01/02/2026: I ordered a portion of fries to go and was told I had to sit down first. So I ordered a beer to go (and they gave me that). When I sat down, 10 minutes later, the waitress came over and said it would take 40 minutes for the fries and that it would be unfair to all the other children. I point out that there were no children and that all the customers were eating their starters, main courses, and appetizers—nothing like a quick grab-and-go meal. The waitress even lectured me about waiting your turn. I saw only indifference and dislike.

19/07/2025: A very beautiful place in the Parma lowlands. Attentive and friendly service. The food isn't overly elaborate, but it's truly sublime. I arrived late and asked for advice; I couldn't have made a wiser decision. The marinated chicken with vegetables was a unique delicacy. I haven't eaten such good meat in ages. The prices are more than fair.

24/06/2025: The first one was good. After several attempts, we managed to get in. The fried cake and cured meats were good. The gnocchi in broth were delicious. The second one was also good. The culatello was good. The tortelli were also good. The Bargnolino was ok. The price was a bit high. We returned and I tried the anolini with stew in broth. They had nothing to do with the traditional Pramsana anolini. The tortelli with herbs and tagliolini with culatello were good. The desserts were good, the homemade Bargnolino was good. Another evening. On the night of the ruzada in San Svan. Mixed appetizer of cured meats and fried cake, followed by parmesan with onions in balsamic vinegar. All very good. Trio of tortelli with potatoes and culatello, and the star of the evening was ricotta and herb tortelli. Dulcis in fundo: sbrisolona with mascarpone. The end with Bargnolino and Tuscan cheese. A very pleasant evening with background music from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Well done, Beatrice.

12/05/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance, which, on the surface, looks like any other pizzeria. We ordered the citrus-gratin prawns, grilled vegetables, and homemade bread. It was absolutely spectacular. The total cost, just over €50, is perfectly reasonable. Thank you, because it was our anniversary dinner. I highly recommend it. THANK YOU!

17/05/2026: A restaurant nestled in lush greenery, its menu varies from the daily starters like risottos to must-have baked dishes like spaghetti, which are top-notch, to meat-based dishes, with cured meat appetizers and excellent pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. A vast selection of homemade desserts, both gluten-free and lactose-free. A place to return to, both for the atmosphere and certainly for the excellent food.

16/05/2026: I'll be honest, The restaurant is well-kept, colorful, and has a marine theme. We waited a long time for our appetizers (about 45 minutes) despite the restaurant being at half capacity, but that's okay. The seafood pasta tasted good, but unfortunately it was full of broken clam and mussel shell fragments, which not only stuck unpleasantly under my teeth, but also cut the inside of my cheek. It was torture to finish that dish. I pointed this out to the waitresses so they could alert the chef, because it's really dangerous; a child in my place could have suffered a serious esophageal injury. It's no joke. The salt-baked sea bass was poorly filleted and full of bones. You can't expect something like that from a seafood-only restaurant; definitely the first and last time.

I never eat out during "major" holidays like Easter and Christmas, but this year we decided to treat ourselves a bit instead of cooking for the whole family... It was definitely worth it. Simple, traditional menu, really good fresh pasta. We had a great time and indulged!
