30/12/2024: La mia recensione non sarà mai abbastanza positiva per esprimere quanto mi sia trovata bene al Rosso di Sera! Le cene, sia in coppia, che con amici, sono state tutte fantastiche, sia per quanto riguarda accoglienza e servizio, che per quanto riguarda i piatti e le capacità nel trattare e valorizzare le materie prime. Una cornice perfetta, atmosfera soft in un contesto molto intimo e delicato. Dennis, il proprietario, è persona gentile ed affabile, presenza discreta e disponibile. I prezzi sono in linea con ambiente e qualità offerta.

06/01/2025: We were in Molina for three days shortly after New Year's Eve. There we were recommended the Tipi Tipici, where we ate for three evenings. Given the quality of the food, we had no desire to eat elsewhere but tried half the menu. From the pasta dishes to the fish and meat dishes to the pizzas, we really enjoyed everything. I particularly liked the ravioli with asparagus, bacon and saffron sauce. The game dishes were also fantastic. The whole thing was served to us by two very nice waitresses, service was also fantastic! Thanks again for that! Last but not least, we found the prices more than reasonable. We also found it very nice that our dogs were also welcome. If we come close again, we will stop there again. The prices below refer to drinks, first and second courses.

Pizza is also the star, dining at Delfino Blu makes you take your mind off the hectic life of every day and the waiters are no exception, super prepared and very kind (especially the lady whose name I don't know, really super!) very cool place very beautiful, excellent I really feel good I absolutely recommend it

Despite the generous portion size, the dough is so delicate that it feels perfectly balanced. The toppings are thoughtfully chosen and complement the airy texture of the crust beautifully. The flavors are truly unforgettable! The spot itself is small and cozy, so I’d recommend ordering for takeaway rather than dining in. Just writing this review has me craving it all over again—definitely a must-try!

17/02/2025: Il parcheggio è molto buono, il metre in accoglienza veramente bravo, il servizio con tempi giusti e grande attenzione ai dettagli (aggiustamento della seduta della bimba piccola). Locale bello e ampio. In quanto al cibo: Antipasto vario, buono e dosi adeguate Migliorabili i primi: il risotto col persico buono ma un pò insipido Il primo della bimba (pasta con un po' frutti di mare ) non male ma l'abbinamento con la "salsa" pareva non ottimale. Dessert buono

14/02/2025: Pranzo tra colleghi (13 persone), quasi tutti per mangiare la casseuola. Ristorante come al solito molto bello ed accogliente, c'è sempre un'ottima atmosfera, arricchito dal servizio e dalla gentilezza di tutto il servizio. Chi ha preso tartare di carne e primi è rimasto molto soddisfatto, stessa cosa il resto dei commensali per quanto riguarda la casseuola. A mio avviso, era molto buona e gustosa. Unici due piccoli appunti sono forse una quantità di carne (nel piatto di casseuola) un po' troppo ridotta ed i tempi di attesa leggermente dilatati, soprattutto per i primi. Conto finale, comprensivo di due bocce di vino e 4 acque, 30 euro a testa (era 31, arrotondato a trenta, da apprezzare). Probabilmente un tantino più in là della media, considerando che non è stato fatto un pasto completo. Ad ogni modo, è il terzo anno negli ultimi quattro che veniamo in questo ristorante a mangiare la casseuola a pranzo ed ogni volta rimaniamo in generale sempre molto soddisfatti. Lo consiglio assolutamente e sicuramente ci ritornerò!
