12/05/2025: Ate pizza with friends. Personally, I really liked the pizza and although I had it quite loaded with ingredients that are usually more difficult to digest, such as onion, peppers, spicy salami etc... I must say that I had no problems, synonymous with excellent quality ingredients. The only flaw, as the place wasn't too big, once it was full it was impossible to talk to each other, even though there were 4 of us at a round table, so we could see each other's faces, it wasn't possible to understand what the other was saying. I will definitely go back

Il sugo, una vera delizia, è all'onda, cioe, la pasta rimane meravigliosa, senza incollarlo. Il secondo, che ho scelto, una braciola con patatina fritte. Le patatine più buone che abbia mai mangiato. E la braciola? Eccellente, fatta alla piastra, sembra chev" TI PARLI ", e dice, " MANGIAMI ". Secondo me " ALLE GROTTE DI ARES ", è un " LUOGO MAGICO ", dove le persone oltre a mangiare, apprezzano una cucina " CASALINGA " che " RARAMENTE SIBTROVA. E che dire della pizza? La pizza è " FANTASTICA ". Tutte le volte, Alban, il cuoco, mette " LA SUA MAGIA NELL'IMPASTO ", è la pizza, " TE LA DIVORI " . Devo dire che " ALLE GROTTE DI ARES ", è un locale " MAGICO ". dove le persone si ritrovano, e trovano un luogo di " PACE E TRANQUILLITÀ ". E il prezzo? I really like their pizzas as well as their cooked dishes. Ah, tonight I'm going there for a pizza with my son... Very kind staff, fast service. Advised!!!

11/05/2025: I have been to this pizzeria several times. Friendly staff who can seat you even without a reservation. Very good pizza, fresh ingredients. The only flaw is the environment, it seems a bit old and cold.

01/06/2025: Excellent typical Milanese pizza by the slice. You can digest it in 30 minutes. I also recommend typical Apulian dishes as an appetizer that Gianni prepares in a sublime way! Recommended place!

31/05/2025: Today I couldn't order, the lady serving was super disorganized. For a piece of focaccia I waited over 15 minutes with only 4 people in front of me, there's no point in queuing, the order isn't followed and then she got confused with the orders because she takes 15 together. A foreign guy complained about the way she was doing things and she served him right away. Skipping the others before him. Terrible. I left after pointing out the disorganization. Too bad because I've eaten here other times and the pizza and focaccia weren't bad.

13/04/2025: Good food. The dishes all have a strong flavour, which is now difficult to find in restaurants. Excellent rice cooking. But above all the staff is super friendly.

06/03/2025: I have to change the review. The first time I was there was discreet, in fact 3 stars, the second time so-so, the third time the pizza dough level was discreet but the ingredients were inedible. The restaurant has a single rectangular hall/room with the pizza oven at the end on the left. Upon entering the restaurant there is a strong smell of fried and stale food.

06/04/2025: First experience with this place, menu found inside the bnb where we stayed, what can I say, the kind and attentive owner like a good Neapolitan who amazed us with his punctuality! They beat the clock with the delivery, the food was tasty, still very hot on arrival and well packaged. Absolutely 5 stars congratulations

But first we call asking if we can eat at least a pizza and we are given the ok; when we arrive immediately a boy wants to make us sit next to the only occupied table we kindly ask if we can sit at a table "further over" for a basic question of convenience; he with an annoyed ok, moves the tables banging them, also bangs the menus on the table and orders us to order within 5 minutes otherwise "we wouldn't have eaten"; hallucinating from this rudeness never seen before we ask to speak to the manager; we expect a minimum of understanding, but no! she hasn't seen anything but is sure that her employee hasn't done anything wrong and a very unpleasant discussion ensues. Never seen anything like it. We leave obviously, but this job is something else guys, trust me. Never again.
