05/04/2025: We had a very good dinner at Pizzeria Paola in Ancona! The pizza was delicious—crispy just the way my husband likes it. We arrived right at 7 PM when they supposedly open, but were asked to come back in 15 minutes. By the time we returned, the place was already almost full—clearly a popular local spot! We tried a pizza with potatoes and spinach. It was tasty, though we expected a bit more potato and less spinach. A highlight was the half-liter of house wine for just €4—great value! The atmosphere was very warm and local, with people greeting each other like regulars. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for authentic, local vibes and good pizza in Ancona.

The parking lot is quite large and we found a place even though it was crowded. Kind service, the environment is well-kept and well-furnished. There is an oven with a pizza chef in addition to the kitchen that serves first courses, second courses and side dishes. We all had pizza which was good. To drink, a wine list as well as beers. Medium-high prices Recommended

02/03/2025: Without a shadow of a doubt the best Neapolitan pizza you can eat in Pesaro. I've always had it takeaway and it's never disappointed me, I imagine it's even better there, I'll book a table sometime! The most surprising thing is that here they don't chase science fiction hydration, the cornices are swollen, but not with air, with pasta that tastes of care in the choice of raw materials and professionalism. The staff is always courteous and kind. More than recommended.
