28/08/2025: A very pleasant surprise on our return from the market fair. A restaurant that we haven't seen in years (the lady told us it's been open for almost 50 years now). Clean interior, very friendly service, and sublime cuisine. A fillet steak that was 4 fingers thick with a port reduction, so much so that we'd return the next evening. I didn't try the pizza, but I'd be happy to return. Homemade desserts are visible from the entrance behind a protective glass case, and they sell themselves... what can I say, just compliments! 28/08/2025: Perfect for lunch! Excellent quality ingredients, the fried gnocco was soft and not at all greasy, the cured meats excellent. The two first courses were both delicious and the portions generous. The staff was very kind. I recommend expanding the dessert selection with some homemade cakes because I'm sure they have some great family recipes ;)

12/08/2025: Found by chance during a stop in Sabbioneta. A double helping of tortelli, fried gnocco with cured meats. I reluctantly passed up the gnocco with gorgonzola (the cheese portion looked like an A4 sheet of paper)... I unfortunately didn't have a single spot left. All accompanied by a phenomenal soundtrack. It couldn't have been otherwise, given the Telecaster autographed by none other than Keith Richards. Definitely worth a try!

12/10/2025: Claudio is an exceptional host, he puts you at ease and makes you feel at home. Obviously, the rating takes into account the value for money, and I was truly impressed by both the hotel atmosphere and the home-cooked food at affordable prices, with free parking. Highly recommended.

05/06/2025: L'albergo risulta una stella, io da trasfertista che giro molto in Italia ed estero lo considero da tre stelle. Camere accoglienti, pulite, fornite di TV, frigo bar, il bagno spazioso dotato di phon e prodotti per l'igiene personale( in camera). La biancheria da camera viene sostituita ogni giorno pulizie eseguite giornalmente. È dotato di wifi veloce. Il sig. Claudio persona gentile e disponibile. E fornito di trattoria pizzeria che offre di ottima cucina e buona pizza

24/10/2025: This place was a wonderful surprise, discovered by chance while searching for a gluten-free place in Iseo. Aside from the vast selection of gluten-free dishes and the high-quality ingredients, we must acknowledge the impeccable service, professional, courteous, and friendly. We appreciated the generous portions. We ordered an appetizer and two meat-based main courses, including donkey stew and black Angus steak, which were truly delicious; the chef was superb. And to top it off, we finished the dinner with a fantastic tiramisu, both gluten-free and lactose-free. The owners are wonderful people, constantly updated on various intolerances/allergies and dietary choices. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

19/10/2025: A historic pizzeria that has been churning out pizza by the slice for over 40 years... The family has always grown up and grown old next to the oven that has churned out millions of trays. The soft slice and quality ingredients make for an excellent pizza. It's a spartan pizzeria that has wanted to maintain this feel. Simple, in a pub-style setting, with wooden tables and paper placemats. The service is also simple, without frills, but friendly. It has absolutely no ambitions to be a typical Milanese nightlife restaurant, but rather aims for families or professionals who want to satisfy the desire for a quick pizza and go... The atmosphere can be chaotic at times as they also offer takeout, which creates lines at the entrance. Having only one oven, the wait can be long, but if there are lines, it's obviously worth the wait. They do, however, have a kitchen that offers a few starters, side dishes, fries, etc. In short, tradition over innovation, whether you like it or not, this pizzeria is a recurring point of reference for many people who appreciate its informal style that focuses more on substance than form.
