09/06/2025: Il ristorante del mio ❤️ Proprio ieri abbiamo festeggiato lì, il pranzo della Cresima di mia figlia. Come sempre servizio impeccabile, con camerieri e cameriere molto attenti alle richieste dei clienti (io ne ho fatte molte) cortesia, simpatia e gentilezza all’ordine del giorno. Pesce fresco, preparato deliziosamente e portate abbondanti. Prezzo più che ragionevole per la qualità del cibo. Lo consiglio per qualsiasi tipo di evento, i vostri invitati ne rimarranno soddisfatti

06/05/2025: We went to dinner at the workshop and I must say that we had a really good time. They welcomed us on a Saturday evening and even though the place was packed we ate at really good times. I always wait before reviewing a pizzeria the next day because I'm always afraid of drinking all night but here there is no risk. Really good and digestible dough! 09/11/2024: Su consiglio di un’altro ristoratore siamo andati in questo ristorante.. e’ stato un consiglio veramente apprezzato.. olive ascolane eccellenti .. TAGLIATELLE FRITTE MERAVIGLIOSE.. non da meno gli arrosticini e il piatto di verdure… peccato che non avevamo più spazio per il dolce. I prezzi veramente giusti. Il proprietario veramente simpatico

31/10/2024: Tagliatelle fritte ottime con sugo strepitoso. Verdure e olive ascolane buonissime. Il cuoco simpatico, l’ambiente semplice e accogliente. Ah! Dimenticavo, torte eccellenti. Prezzi fin troppo buoni. Da tornarci, e tornarci, e tornarci.

03/04/2025: I recently passed by this pizzeria, the place is small but welcoming, it offers the possibility of consuming pizza both at the table and to take away. The pizza is prepared in Roman style by the slice, with a thin and crunchy dough. I appreciated the lightness of the base and the generosity of the seasonings, which were tasty and well balanced. The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices are slightly higher than average, but considering the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience, I think they are justified. In conclusion, I recommend Bianca Pizza Artigianale to anyone who wants to enjoy a quality Roman pizza in Jesi, in a welcoming environment and with friendly service.

01/06/2025: Terrible, I strongly advise against it… we waited 20 minutes just to order, they didn’t even come by first to ask for the drink. After ordering we (further) waited 1 hour before they brought the pizza. When we asked the waitress “how long until the pizza would arrive” they replied “I don’t know more or less 10 minutes”…….40 minutes passed. I definitely won’t go back.

22/05/2025: This is probably the best pizza place I've ever been to. Starting out, the people who own the place are incredibly kind, helpful, professional and skilled. You always feel welcomed and appreciated when you go there! Their food is incredible. Truly unique. They make a very special pizza dough, using only local whole wheat from the Marche region of Italy. They also let the dough leaven for a very long time. It's the perfect combination of crispiness and softness, my mouth is watering as I'm writing this lol. The dough is extremely easy to digest. I ate abundantly and felt great afterwards. It's truly an authentic local pizzeria, it's as real as it gets. It's a taste of the beautiful region of Marche. Truly. The ingredients are extremely fresh and are local, the pizza dough is the best I've ever eaten, and the family that runs the place is warm and welcoming.

01/04/2025: Excellent and homemade pizza. I have frequented this pizzeria from the 90s to today and incredibly the pizza has remained almost the same. Every time I eat it I get nostalgic. The space is small and narrow but it's not a problem, you take a couple of pieces and go for a walk in the Passetto. Nothing better.

20/02/2025: Very good pizza, very kind manager, we arrived late but he let us eat anyway. The place is very small with very few stools, it looks more like a minibar than a pizzeria, suitable for a quick meal or a snack. However the pizza is very good and with a lot of choice between stuffed pizzas and focaccias. Very strategic position a few meters from the Salesi hospital

I can't say the same for the pizza, good and tasty but in my opinion the dough wasn't that of a pizza but almost looked like a creakers and the ingredients were a bit scattered without meaning. otherwise a good experience

18/05/2025: Il ristorante è situato in un posto molto carino vicino un laghetto. Ristorante molto basico, partendo dal presupposto che non hanno neanche un menù cartaceo ne digitale. Ci hanno elencato soltanto i primi, senza antipasti e i secondi solo una grigliata.. Insomma non ha molta varietà di cibi. I cibi sono di buona qualità e di ottima cottura. Personale gentile e cortese. Prezzi sono ottimi.
