The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, with a panoramic lakeside veranda that enhances the experience. Service is generally courteous and helpful, although wait times can be lengthy during busy periods. Excellent value and an ideal location for families, couples, or groups of friends.

18/03/2026: Truly a wonderful restaurant, located in the greenery, and meticulously maintained, from the dining room to the bathrooms, everything is stunning. The menu is very varied, and the pizzas, appetizers, and desserts are excellent. We had a really good time and will definitely be back.

08/02/2026: We've always had a great experience, whether we choose from the daily menu, the à la carte menu, or the pizzeria. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and despite the large dining rooms and plenty of seating, it's not noisy. Good value for money. The only thing I disagree with: they only accept small dogs, whereas in past years they also accepted medium and large dogs. Unfortunately, when we're in the area with our Golden Retriever, we'll have to look for an alternative.

23/12/2025: Unfortunately, I'm forced to delete my previous review (5 stars) and replace it with this one. The food here is good, but unfortunately, we'll never return due to the rudeness of the staff (who aren't young). I repeat, it's a shame because the food is good and we always enjoyed returning, but following some questionable behavior by the staff, unfortunately, they'll never see us here again. We would have loved to spend New Year's Eve here, but instead, due to the rudeness and impolite attitude of the lady, we'll spend it elsewhere. As I saw written in another review, "politeness is everything, especially in this line of work," and they're absolutely right. If they don't know how to treat customers, they'd be better off closing down. If they only want to cater to "a certain type of clientele" (as we've noted), they should open a private club, not a public establishment like they currently are.

17/12/2025: We've been to the Bisuschio location many times. The dishes are always delicious and the hospitality is top-notch.

11/10/2025: I ordered six pizzas for 8:30 PM. I was told they'd arrive on time. Now it's 9:17 PM, but they still haven't arrived. I called the pizzeria twice, and a young woman answered, telling me the pizzas were just coming out of the oven. I asked for an explanation, but the girl, annoyed by the situation, hung up on me.
