15/07/2025: Questa trattoria si trova in una via strettissima (via 5 giornate) ed è gestita da un personale davvero eccezionale. E' arredata in maniera "spartana" ma credetemi, l'apparenza inganna!I prezzi sono davvero modici considerando la qualità eccelsa del servizio che offrono. La scelta è ampissima: carne, pesce, salumi e formaggi, oltre ad una cantina davvero ben fornita. Ottima l'idea di servire la bistecca di picanha appoggiata su una pietra bollente, anche se devo ammettere che le pietanze cucinate dal cuoco sono un qualcosa di sublime..Se transitate a Cernobbio, fermatevi qui

30/06/2025: From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a good meal. We ordered tagliolini gialli with porcini mushrooms and truffles, SPECTACULAR. I think it was without a doubt the best pasta I've ever had. A feast of flavor in your mouth. Then we had the pennette alla Bolognese, which was also delicious. And to finish, the Genoa pizza, also very good and with delicious dough. For dessert, we had tiramisu, which, while not one of the best we tried, was very tasty. And the affogato, which was also spectacular. One of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend it and will return for the tagliolini and to try the other dishes.

26/06/2025: Unfortunately it is no longer the Terrazza of the past! It seems like a completely different place. Nothing to compare to…. The service leaves something to be desired, most of the waiters can't even understand what you say (they don't understand Italian) ….. the food is no longer what it used to be, what can I say…. disappointment!!!!! Lately I have tried several times because I didn't want to believe it…. 1 time for lunch and 2 times for dinner, I thought it was a bad day…. Instead I think it's routine…. I won't list the reasons….. I'm sorry but I won't be back……

11/07/2025: Siamo rimasti molto contenti di questo ristorante, un po' vecchiotto negli arredi ma la cucina non ci ha deluso. Innanzitutto il personale è molto attento e cortese, poi il cibo è vario e i prezzi sono buoni. La porzione di pesce misto alla griglia era squisita. Ci ritorneremo per assaggiare la carne che abbiamo visto servita agli altri tavoli e sembrava ottima.

There was a misunderstanding about the order of a dish and we really appreciated that it was quickly replaced. We ate well. The price is slightly high for the type of experience but not excessively so.

22/04/2025: Seit Jahren besuchen wir immer wieder die Pizzeria Colibri, wenn wir zu einem Kurzaufenthalt in der Region Comer See sind. Auch diesmal wurden wir mit sher gutem Essen und Freundlichkeit bestens bewirtet. Wieder einmal ein Höhepunkt - die Penne Arrabiata. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Stop.

20/04/2025: Pranzo di Pasqua al Colibrì. Cibo molto buono con delle fantastiche penne saporite e una buonissima pizza Margherita. Personale come sempre molto simpatico e accogliente. Noi andiamo al Colibrì durante le festività da 5 anni circa, ed è stato sempre il nostro punto di riferimento per Natale, Pasqua... Ci vediamo presto!

10/07/2025: I visited Café Cuomo and had a very unpleasant experience with the staff. After drinking, I asked to use the restroom and the waitress rudely told me I couldn't use it because I hadn't consumed enough. I thought it was absurd and completely out of place, especially considering I'd already consumed. The way she told me this was very rude, as if I were doing something wrong.

It's worth factoring in. We could have skipped the fries. The portions are generous, and the price is fair.

We were there the last few days - despite the restaurant being completely full both inside and out, we got everything very quickly, the food was great, and despite the large number of guests and the heat, everyone was friendly! For me, the best restaurant in Porlezza! Thank you :-)
