31/03/2026: I dined at this pizzeria with normal expectations, which unfortunately weren't met. During the evening, we reported a clear problem to the waitress: the pizza dough was undercooked. To our credit, she was professional, immediately reporting the situation to the kitchen. However, no response came from the restaurant: no explanation, no attention to the table, not even a gesture to remedy the mix-up. When it came time to get the bill, €25.80 per person, we would have expected at least some minimal consideration for what had happened. Instead, we paid a whopping €26, with no attention whatsoever to the customer. It's a shame, because beyond the mistakes that can happen, what really makes the difference is how it's handled. In this case, management was lacking.
