A simple environment because the pizza is the star, it is exquisite and the products are excellent.
Very friendly staff, quick service, and many compliments to the pizza chef, because these days it's hard to find pizzerias worthy of the name, even willing to slightly modify the menu for those with food intolerances and/or vegans.
The pizza dough is fragrant, crispy, yet incredibly melt-in-the-mouth, extremely easy to digest, and the toppings are delicious too.
We're happy to have found you, and we'll definitely be back!

I'm writing this review before ordering dessert because I just finished a pizza that was simply delicious. Super soft, melt-in-the-mouth, the perfect combination of ingredients... Truly one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten.

Fantastic pizza!
One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, both for the quality of the dough and the toppings!
And I recommend ordering at least one portion of the baked potatoes!
Delicious!
Very friendly staff!
The dogs were welcome, and the very kind waitress even brought us a bowl of water for our little one.
Absolutely recommended!

The pizza quality was really good. I found the calzone exceptional.
The waiters were helpful and fast.
The only flaw is that the cartwheel pizza doesn't reflect Neapolitan tradition at all, as it should overflow the plate and not be a wallet-style pizza!
When asked to explain, the waiter replied that they call it a cartwheel pizza because the crust has been flattened.
It's a shame that the pizza was served to a true Neapolitan.
Furthermore, they charged a €2 surcharge for a non-existent crust.

InFermenta was a pleasant discovery. The place offers Neapolitan-style pizza with well-made dough and a menu that focuses heavily on creativity: few classic pizzas, but plenty of unique and sophisticated options, which I personally appreciated.
We had a Capocollo e Scapece and a Friggitelli. Both were very good, with quality ingredients and thoughtful combinations. The dough was light, well-leavened, and had a soft crust, as you'd expect from a good Neapolitan pizza.
The desserts were also excellent. The babà was truly worth it: soft, well-soaked but not heavy, served with custard and fresh strawberries that added a very pleasant note of freshness and acidity. The lemon delight was also very good: fresh, creamy, and perfect to end the dinner.
We washed it all down with a beer and a Coke. Quick service, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere.
For two people we spent €50, including drinks and desserts, a price that I consider absolutely fair for the quality offered.
