11/10/2025: I've been there four times (just because of geographic proximity), always ordering the same pizza and always paying a different price. The last time I paid an exorbitant price and asked for an explanation, but they said: "The onion surcharge!" I pointed out that there are pizzas on the menu that are far more elaborate (called "special") and cost less! The silence and the downcast eyes confirmed my suspicions: they set prices randomly... On the upside, for an absolutely mediocre pizza that was definitely below average. It's a shame, because at least it was convenient.

23/10/2025: Nothing exceptional, the pizza al taglio is very dry, even the tomato pizza. This depends a lot on the type of dough. There are people who like it, but I don't, also because a minute later the pieces are as hard as...

08/10/2025: I don't know if I came for dinner or to fall in love. The waitress? A ray of sunshine among the tables. She brought me wine and made me forget my name. Compliments to the place, but especially to her: a smile like that should be on the menu!

08/12/2025: We dined on December 7, 2025, as a group of 14, and we were all blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes. Tastes of times gone by, unique flavors, authentic and refined ingredients, generous plates, and superb wine—all for a simply authentic and fabulous traditional Marche cuisine. The hospitality and friendliness of the owner and all the staff were exceptional.

28/07/2025: Such a quaint place: I loved it! Excellent, authentic, and varied food. Very friendly owner! Reasonable/low prices. I was immediately won over when I saw that the place settings had different plates and glasses! The tables themselves were stacked together like planks of different colors and sizes; TOP! The only criticism I feel like making is not directed at the Hostaria but at myself: I discovered it too late! I'll be back at the first opportunity. ❤️

People who can make simplicity unique and wonderful. The "little dinner," as they call it, is truly a delightful experience. The prices are fair and the ingredients are excellent. I will definitely be back.

06/09/2025: A positive experience at this small, very clean and welcoming village restaurant. The waiter was very kind and spoke the menu to us, happily explaining the various dishes. The selection is very extensive; we had a mixed antipasto with cured meats, ravioli, tagliatelle with walnut sauce and homemade ragù, veal with tuna sauce, and 4 desserts + amari. We really enjoyed the potato salad (instead of the usual Russian salad), the savory pie, and the figs. The pasta was fantastic. I think the veal with tuna sauce could be improved on the meat, because the accompanying sauce is very good, to my taste. I recommend the apple pie to everyone; we were rightly told about the significant amount of apples in the recipe. They have a great selection of amari and whiskeys, some of which are truly special and unusual. With water, coffee, and wine, we spent €160 for four, which I think was fair for the quality and quantity. Recommended!

A safe choice in Jesi if you want a simple, light pizza with no surprises. Pizza by the slice is also available in the afternoon. Nice location, recommended.
