’impasto, il pomodoro, la mozzarella usati. Ma se mi viene servita una Margherita senza nemmeno l’ombra del basilico, ingrediente Fondamentale, è per quanto mi riguarda semplicemente inaccettabile. Punto, mi fermo qui.

20/01/2025: Conviene prenotare e si viene accolti e sistemati velocemente. Le pizze sono ottime, gustose e digeribilissime. La cucina è molto curata ed i piatti ben preparati e abbondanti. Il prezzo è un po' caro ma se si fa' la tessera gratuita e si fa' un acquisto qualsiasi, viene rilasciato lo scontrino con la promozione di sconto del 20% sul ristorante. Quindi eventualmente prima di andare al ristorante procedere al tesseramento.

23/12/2024: Ci sono stata a pranzo con mia mamma il 23 dicembre. - lentissimi a far accedere ai tavoli abbiamo fatto 25 minuti in coda. - di quei pochi piatti (escluso le pizze) in menu la maggior parte era terminata. - attesa interminabile per essere serviti. - abbiamo mangiato male!! POSTO DA EVITARE

11/11/2024: Ordino un primo (penne al ragu' piatto semplice nella norma niente di eccezionale , come secondo ordino un hamburger con patate al forno, la prima volta mi viene servito crudo, faccio presente al cameriere lo riporta in cucina dopo pochi minuti ritorna il responsabile sempre crudo , la terza volta mi dice che lo fa rifare dopo qualche minuto ritorna sempre crudo mi stanco della presa in giro mi alzo vado a pagare e vado via e mi fa pagare pure un hamburger crudo che non ho mangiato , esperienza pessima personale pessimo , cibo di scarsa qualità e la carne cruda
